The thrilling conclusion to the Lost Tibbers arc

"Ughhh, what happened?"

"How should I know? You were the one driving. What happened to that damn brat?" Then, the two kidnappers slowly looked up and realized the situation they were in. Both of them were surrounded by half the police force with their guns pointed at them. Jinx had her pow-pow revved up at them. What those two saw in front of them real close to them was beyond belief. A tall, furry beast standing 7 feet tall with sharp claws and menacing teeth. On top of that threatening creature was a little girl that they knew too well.

"Have you seen my bear, Tibbers?" she said with a wicked smile.

"Oh shit."

"Get 'em, Tibbers!"

"RAWRRRRRRRRRRR!"

It took about 30 policeman to separate the bear and the two criminals. They were both scratched, bitten, and burned to irreplaceable damages. Annie was laughing maniacally the whole time they were being tortured. Finally, they were dragged off and sent away in a police car to jail.

"Well, they're going to go away for a long time. Serves them right for wearing black in the summer." Said Jinx.

"But they kidnapped Annie." Said Sona.

"Meh, at least she's safe and found Tibbers. C'mon let's go before something else distracts us." Jinx and Sona were about to head out until they walked in on an emotional scene.

"Thank you, Tibbers, for saving me from those people."

"RAWR!" (No problem at all, Annie)

"And thank you for being with me and putting up with my selfish behavior." Annie started was about to tear up, but stopped herself. She had to do this. It was the right thing. "But I think it's for the best of us that you leave."

"RAWR?" (What are you saying?)

"I'm saying is that you deserve someone better than me. I've been a mean and selfish girl with no control over her anger. I have a quick-temper. I say mean things about people."

"Don't forget the burning." Quipped Jinx. Sona slapped Jinx upside the head.

"I want you to know that I will respect your decision if you want to leave. I won't hate you for that, but before you go, I was hoping you would hear me out for one more thing. I am sorry." Annie bowed her head and cried her eyes out. She finally said her piece. Annie wanted to run out and be alone for the rest of the day, maybe for a week, but was stopped before she ran out.

"RAWR!" (Wait! Why would I want to leave you?) Annie turned around and stared confusedly at tibbers.

"But…but…then why did you leave in the first place?" Annie referred to the days that was gone without Tibbers, which was the longest Annie was separated from Tibbers.

"RAWR!" (You must've misunderstood something. I was out trying to raise money to get you something. I went and raised enough money to get a surprise for you, but when I came back you weren't at the house. I went looking everywhere for you, until I saw you on TV getting kidnapped.)

"Surprise? What do you mean by surprise?"

"RAWR?" (Don't you know what today is?)

"Hmmm? I'm trying hard to think. Is it the day we met? It's not for a while."

"RAWR!" (You seem to forget something about yourself.) The bear reached his hands behind him and handed Annie a box with red wrapping with a golden bow tied around the box. "RAWR!" (Happy birthday, Annie!)

"Oh my god! I totally forgot today was my birthday. What did you get me? What did you get me? What did you get me?" Annie was excited about the present and quickly ripped the wrappings in just seconds. She was astounded by the gift she received by her best friend. "It's a winter coat! It feels so soft and warm. This is perfect because winter is coming. Thanks, Tibbers."

"RAWR!" (You're welcome. I got this ski-er I mean coat on sale.) Annie went up and gave Tibbers the biggest hug ever.

"I'm sorry for ever doubting you. I thought you were going to leave me, and I just didn't want to be alone."

"RAWR!" (Don't cry, dear Annie. I will never leave you alone. I will always be your protector, your cuddly bear to hold onto at nights, and most of all your best friend.)

"You mean the world to me, Tibbers."

"Awww, what an endearing scene. It just makes me cry seeing Annie and Tibbers getting along again." Said Sona who was tearing up at a scene that made Jinx wanted to gag.

"Yea, love and friendship and all that crap." Jinx and Sona continued to start at the duo. "By the way, could you understand anything the bear was saying?"

"Not at all."

"Okay good, it wasn't just me."

"RAWR!" (C'mon let's go back to the daycare, so we can celebrate your birthday along with your friends.)

"Okay, but let me get those two morons over there. They're the reason that I suffered at a stupid pageant, but at least that got through for you to find me. Guess, I gotta repay them somehow. Annie ran over to the two and invited them both to her birthday party, which they didn't hesitate at all at going.

At the Police Station

Jayce was rubbing his head with the headache he was having. Felt like he just got over a hangover, and it was not even the weekend. Heck, it wasn't even nightfall, but here he was at his desk. Nothing but complaints and complaints all over his desk. What bothered him about it was that it all happened it just the span of a couple of days. These complaints he was receiving were outrageous. Jayce just read a letter that was sent to his department. The envelope was a blue shaded background with gold letters designed onto it. The shimmering letter was from Demacia.

