It's been a few days since my last update. The last chapter was much easier writing than this by far. It's cause I'm introducing a whole entire group of OC's in one chapter. A few characters from earlier are returning... especially one in particular... I'm not revealing any spoilers until you read!

I have produced a #Merome Machinima on my Youtube channel! Check that out if you want! It's called "The Hacker."

Enjoy the chappie!

Ray POV

Two days before the premiere, I decided to do absolutely nothing. Rosetta had a private rehearsal, and that meant I had a day to myself. Mitch was recording all day, as usual. Meanwhile I laid flat on my back on top of the sheets of my bed listening to music from Hit List. Suddenly, my music was paused as the screen showed an incoming call. Not recognizing the number, I answered it anyways.

"Ray, it's Laurel."

I sat up, realizing that Laurel was my understudy and I probably shouldn't be lying around while talking to her. It could be serious.

"Oh… hi," I replied.

"Do you have time today? I know that Rosetta has a private session…"

I stumbled on my words a bit, trying to get out an answer. My mind was so messed up from the previous few weeks that I needed to relax. "Yeah… I'm free…" There goes my relaxing time.

"Call me up on Skype."

"Okay, sure. What do you wanna do?"

"We're just gonna play Minecraft. I want you to meet some of my friends."

"Okay..."

Laurel hung the call, leaving me to set up my computer and all the tools meant for communicating with another person through Skype. As soon as I logged onto Skype, I was added to a call from Laurel, who I added to my contacts far earlier.

"Hey." Laurel begun by introducing the people in the call. "This is my lil sis, Alex aka Rain, her best friend Rose, and my other friends Zenna aka Zen, her brother Miden, and Joe."

"Glad to meet you all. I'm Ray Hughes…" I would have continued, but one of the names shocked me. Where had I heard the name Rose…?

A younger female voice squealed. "As in the Ray Hughes? BajanCanadian's wife?"

"Yeah. I am." I smiled at the girl's excitement, as well as figuring out Rose's name. The tour bus. She was the girl with the fake arm who came from a rich family. It had been a while since the tour bus incident. I surprised myself by remembering.

Another girl spoke first, stopping a brief silence. Guess I zoned out long enough for there to be a pause. "I'm Zenna, the leader of Team Created. It's kinda a play-off-words of Team Crafted, but no other group has that name. I even checked multiple times on Youtube. By the way, I have about 1,000 subs at the moment, gaining more day by day. The rest of them… not so much."

One of the boys aimed his distaste towards Zenna. "Stop being so cocky sis. Sorry about that."

I chuckled, "Totally fine."

Laurel moaned. "Oh, look at who else is on your server, Joe!"

Joe scrolled through the players on his public server. "Crap. It's the Redstone Masters."

"Who are the Redstone Masters?" I asked.

"Our rival enemies." Zenna grumbled. She quickly perked up, thinking of an idea. "Quick, Miden, challenge them to a battle-dome on Skype," Zenna quickly demanded.

"On it sis!" Miden answered, typing on his keyboard furiously.

About thirty seconds had passed, and the young girl, who I supposed to be Rain, had gotten impatient, continuously questioning, "Have you gotten a reply yet?"

"Yeah. We have an old arena from last time that I'll reload," Miden replied, annoyed by Rain's bothering.

"Great. Tell them we're ready whenever they are," Zenna responded to her brother's answer.

"Yes! We've finally got enough people to match up against them!" Laurel cheered.

"How many players are on their team this time?" Rain queried.

"Six," Laurel answered.

"Perfect. Ray, are you alright with joining us for a friendly battle-dome?" Zenna questioned.

"Sure…" I managed to say.

"Okay! If you need help, ask any of us," Joe told me.

"Are we recording this…?" Rose interrupted.

Zenna replied. "Nah. If it's against the Redstone Masters, they hate if when we upload our battles. I respect their boundaries, unless they cheat. In that case, I upload it and bust them for the true scums they are."

"You certainly have some form of hate against these Redstone Masters." I sarcastically mentioned.

"They were the boys who used to bully me in high school."

"Oh…" My laughter faded away as Zenna ended her sentence. A few seconds later, Zenna posted the IP to Joe's server in the Skype chat and the rest of us joined it instantly. We met up where the Redstone Masters had told us to start. I looked around and noticed each of Team Created's skins, which all seemed to match what I imagined their irl selves to look like.

Zenna's skin had a black jacket revealing a white long sleeved shirt, long dark blue pants, and black shoes with light blue laces. Her pale complexion went well with her brown eyes and same colored hair. The hair had light blue coloring at the tips. Miden's skin had the same pale skin and brown eyes as his sister, but his hair was black and made the illusion of sticking out at the sides. His outfit included a black shirt with a gray long-sleeved undershirt. His pants matched his sisters, only manlier. He wore a silver necklace which looked similarly to a cross. Rain had long wavy red hair, one green eye and one blue eye, and wore a camoflauge T-shirt, combat boots, cargo pants, and black sunglasses. Joe's skin had dark brown hair and bright green eyes. His dark blue pants resembled Miden's, his black vans and light blue v-neck T-Shirt went well with the rest of his outfit. However, Rose's skin looked nothing from how I remembered her from the tour bus. Her entire body matched an enderman besides her flaming amber hair. Even her eyes were purple like an enderman.

