Authors Notes
Here is the next chapter, and I am truly sorry for how long it took, but that is life, and sadly we all have to deal with things we don't like. Anyway I hope you all enjoy also the next chapter will begin the red sea battle.

As the day came to an end everyone was simply happy to be free of ZAFT, and its forces thanks to the Archangel along with the pilots of the mobile suits. Most everyone you could see was celebrating in one way or another. Except for a few of the pilots namely Heero, and Zechs as they was going over what might happen next with what ZAFT might throw at them. "Heero everything we have seen so far is nothing compared to what will come. Both sides have people high up in the military to where this isn't going to end till on side is exterminated. With the Alliance we have Blue Cosmos while with ZAFT the man in charge it trying to find peace, but his defensive military head is pushing for total genocide, and Orb will come under attack. I won't allow another kingdom like that fall to fires of war." Heero nodded to what Zechs said. "However Zechs me, and you both know what will happen sooner or later Orb will have to pick a side. Once that time comes even with our Gundams we won't be able to keep it from falling." Heero said while looking at all the information they have gathered. "If ZAFT attacks Orb could more than likely win with heavy losses on both sides. I'm saying that; because, they have a limited number of sources they can use without using everything, and thus becoming even weaker for the alliance to come in, and take more from them.
However, as Heero was about to continue with his train of thought someone knocked on their door. "Excuse me Mr. Yuy Mr. Merquise it's Kisaka with Cagalli. We were wondering if we could talk with you two some more before we reached our homeland of Orb." Heero and Zechs looked at each other before Zechs answered "Come in." As the two of them walked through the door Cagalli looked at Heero with a very light tint of pink. Zechs noticed this, but wanting to know what they needed to talk about he asked "What is it that you want to discuss with us?" Cagalli was the first to speak up. "Kisaka said that you two was planning on coming to Orb. Why is that?"
Zechs spoke up by saying "We decided that mainly because of how bad the other two have been in the war, and we are tired of fighting in wars like that. However before you ask us what we mean. We would like your word what we say will not leave between us." Kiska thought it over he would have to tell Cagalli's father, and the rest of the cabinet. "I will still have to tell the higher ups in Orb, but you already know that Mr. Marquise." Zechs nodded "Yes I understand that; however, that doesn't mean I want to be as cautious as I can be. Not only about where we came from, but the information we have stored in our mobile suits can, and will change this war if anyone was able to get any of the data in their hands." "What do you mean by that?" Cagalli asked.
Heero looked at her "What he means is we have enough information in our suits to build mobile suits, and Gundams like ours in the systems of our suits. Not only that, but it would allow them to start making nuclear powered mobile suits." Kiska and Cagalli looked horrified when they heard that. "How is the possible? It shouldn't be with all the N-Jammers spread out everywhere it is impossible for anything like that to work let alone produce any power." Cagalli said scared at the ramification of information she just heard. Zechs thought about what to say next cause all they had was conjecture on why the suits still worked the way they do. "All we can really think of why they are working is because of our suits armor. It's made out of Gundanium alloy which in turn can block radar, and is highly resistant to lasers. Physical damage is almost none existent, and no we won't tell anyone how to make it."
As Cagalli and Kisaka listened to what Zechs was saying many different thoughts was going through their one of the main things that crossed their minds was they was glad they are not against any race. Natural or Coordinator as it would end badly for the other one. "So let me get this straight. Everything you have told us so far is the truth, and you want to protect Orb.
"Yes we have seen what both sides are willing to do to each other." Heero stated. "Plus we have seen what happens when a peaceful nation falls. Not only that, but your country tries, and succeeds with having both naturals and coordinators live together, but also work together. Now if you will excuse us. We have something important to talk about." Both Cagalli and Kisaka nodded while leaving the room to the two pilots.

