Hello my lovely readers. Here is chapter 3.
I hope you all enjoy and don't forget to review

Brielle Cavanaugh's POV
I rummaged through the never ending aisles of clothing. A three year old little boy was throwing a tantrum outside the toy section. Two middle aged women were sitting on a bench and turning their noses up at anyone who walked past. A group of girls from my year were gossiping as they searched through the jewellery section. Typical Rosewood.
I walked over to a stand of diamond necklaces. My eye caught on a particular necklace with a ruby encrusted in it. I picked it up and gawked at the price tag of $10, 000 dollars.
I carefully placed the necklace back on the stand and continued to look around. My phone vibrated in my pocket and I quickly pulled it out to check the message.
Tip-toe Tip-toe
No one around to hear you scream

I scanned the message and hastily opened the attachment. It was a picture of me with my back turned. I gasped, the picture had to have been taken within the past five minutes. I wildly whirled around and tried to spot who had taken the picture. The section of the store was completely empty.
I shuddered, then hoisted my bag over my shoulder. I made a beeline for the exit of the store. To my surprise as soon as I stepped out of the store an ear-piercing siren started to blare.
I looked around in confusion. What could have caused the alarm to go off?
The shopkeeper left his office and started to make his way over to me.
"Miss, I'm going to need to look through your bag." The shopkeeper demanded, as he came to stand beside me.
"Of course." I agreed, handing him my bag. The shopkeeper started to search through the bag. "I don't understand why you would need to look through my-" I cut off when the shopkeeper pulled a necklace out of my bag. It was the ruby necklace I had been looking at before.
"Young lady theft is a serious crime." The shopkeeper warned as he glared at me.
"I swear I didn't put that in my bag." I stuttered. "It must be some kind of mistake, I would never steal anything."
"I'm afraid it doesn't look that way." The shopkeeper said. "What is your name?"
"Brielle Cavanaugh." I whispered.
"Well Miss Cavanaugh I'm going to need to ask you to come with me." The shopkeeper said.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"You attempted to steal a $10,000 dollar necklace. The shopkeeper replied. "We're going to the police station."
(Line Break)
"Are the handcuffs really necessary?" I complained, as a policewomen dragged me into the police office.
"I told you to shut up." She replied.
"Well I told you I didn't put that necklace in my bag." I shot back.
The policewomen sighed. "Miss Cavanaugh you are already in a lot of trouble, I don't think you want to play this game with me."
I had to bite my tongue to stop myself from replying.
"I'm going to need you to wait in there." The policewomen said gesturing to another room at the back of the station.
"The holding cell?" I said in disbelief. "I didn't do anything wrong!"
"Just go Miss Cavanaugh." The policewomen said her voice dangerously low. She unlocked my handcuffs.
There was no point in arguing, no one would believe me anyway. I nodded and walked into the other room. I walked into the cell and sat on one of the uncomfortable metal benches. The policewomen followed me and then locked the cell as soon as entered it.
I buried my head in my hands. There was absolutely no way out of this. No one would believe me if I told them that my anonymous stalker put the necklace in my bag. This day couldn't possibly get worse.
"Well well well. What do we have here?" A voice spoke from the other side of the cell.
I peered through my fingers and was met with a smirking face. I groaned and buried my face back in my hands. This day just got worse.
"What could little miss perfect possibly have done wrong? Did you forget to hand in your homework?" He joked.
"Shut up Ryder." I growled.
Ryder Hale. I wasn't at all surprised he was here. In fact I'm pretty sure he ended up here every week for starting fights. Someone needed to send him to Juvenile detention.
"So what did you really do to end up in here?" Ryder asked as he crossed the cell and sat next to me on the bench.
I shuffled over so I was as far away from him as possible without falling off the bench. "They think I attempted to steal a necklace."
"Wow. I didn't think you had it in you." Ryder said.
"Because I didn't steal it." I snapped.
"Of course you didn't." Ryder laughed sarcastically.
"I wouldn't expect you to understand." I huffed. "This is practically your second home."
Ryder smirked. "Well I guess we have more in common than you think princess."
"I'm nothing like you." I snarled. Ryder held up his hands in defeat.
"Just please stop talking. Your idiocy is actually giving me a headache." I said.
"Aw Bri." Ryder said. "That's called attraction. Admit it, you're totally turned on by me."
"It's quite the opposite actually." I scoffed.
Ryder gawked at me and placed his hand over his heart in mock offense. "Wow princess that one stung."
I rolled my eyes at him. "Why are you here?"
"I punched someone and broke their nose." Ryder said.
"Of course you did." I replied not at all surprised.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Ryder asked.
"It means that you're such a stereotypical douchebag I'm not at all surprised you're in here for starting a fight yet again." I answered.
"I never start the fights." Ryder said. "I just finish them."
"Whatever." I replied.
Ryder opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted.
"Ryder William Hale, what the hell do you think you're doing?" A voice screeched from outside the cell. A girl around the age of nineteen stood outside the cell door. She had auburn hair and Ryder's grey eyes.
Ryder nervously ran his hand through his dark brown hair. "Hey Laura." He said sheepishly.
"Hey Laura, are you kidding me! This is the third time this month Ryder! You are so lucky mom and dad didn't pick up the phone when the police station called." Laura said flipping her auburn hair over her shoulder. "I've paid the bail lets go."
Ryder quickly stood up and flashed me a nervous smile. "Wish me luck princess." Without waiting for a reply he walked out of the cell.
"You moron." Laura said slinging her arm around her brother's shoulder. "Maybe I should get you counselling."
"Don't even think about." Ryder replied as they walked out of the room. Before he left he turned around and winked at me. I made a face at him in return. Ryder chuckled and left the room.
About ten minutes after Ryder left the policewomen walked back into the room. "Alright Brielle your parents paid the bail you are free to go."
I nodded and left the cell. When I the reached the door I hesitated.
"Go on." The policewomen said. Her eyes softened slightly. "Good luck."
I slowly walked into the waiting room of the police station. A soon as I walked into the room both my parents simultaneously stood up.
"Brielle Rose Cavanaugh what were you thinking?!" My mom yelled. "We get a call from the police station telling us our daughter had been arrested."
I wanted to tell them that I didn't steal the necklace but it wouldn't make a difference. All I could muster was a feeble reply. "I'm sorry." I muttered.
"This isn't like you Brielle." My dad said in his disappointed voice.
"I don't even know what to think right now." My mom said. I could see the disappointment in her eyes. That had to be the worst part. "Let's go."
I could feel tears brim in my eyes. My parents walked out of the police station and I followed behind them. Before I could leave the station my phone went off.
I knew I put that necklace somewhere
