Chapter 11
(Present Day)
"So you went over there? You spent the night with Craig?" Ali's voice was quiet and serious now, as if she was finally realizing how serious the situation was.
"Yeah, I spent the night with him. It was like, the most incredible night of my life. And I'm going straight to hell for it." Claire looked down, folding her hands in her lap.
"Whatever you did, I'm sure it wasn't that bad. I mean you said you didn't have sex with him that night, right?" Ali put her arm on Claire's shoulder.
"I didn't sleep with him that night," Claire looked up at Ali " But I did do something. And while I was doing it, Darcy was having an awful night."
(One Month Earlier)
Claire grabbed her backpack off the bed and slipped her feet into her sandals. She had packed her toothbrush, her pink bunny (Fluffy), an outfit for tomorrow and a matching bra and panty set that was black with pink polka dots. On second thought, the bunny might not be so sexy, Claire thought and pulled Fluffy out of the bag. She set him on the bed and looked at herself in the mirror.
She was not going to have sex with Craig. Not until he broke up with Darcy. It was one thing to kiss but there was no way she could ever take things that far with him when he was still dating her sister. Just the fact that the idea of sex before marriage had even crossed her mind shocked her. But she thought about. Doing it with Craig. She wanted to. But she wasn't stupid.
Zipping her backpack and throwing it over her shoulder, Claire headed down the hall towards the kitchen.
"Mom!? I'm leaving in a minute!" She hollered into the house, not knowing exactly where her mother was.
"Do you need a ride?" Her mother called from the living room "Darcy can probably drop you off on her way to meet Manny."
"NO!" Claire yelled "I mean, it's fine. I'm going to meet Ali at the corner and we're going to pick up some movies and stuff before we head to her place."
"Well if you're sure, dear. Just be safe out there." Her mother called.
She headed towards the kitchen door and was just about to head out when her phone chimed.

Claire grinned, suddenly excited about spending the night with the boy who made her feel more beautiful than she ever had before. She was being selfish, she knew, but Darcy could have any guy she wanted. And this one, this one finally wanted her. So why shouldn't she take advantage of that?