Meanwhile up in the ZAFT colonies a lot of debate, and yelling was going on about what took place in Africa. "I can't believe the Desert Tiger is dead." Mr. Clyne said. "However we can't let this stop or other projects. Among them is Operation Splitbreak." Zala added after Clyne finished what he said. Zala also added "What I can't believe is how only two suits were able to cause the amount of damage that they did. Not only that, but I have been unable to find anything on them." Clyne and the rest of the council was shocked to hear Zala admit that last part of what he said.
"What do you mean you can't find anything?" Clyne asked. Zala just looked at him with a calm face and replied "As I just stated there is no information to ascertain to where, or how they were made. The only information that I've been able to uncover was from the information that was located in the suits we liberated from the Alliance." 'Even then it makes no sense did Orb backstab the Alliance, or did they think that the Alliance didn't deserve to know what they was making.' Clyne simply looked around the room before starting "I'm calling this meeting to an end we can't do anything else. So we might as well as get some rest.

Once Clyne arrived home he saw his daughter relaxing having some tea out on the veranda. "Lacus, how is your plans for your next concert?" Lacus looked behind her to see her father smiling at her. "It's going well father. I'm just trying to figure out if I should do a few new songs or not." He just smiled when her herd that "I'm sure whatever you decide will turn out to be the right thing, and will be a wonderful concert. Anyway I have a question. I know you was aboard the Archangel, and was returned by one of the pilots. However did you hear anything about these two new suits that appeared out of nowhere?"
Lacus thought back to the time she was aboard the ship, and the new friends she was able to make with the captain, and Kira. "No father. As far as I know there were no other pilots; because, when they first rescued me I met most everyone that was in charge of the ship. Plus the pilot that brought me back never mentioned any others, and he told me he was one of us." Clyne was surprised at that last bit. "What do you mean he is one of us?" Lacus looked at her father, and said "He is a coordinator, and the reason he is fighting is; because, he is protecting his friends aboard the Archangel."

Creuset was getting ready to have his strike team ambush the Archangel once it gets far enough out to sea. He had over 10 attack subs which carried 4 UMF-4A GoohN in each sub, plus 90 attack helicopters along with 30 ZGMF-1017 GINN High Mobility Custom also known as Tempest. It is equipped with a Heavy Pole arm for extra reach along with a 76MM Heavy Assault Machine Gun. Creuset just sat there with a smile on his face thinking how easy it was to get Zala to agree with him, and get him to do what he wants. However these two new suits will cause problems for him if he doesn't cut them down now. 'I can't believe Zala wasn't able to find more information on these two, but then again that might be a good thing. Because if he was able to do so he would start making them, and then my entire plan would have no meaning it would be completely derailed.' As Creuset kept thinking about his plans his thinking was interrupted by the phone ringing. "Creuset here." An unknown solider appeared on the screen "Sir the last of your squad has arrived from the colony's." Creuset thought about that for a second then grinned. "Tell them to report to me at 1800." "Yes Sir."

Athrun and Nicol was waiting in one of the officer's quarters "So Athrun what do you think of the two new mobile suits that is aboard the legged ship?" Athrun looked at him with a sad smile. "They are powerful machines, and from the way they are piloted they have to be one of us." At least that was what he was hoping; because if it was the other way they might be in trouble if the Alliance has finally got ahold of an operating system that allows them to pilot mobile suits. "The one thing that really concerns me though is that these two suits never lose their color. The white one should have been destroyed when it took the blast from Waltfeld's ship. However it didn't have a mark on it, and it continued its assault." Nicol looking on in thought replied "I agree Athrun, but I don't think this suit is made out of phase shift at least the shield isn't made from phase shift."

