Steve is utterly confused. Bucky lately has been carrying around a small, purple toy that he keeps calling his "boyfriend". He calls it Emperor Zurg, and ever since he was gifted it, has been having random make-out sessions with this toy on the couch.

"Bucky! What the hell is wrong with you?!" Tony exclaims when moaning is heard from the ex-assassin.

"I'M MAKING LOVE! LOOK AWAY!" Bucky screeches, scurrying off to a corner to do more business with his toy.

It became even more interesting and odd when suddenly two different voices began exclaiming from the corner, one saying "RUB MY PLASTIC PLEASE BUCKY".

The Avengers choose to ignore it and decide it's a side effect from the brainwashing, but Steve became very concerned and approached Bucky the next day. Bucky's 'war paint' (it's totally eyeliner) seemed much more messy and to have run due to tears.

"Bucky, what's wrong?" the Captain asked, concerned for his friend.

It was then that the ex-assassin held up the broken remnants of 'Emperor Zurg' in his metal palm. "I-I killed him! I killed my one true love!"

feeling sorry for his friend, Steve admitted him to counseling and therapy sessions after the funeral of the plastic boyfriend.