"I mean look at these: bank robberies, bombings in theatres, bombing at hotel, spray-painted animals, more bombings, child kidnappers, buildings on fire, bears falling from the sky, huge creatures on motorcycles, cheating at the pageant, hotel room takeover, running out of bar tabs, and most of all WE DIDN'T TAKE BACK SONA!" yelled Jayce as he slammed his fists on the desk. "OFFICER CAITLYN AND OFFICER VI, IN MY OFFICE, NOW!"

Two officers rushed into the office. "Officer Caityln reporting for duty."

After Caitlyn walked in, Vi busted down the door, "WHERE'S THE FIRE!?" Caitlyn face-palmed.

"There's no fire, you idiot."

"Oh…I knew that." Vi grinned. "So watcha bring us in your office for, boss?"

Jayce was holding the letter from Demacia and handed it to Caitlyn. "The reason I brought you over is to get an update on the whole Sona-captured-by-Jinx situation. Are there any developments to that case? Have you at least attempted to separate them?"

"Well…umm….technically, it's more like they're in cahoots with each other." Jayce was staring at Vi in disbelief. "Yeah, I know, shocking."

Caitlyn finished the letter, "According to this letter, King Jarvan, wants to know how is Sona doing in Piltover since we are 'supposedly' taking care of her. Now then, I'm assuming that you lied to the King."

"Not me. We, as in, why you two didn't do anything to get her. I put you two in charge of that." Yelled Jayce at the two.

"Hey! We're trying our best here. It's all that criminal's fault, Jinx." Said Vi.

"Oh you mean, Jinx. The one girl who has managed to cause millions of damage to this city. The devil who has evaded the police since she got here. Just one little girl, and you guys can't catch her."

"Well, to be honest, she has the arsenal of a swat team to escape multiple situations. Even though she looks like it she has IQ that tops the greatest minds of Piltover."

"According to some reports, I saw you drinking till you blacked-out with those two!" Jayce yelled.

"Uhh…about that….well…ummm…."

"Ha ha! You got yelled at." Snicked Vi.

"I got more complaints about you, Vi. Destruction of property, threatening of citizens, and some saw you at that hotel party."

"LIES!"

"Right now, we have a bigger issue on hand. The King assumes that we are taking care of her while she spends her time here. If he catches wind of a Demacian citizen cohering with a dangerous criminal, who knows what could happen."

"Animosity between the Kingdom of Demacia and the city of Piltover." Said Caitlyn. "In other words, war."

"Hey, this sounds kind of serious. The idea sounds really far-fetched, but don't worry, we're doing our best to recapture Sona." Vi gave a supportive thumbs-up. Jayce signed and rubbed the temples on his forehead. Those two were the best officers the city could have.

Officer Caitlyn was an intelligent detective with a natural gift for investigation. Her deduction skills were spot on that it could point out the criminal before the crime could even happen. Her only weakness was her motivation. She didn't have any drive whatsoever. She was dedicated to the 9-5 hours. When she working outside those hours, she demanded to be paid for her overtime. She needed someone, a motivator perhaps. This is where Vi comes into the picture.

Officer Vi was Caitlyn's partner. Her addition to the force was questionable. She didn't follow the chief's orders, her attitude needed to be toned down, and the property damages she accumulated were outrageous. Vi was a pain to the chief, the other officers, and Caitlyn, especially since she was her partner, but she knew certain things that none of the officers have. Vi was a criminal before she was invited by Caitlyn to the police force. Her knowledge of the streets helped her with crime-fighting. Vi's gauntlet power carried the power of 100 professional boxers combined.

Jayce saw the two as partners. They were incompetent when separated, but together, they were a force to be reckoned with. Caitlyn kept Vi as her partner, so she could learn the proper ways of being an officer, but Vi always scoffed it off as mere suggestions. Vi just wanted to beat up criminals without getting in trouble by the police. Vi was Caitlyn's motivator to fight crime and justice. To Caitlyn, she made going to her job more interesting as the days goes by. Jayce had to admit that they were the greatest duo that every criminals fear, but they weren't enough for one criminal, Jinx. Jinx was becoming too much for the duo. He knew they were capable of completing the mission, but time was of the essence. Getting Sona away from Jinx and get her in safe hands before King Jarvan notices.

"Anyways, since we need to get this mission completed with quickeness and care, I hired a bounty hunter."

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Vi screamed. "You don't think we're enough to do this. I could do a better job than any bounty hunter."

"With all due respect, sir, but don't you think hiring a bounty hunter is wise in a situation like this. How do you know a bounty hunter in the first place?"

"Don't worry about the details. The person was already briefed on the mission. We just need to re-capture Sona with swiftness and a bonus for the capture of Jinx as well, dead-or-alive. To the identity of the hunter, you guys will probably be familiar with for this person realms from the Fields of Justice."