Aboard the Archangel Kira was going over the Strike to make sure it everything was in working order; however, Zech's words kept repeating themselves in his head. 'How is it that they can fight like that? How can they just end the lives of their opponents without giving them a chance to retreat? No matter how much I think of this I come to the same conclusion they have been on the battlefield a lot longer than anyone aboard this ship. I think I am going to go, and talk to Cagalli, and Kisaka to see if they can tell me anymore about Heero or Zech.' As Kira was walking through the hallways looking for Cagalli, and Kisaka he just couldn't get his mind off of how war really is, and why good; decent people must fight each other. He was pulled out of his thoughts when he arrived at the room where the two was staying in. Kira knocked on the door a few times until he heard a female yell out come in. "Um.. Cagalli I was wondering if I can ask you some questions?" Cagalli looked at him wondering why he would come to her. "It depends on what you ask me. I might not be able to answer; because I don't know the answer you are looking for."
"That is fine Cagalli. I was wondering what you can tell me about Heero, and Zechs. I have a feeling you know a lot more than you are saying. Especially since the first time you and Kisaka saw them along with their suits you two went to talk to them in private, and the last reason I am coming to you is; because, Captain Ramius told me they are the reason the G-Units was able to be made." Cagalli looked taken back on that. She hadn't expected him to know all of that information. "To be honest we don't know much about those two all we truly know is that they are the original pilots of those machines, and that they were already on their way to Orb. Other than that we are just as much in the dark as you, or anyone else."
Kira was utterly shocked to hear that, and asked "What do you mean you don't know much about them. I mean you have to know something to have been able to build the G-Units." Cagalli looked at him while she had a grim look on her face. "What Orb did for building the G-Units was a mistake it goes against everything our nation's decree stands for. However even I can understand the need for them, but it doesn't mean I have to like it or be quiet about it. The last thing I will say is Heliopolis was too steep a price for anyone to pay thousands lost their homes while hundreds lost their lives. Now please leave me alone."

In Orb Athha was reading some news they were able to obtain from Kisaka from aboard the Archangel. 'Hmm, I wonder what news he has for me.' As he began reading it he was going through a range of emotions 'It seems they have had some trouble, but everything is going well since those two suits have become active once again. For that I am thankful; however I am still disappointed in how Cagalli is acting, but I am still happy that she was found in good health after being shot down. I am even more grateful to the pilot of this Wing Zero, and how the two have decided to come here of their own free will.' As he finished his thoughts someone knocked on his door. As he wondered who it could be all he said was "Come in." As the door opened he saw it was Erica Simmons "What can I do for you Erica?"
She looked almost dead in the eyes, and most people couldn't blame her. After her father in laws removal from Orb, and then not even a month later her son was killed in an accident while playing with some friends. The only thing keeping her going right now was the fact that she had some many people working under her, and keeping her busy. "Sir I was just wondering if the rumors are true about two unknown suits aboard the Archangel?" Uzumi looked her dead in the eyes hoping this will revive some of the life in them. "Yes it is true, and if you are about to ask if they are the same two suits you two discovered then yes they are the same. I have even heard from Kisaka that they were already on their way here for their own reasons which I am looking forward to."
A small bit of life entered her eyes "Are the two original pilots the ones operating them, or two Alliance soldiers?" Uzumi was looking at some video footage that has been floating around. "From the looks of videos that have surfaced, and been shown they couldn't be Alliance soldiers. The suits move to fluidly for new pilots to mobile suits. Especially since the Alliance has never had mobile suits in their arsenal." Erica was happy to hear that, now maybe she could get some answers as to why they appeared like that among other things.

Over on the Archangel La Flaga was going over the battles he has been in since they landed on the Earth, and still couldn't believe everything he has seen. Those two suits that was hidden in the back of the ship was the reason the G-Units even existed; however, those units don't even begin to show the kind of power those two suits did. His entire time in the military he always knew that the coordinators had the better technology, but they lacked the sheer numbers the Alliance could produce into a combat zone. However we still have to outnumber them 3to 1 most of the time to get the results that we need to win, but if they was able to come up with those two suits this war would have been over long ago. All the Alliance would have to do is sit back, and watch the death rate of the coordinators climb. La Flaga was truly happy they were never able to build them or ZAFT for that matter. 'The captain was right about going out, and meeting those two pilots leaving Africa would have been a lot harder with how Kira has been fighting. I know he is still new to killing, and following orders but he is doing quite well in some regards.' As La Flaga continued his musings someone knocked on his a few times. At first he thought about ignoring them, but they just kept knocking. Finally he just said "Come in." He was surprised to see it was Kira who was the one wanting to see him. "What can I do for you kid?" Kira looked down while thinking about what Cagalli told him, along with what Zech's told him about his suit, and how he fights. "I was wondering if you would tell me how you, Heero, and Zech's are so easily able to kill on the battlefield?" When La Flaga heard that he knew he was going to have to explain this to him so it doesn't end up tearing him apart later on in life. "Well it all comes down to-."
