Betrayus and his horde of ghosts made it to Seaside Hill, all the ghosts surrounding Toadette, who held the Kernakone tightly, trembling in fear.
"Damn it, Buttler! You were supposed to make sure that no one found the Kernakone before any of us!" Betrayus fumed.
Butter sighed. "Yes, my lord..." he responded, much to his dismay.
"Don't think it isn't your fault that some cutesy girl with a giant spotted head got it first!" Betrayus growled.
Betrayus' army of ghosts started to close in on Toadette.
"Eep! Make all these ghosts go away!" Toadette yelped.
Suddenly, the Kernakone glowed, and all the ghosts, including Betrayus and Buttler, vanished without a trace, back to the Netherworld.
Meanwhile, Pac Man who was floating under Pac Berry power, Spiral and Cylindra, who were riding on hover boards in their ghost hunting gear, watched the whole thing.
"Wow. Looks like the situation took care of itself." Pac Man stated.
"Serves him right." Spiral added. "Nobody tries to mess with me and Pacster!"
"Betrayus would be better off trying to raid a castle filled with plants if you ask me." Cylindra added. "Of course, that would never happen. Especially here."
Pac Man and Spiral nodded in agreement as the three of them headed back to Pac World.