"From the Fields of Justice? But who did you hire to do this?"

"Yeah, who is this person? I'd like to check him out before I agree to this." Vi scoffed with disbelief.

"As a matter of fact, the bounty hunter is here." Jayce then yelled out. "Could you come in and introduce yourself to these two?" The door opened and the person walked in.

"YOU!?" Caitlyn and Vi shouted.

Another part of Town

Ezreal sighed for the 20th time today. "I really wanted to spend some time with Sona today, but I just can't find the opportunity." He walked around Piltover listlessly with no place in mind. "Even if I do find her, what will I say? I just can't go up to her and ask her out. It's embarrassing." he thought. Ezreal was supposed to be Sona's guardian during her stay in Piltover, but he blew it on the first day. After he lost her, he got chewed out by the chief of police, and he told Ezreal not to say a word to anyone else, especially the kingdom of Demacia. It was responsibility, and he blew it. If he saw Sona again, he promised to himself that he would do whatever it takes to save her from that dastardly criminal.

Ezreal finally got his resolve, but the most important question was 'where's Sona?'

"Hello, Prodigal Explorer." Ezreal jolted out of his stupor. A somewhat feminine voice spoke to him from behind. He turned around and was surprised by the way she dressed. She was wearing some sort of green military combat suit with a green helmet with visor. Her physique showed on the slim girl's body even in a military suit. She had a rifle slung behind her back. Ezreal was confused on how she knew his title. Did he met her before, because her voice sounds awfully familiar?

"Can I help you with something?" he asked.

She gave him a stern glance at first. Then, she smiled. "I'm looking for a person here in Piltover, a friend from where I am from."

"And where is that?" People in military uniforms gave him some skeptic views about this lady. Could she trust her?

"Classified information." She replied. Well, she's definitely a stranger to him.

"Ahh, I see, so who is this person you are looking for?"

"Classified information." She said again. Ezreal was about to walk away from this stranger. He sighed. This lady was such a hassle, but he decided to give her one more chance.

"Is there anything you can tell me about your friend?"

She gave the explorer a long stare followed by silence. He was waiting for an answer. The military woman said, "All you need to know is that she's not from here, and I've been sent by my king to check up on her. If her situation is in dire danger, I'm going to have to take her back home."

This girl must be really important to be sought by a king. Ezreal wondered who she was.

"I'm sorry that I can't help you on that matter. I'm actually looking for a person myself. Her name is Sona." The lady's ears perked and turned her face directly at him. "She's a beautiful lady with a great talent for music. Just once, I would like to hear her perform. If possible, just hang out with me." He said with a blush. "Why am I telling you this? Sorry, I hope you find your friend you are looking for."

As he was about to run off, the girl in green yelled, "Hold up, explorer." He stopped. She had an impish smile and walked towards Ezreal. "I'm actually new here to Piltover. I was hoping you could guide me around town. Maybe we could find our lost friends together."

Ezreal was surprised at her swift plan. Maybe he did need someone to help him find Sona in a big city like this. He didn't want for this girl to get lost in Piltover, so he decided to lend her a hand. "That actually sounds like a great idea."

"Bright decision!" She put out her hand. Ezreal gave her a handshake of approval.

"Let me introduce myself properly. My name is Ezreal, the Prodigal Explorer." He said with a smile.

She smiled wide at him. "Mine is classified information." Ezreal sighed again. Could he manage accompanying her around town? Then, they both set off on the search for their missing friends.

"So could you tell me about this Sona friend? Is she your girlfriend?"

"Wha-no no no no… I mean…well….we're friends….I tihink. Well…..more like acquaintances." She laughed at the boy's stutter. This was going to be a fun outing.

After Annie's Birthday Party- On the way to the arcade

"Those were some tasty cupcakes. I lost count after 10 cupcakes." Jinx and Sona just left the party. It was a fun birthday party hanging out with the children, Lady Agnete, Tibbers, and the birthday girl, Annie. It was getting close to sundown, and all the children were getting tired; that is when it was time for Sona and Jinx to head out, but they promised the kids to come hang out at the daycare again.

"That was a fun party, but I think I have a stomach ache from all that ice cream." Sona held her stomach in just a slight upset in her stomach.

"You're going to be fine. Just walk it off, or better yet, I have a better idea to burn that energy."

"What do you have in mind, Jinx?"

Jinx gave Sona a wide smirk. She grabbed the bagful of the leftover coins and shook it around. "Let's go to the arcade, like I wanted to do all day."

"Okay that sounds like fun." Spending time with Jinx was never boring for Sona. She did wonder how a fun and energetic girl came commit crime-sprees in the city. How did a teenage girl grow up to a life of crime? Is this something she could ask out blatantly? Is she misunderstanding how this girl functions?

"Hey Sona, can I ask ya something?"