"Let's do this," Zenna shouted. I prepared to race and collect my resources.

As the other players ran from the spawn, I heard a faint vibrating, causing me to pause and check my Minecraft settings. Glancing to the left side of my desk and finding my phone ringing, I muted my microphone. I picked up the phone and answered it.

"H-" I tried beginning, but the voice on the other side cut me off.

"Hello, Ray. I've returned." Oh no. I promised myself he wouldn't return. I didn't want him to return. His voice echoed through my mind every day. Every minute. He haunted my dreams. My thoughts. He created my nightmares. Draco Kehtarin. The man who wanted me dead and nothing less.

"D-Draco?" I panicked.

"It's nice to hear from you again. How has your little musical been? I realize that you're the lead. I've had some inside intelligence…"

"Like who?" I interrupted.

"Scott Teich. That idiot. I didn't ask him to do that crap with you," Draco responded with a groan, "I asked him just to annoy you a bit…"

"I knew it!" I interrupted again, "You and him seem too alike. But why are you calling me?"

"I question your behavior. Why does the victim ask of the criminal?"

Draco's query stopped me in my tracks. Why does the victim ask of the criminal? I dared to repeat my question, "Why are you calling me?"

"Because. I have someone that you want. Someone that you care about."

"Don't you dare touch a hair on his head!"

"I wonder who you believe I'm referring to."

This comment stopped me yet again. "Mitch…"

"Speaking of Mitch… every day I'm getting him closer and closer into my grasp. Scott was only step one of my plan for vengeance. You won't even know when you've lost. And when that day comes, you'll know what has been gone."

"Ray, are you okay?" Laurel questioned from the call, gaining a silence from the others. Dang. I hadn't talked for over three minutes.

"Yeah… yeah… I'm fine," I paused my phone call to turn on the mic and talk into my microphone, trying to sound like I wasn't being threatened by my mortal enemy.

"You're not gonna be okay, will you?" Draco questioned, "I don't expect you to."

"Will you stop?!" I yelled. At this moment, I recognized I didn't re-mute my mic, so all of the others heard me. "Uh… sorry… my… cat…" I rethought my sentence, but continued anyways,"was bothering me." Great excuse Ray. Great excuse. I instantly muted the microphone.

Once returning to my phone, I noticed Draco had already hung up, leaving me in a complete panic. I imagined several people who Draco could've taken, Mitch being one of them.

"Biggums! Please don't kill me!" I suddenly heard Mitch scream out. That relaxed me. Mitch was safe. But what would I lose if Draco won?

Laurel POV

"Zen and I are gonna jump into a different call for a few minutes," I told the others, noticing Ray's disappearance. Her Skype icon had vanished from the call screen, slightly getting onto my nerves.

"Okay. As long as you're getting stuff done," Miden reminded me.

"Sure thing," I replied.

I created a new call especially for me and Zen. Once making sure no one else had joined, I instantly spoke my mind.

"Ray is off," I blurted.

I could tell Zen was confused. "What do you mean?"

I sighed while picking up a few iron ore blocks on Minecraft. "I'm worried about Ray. She hasn't been herself lately."

"Do you suppose she needs help?"

"That's what I'm thinking."

Zen perked up and I listened to her flail her fingertips along her keyboard. "Wait… let me look up therapists."

I gaped open my mouth, thinking of what Ray would think if I went through with Zen's plan. "I don't think that's the answer…"

"I found someone within the area!"

"Zen…"

"Ashley Machinson!"

"I swear I've heard that name before…" I privately muttered to myself, covering up my microphone.

"Let me send her an email."

I uncovered my mic, and stopped my friend from doing something stupid. "Are you sure this is legit? As in this Ashley Machinson chick being a real therapist?"

"The internet is always true."

"Zen…" I mumbled, "Not it's…"

"That was fast!" she interrupted.

"What?"

"I got a reply!"

"Already?!"

"Yeah."

"What'd she say?!"

"She said, 'Any time that the client can come in will be fine.' Sounds legit to me."

"Zen…" I grumbled again.

"Let's just tell her, and then she can decide…"

"Zen! Stop!"

"You want to help Ray. I want to help you help her. Seeing a legit therapist is the least of our worries. She can even go to Joe for therapy if she wants to!"

"I would rather have that," I mumbled to myself, but obviously Zen ignored me. Sometimes she could get so self-centered and annoying.

"I'll start a new call with us and Ray so we can tell her about Ashley."

"Fine. But why are you so confident about Ashley being a therapist?"

"Cause… I am. I'm confident about a lot of things. Therapists being one of them."

"I'm still not sure about this… but I trust you Zen. Don't screw this up."

"Call her!"

"Chill! I am!"

I tapped into Ray's contact information and clicked on her number to call.

Any ideas to who Draco really has? Why is Zenna so determined to help Ray by using Ashley Machinson as a therapist? And why is Ashley a therapist in the first place? Again... no spoilers... as for the Ashley therapist one... I don't even know myself... Ray has to deal with too many therapists nowadays ;P
