Chapter 5

That night Henry was safely tucked up in bed and dreaming about being in Central Park with his friends Logan and Alex, they were racing their model boats, Henry of course was winning.

"Oh man, not again" moaned Alex, who was exasperated at the fact that he nor Logan ever wins against Henry.

"How do you keep doing that, every time?"

"It's a gift"

Then the three of them hear the ice cream truck and go towards it, when suddenly Henry stops in his tracks when he sees a woman standing off to his left, dressed in green and for some reason he recognises her, but he's not sure why?

"C'mon Henry, let's go" says Logan.

"You guys go, I'll catch you up"

"Okay, what you want?"

"Vanilla with chocolate sprinkles"

"You got it"

Then Logan and Alex run off towards the ice cream truck and Henry walks over to the woman (Tink).

"Hi" says the boy gingerly, "I had to come over, I think we've bet before, but I can't think where, I had to come and ask, I hope that's ok?"

"Of course it is Henry"

"Thanks, …. Wait, how do you know my name?" he asks.

"Because we have indeed met before young sir"

"Where?"

"Oh somewhere very far away, you wouldn't believe me if I told you its name"

"Tell me, my mom says I'm a very open minded kid"

"Neverland, we met in Neverland"

"Neverland! Are you serious? There's no such thing, is there?"

"Oh believe me, there is"

"Are you saying that fairy tales are real?"

"Indeed, after all, I am Tinkerbell" answers Tink, showing Henry her wings.

"You're Tinkerbell!"

"I am, now Henry, this place, this is one of your dreams, when you wake up. You won't remember any of this, but you will remember one thing"

"What thing is that then?"

"The book, you have to read the book, remember what you've forgotten and then get your mom to remember as well"

"Remember what?"

"You and your mother have forgotten your past lives, before you came to New York you lived a life of mystery, adventure and magic, you have to remember, she HAS to remember, then you have to find the Jolly Roger"

"The Jolly Roger, wait what's going on?"

"Remember Henry, read the book, you have to read the book, now, wake up" she says, blowing fairy dust in his face which causes Henry to wake up and sit bolt upright in his bed and just as Tink said in his dream, he didn't remember a thing from it, he just remembered he had to read the book so he got out of bed, put on his dressing gown and walked out of his room.

He went to the cupboard in the living room, the place he knew his mom had put the book after she had found it. He picked it up with both hands and suddenly a wave of golden magic flowed from the book to him and suddenly he remembered, he remembered everything, finding his mom, bringing her to Storybrooke, Operation Cobra, breaking the curse and of course there was Neverland too. After the magic had dissipated Henry stumbled back, almost knocking a floor lamp over, so he sat down on the sofa and started reading the book.

He read all about his grandparents Snow White and Prince Charming, he read all about Rumplestiltskin and Belle and Cinderella, then he turned over a page and saw a picture of his other mom, Regina, the Evil Queen and he touched the point on the page where her face was. Then he heard his mom shuffling around in her room so he hurried off back to his with the book. When he got back in there he noticed that it was 3:00 AM so he put the book down and decided to go back to sleep, resolved with the fact that tomorrow Operation Cobra would start again and that thought made him happy because the sooner he made Emma remember the sooner he could get back to Storybrooke and the rest of his family.