Jinx snapped out of her serious line of thoughts. "Sure, go ahead."

"When's your birthday?" Annie's birthday party reminded Jinx that her friend also celebrates birthdays, and so wondered when was hers.

"It's actually coming up pretty soon. My birthday is next month."

"Ohhh…I see that is pretty close."

Sona asked Jinx the same question, to which she replied, "My birthday? Hmmm, to tell you the truth, I don't know." The news that Jinx doesn't know her birthday shocked Sona, but it did raise some suspicion on how she was brought up. "Well, I celebrate my birthday the day when I was dropped off at the front steps of the daycare, according to what Lady Agnete said."

"So what day is that?" Sona wondered.

"I can't remember what day, but I know it's also next month, just like yours." Her birthday was pretty close to Sona's. "Hey, you know what we should do? We could have a joint birthday party, just me and you." Sona smiled at Jinx's enthusiasm as she was running her tongue at 100 mph. "We could do stuff like fireworks and start another party in a bigger and better hotel than the other one we had. The cake would beat that dark brat's puny cake. It would be ginormous, fit not one, but twenty strippers. I still get to cut the cake though. We would invite so many people, but they have to bring each of us a present for them to join this bash. Maybe I should invite Jayce and Caitlyn so that police can give me some sort of birthday discount, like one free day that we don't get hassled by the cops. Should we invite Vi? Fine, but she's gotta help pay with this credit card that I still have. I bet she doesn't know I still have this."

Jinx kept babbling on about the imaginary and ideal party she had planned for both her and Sona. In the back of her head, Sona was reminded of something important that brought her to reality. Could she actually stay in Piltover long? Could she stay longer than a month? This first started as an invitation to play at a recital plus a week's worth of vacation, but she wanted to extend the days. The past few days were dangerous and random, but she never had this much fun. Sona never let herself go this loose before. She felt free when she was by Jinx's side. Sona just wanted those feelings to last forever, but she knew she had to go back home to Demacia at some point. The thought of going back home disheartened her. She was conflicted.

"Oh look, WE'RE HERE!" Jinx screamed in delight. Sona was brought out of her stupor. Jinx and Sona was brought to that same arcade they visited during their drunken adventure around the city. They remembered that this place was run by some sort of mythical creature.

"If it isn't the Loose Cannon and the Maven of Strings. Welcome back!" It was the Shadow of war, Arcade Hecarim. Sona noticed something quite odd about the greeting he gave the two. She felt that his smile seemed kind of forced. Jinx showed off the bag of coins to Hecarim saying they're going to beat some games and play all night. Jinx ran off to find which game she should play first. "Hope she doesn't find out." Hecarim muttered under his breath, which didn't go unheard of by Sona.

"I wonder what he meant by that?" Well, since she was here. She wanted to play more of the Piano Hero. The music game tested her abilities on her skills as musician. The sound was foreign to her, but more modern and high-tech.

Sona finally found the Piano Hero station until she heard her friend scream out in fury. "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS!?" Jinx was glaring at the game screen. Sona ran to her side.

"What happened? What's wrong, Jinx?"

"THAT'S THE PROBLEM!" Jinx pointed at the game screen. Sona then saw what was on the screen that upset Jinx.

1st Place: MSF

2nd Place: JNX

Sona assumed that "JNX" was the game initials for "Jinx." Jinx went to the other game stations and looked at each of the screen. They all had the same results: JNX in second place, and MSF in first place. Jinx was getting madder and madder as each screen she saw the dreaded results.

"SOMEONE TELL ME WHO THE FUCK "MSF" IS!?"

"Dammit, I thought she wouldn't find out." Said a scared Hecarim. Jinx ran to the front of the arcade center, right up to the rainbow centaur.

"Now, could you explain this? How did my hi-scores get bested?"

"This person just came out of nowhere, just yesterday, and spent all day playing at the arcades. One second, I was minding my own business, the next the games were blaring loudly. Apparently, the gamer was going for a win-streak, but only some of the games that person didn't get to yet."

"So tell me, who this "MSF" person is? If you don't tell me, RIGHT NOW, I will go attack on your rainbow unicorn's ass."

"MSF would be me." The voice came from the entrance of the arcade. "Let the fun begins, bang."

A/N: Things are getting serious in this story. I've introduced three new characters: the bounty hunter, the military girl, and "MSF." To all the readers, I'm giving you a challenge. The first person who can identify the three new characters, I will reward them with a gift, say like a new skin, over on League of Legends. For extra credit, if you can name the skin that goes with the added new characters, I will reward you a skin of your choosing. The deadline is October 12.

I would like to thank the readers for the reviews, favorites, and follows to my first fanfiction.

Anyways, I'm always up for suggestions. I don't own League of Legends, but I own this story. Anyways, please read and review. Thank you.
