sorry it took so long and sorry it's short and a bit rushed. but i'm still new at this so give me a chance. also. something really important happens here in this chapter. ok enjoy this short rushed chapter while i try to get better at writing

Chapter 4:The Incident Hyrule Castle!

Link had just finished moving the rest of the cucco's into a pen when the flames diapered "Sorry about the barn, Malon." he looked at he "i wish i could help."

"that's okay Link" Malon smiled. "daddy was going to build a new barn anyway" she looked at Faolon "your puppy is so cute in the mornings Link!" malon looked up at the sky "Link! you have to get going! you're going to be late!"

"Right. Bye Malon we'll stop by on our way back." link waved as him and Zelda jumped up on Epona.

Malon handed Faolon to Zelda "goodbye zelda. it was nice to meet you"

"goodbye Malon. thanks for letting us stay." link rode off "goodbye Malon!"

five hours after leaving Lon Lon Ranch Link and Zelda finally made it to Hyrule City

"trust me Zelda you're going to..." Link stoped mid sentence and looked around the empty plaza "where is everybody, there are always people in the plaza during this time, HELLO!"

all of the sudden a voice came out of nowhere "Good to see you again boy." the voice paused for a second. "well, i guess it wasn't really you, anyway. I'm going to need you're golden haired friend there."

"What, who are you!?" link said reaching for his sword

"Me? My name is... Ghirahim!

Links eyes shot open. "Ghirahim, the demon lord from the legends?"

"Oh my dear boy. they were far more than legends. I need the Goddess! Now give her to me!"

"the goddess...?" Zelda looked up at Ghirahim "i'm the goddess?"

Ghirahim laughed "daddy didn't tell his daughter who she was? how sad that had to find out this way." he said as he jumped down in front of them

"Stay back!" link yelled as he jumped of his horse

Ghirahim continued to laugh "I can't do that boy." he walked up to link "Now move." Ghirahim summoned his sword and hit link to the side

"n-no" link tried to stand up

"HEY!" a guard called from a door "GET AWAY FROM THOSE CHILDREN!" he began to run towards Ghirahim and Ten other Guards followed

Ghirihim looked over "I don't have time for this!" just as he reached for Zelda there was an explosion of light. "What is this!?"

"Zelda! RUN!" Link yelled over to zelda "I'll handle him." as he stood up and jumped in front of Ghirahim

"Right" zelda nodded as she turned and ran

Ghiriham looked over at what had made the explosion and saw a portal "Boy." He laughed "you're exactly how I remember you. A STUPID LITTLE PEST!" Ghiriham grabbed link and teleported over to the portal "Have fun!" he yelled throwing him into the portal

"NO!" Link tried to save himself from the portal but it's power pulled him in. it was to late. Link, was GONE
