A fan of FMA asked me to post a soundtrack to this fanfiction and I actually put a little soundtrack together for the story (those of you who are following this, the story will be in 3 parts) or Devil May Cry! You can check out the soundtrack at the bottom!

Chapter 10

Lab 5

Renee and Roy made it to the lab in under 10 minutes by car when they saw Al battling another suit of armor from behind the gate. Roy melted the lock on the door and shoved the gate open before he watched Renee squirm her way into the building.

"Damn it," Roy hissed and threw one look at Al before he followed Renee into the building. The hallways were dark and Roy knew that whoever was in control of the stone must've set bobby traps to keep trespassers out. He tread carefully before he caught up to Renee who was hiding behind a door frame. He heard the sound of metal against metal and a shriek of pain.

"It's Ed… he's facing a suit of armor of some sort," Renee whispered. Roy looked over her shoulder and saw Ed using his arm as a sword of some sort to block the armor's sword. Ed quickly took down the armor and fell to the floor holding onto his arm. Blood was dripping down his face and chest to make a small pool on the ground. "Shit I can't let him die here." Renee quickly took off and ran to Ed's side. She took out a handkerchief and started to wipe the blood out of his eyes as he muttered for his brother. Roy walked out of the shadows then quickly walked back when he noticed something moving from the darkness across the room.

"Tell me who turned you into that," Ed said to the heap of metal. The head laugh and Renee knew the soul of whoever was murdered was put into that suit of armor. The thing started to talk before two black blades flew out from the dark and stabbed the mask, ripping the metal in two. Renee shrieked and two figures came out from the dark. Both hard long hair except one had a long black dress and boots, her lips blood red. The other wore a skimpy shirt and shorts? Renee didn't know if that one was a male or female. The one with spiky long hair quickly walked over to the armor and started to stab at it until Renee heard a sizzling noise. She looked over at the hallway she came from and saw Roy's white glove flash from the dark. She sighed with relief. She felt her blood turn icy from the curse and before anyone could speak the women in the black dress sent the daggers at Renee's throat, mere centimeters separated her from certain death.

"Don't even think about it, Renee," The women said in a seductive voice. The other looked over and grinned.

"That's the famous Renee Blanche? Why is she so skinny?" The other one asked.

"Envy don't be rude to our guests," The women said. Envy sat down and dropped the sword to the ground.

"Who are you?" Ed asked them. The women drew back her dagger fingers and crossed her arms.

"That's Envy, I'm Lust. We've been watching you, Elric."

"You've been naughty, Edward," Envy snickered.

"What?" Ed asked. Envy kicked him and Renee grabbed Envy's leg and froze his or her bloodstream. Envy jumped back and Renee assumed he must be a guy.

"The bitch froze my blood! I can't feel my leg!" Envy shouted. Lust glared at Renee and her fingers twitched.

"We've been watching you too, Blanche. You've been a little too rebellious for our standards as well," Lust hissed. Renee glared at her, her hands twitched. She wanted her bow badly but she left it in the car like an idiot.

"What do you want?" Renee said.

"Stay out of our business and we'll keep in the shadows. We need you in the future, so try to not get yourselves killed," Envy replied and sat back on the ground rubbing his leg to give it some warmth. Ed cried silently from the pain in his arm.

"Why do you need us?" Renee asked them.

"Can't tell you that, sweetie," Envy said. "Pipsqueak needs to learn his manners though."

"What did you call me?" Ed hissed and Envy snickered.

"Ed stop, don't hurt yourself more," Renee replied and she pushed him back down when he cried out in pain.

"Someone else is here," Lust replied and she shot her finger daggers into the darkness where Roy was hiding out. Renee yelped and Lust screamed in pain as she pulled back her fingers to see smoke rising from them. Roy threw himself out of the dark, his fingers ready to snap.

"Give me a reason to burn you again," Roy replied.

"What the hell is he doing here? We're you two together before you came here?!" Ed shouted. Roy rolled his eyes and Envy started to laugh.

"Colonel Mustang is your knight in shining armor? THAT'S A JOKE!" Envy laughed.

"He's Blanche's pet dog," Lust smiled. Roy snapped his fingers and Lust's hands started to burn again leaving her crying in pain.

"Alright enough games, want to see our latest invention, Mustang? They call it a fear stimulator!" Envy said and pushed a button on the wall. A glass box locked in Ed and Renee before Roy could reach them. Renee couldn't hear what he was saying.

"What the hell is going on, Renee?" Ed whispered. He was losing consciousness. She had to get him out. She banged on the glass begging to be let out when a bluish gas filled the box. Renee fell to her knees and she saw herself in a forest. She breathed in the smell of fresh grass and flowers when she heard the first scream. It was her mother.

"RENEE HELP ME!"

"MOM!" Renee picked herself up and started running towards the voice. Her mother's scream grew louder and she realized it was the wind carrying her mother's scream.

"RENEE THIS ISN'T REAL!" She heard Roy scream in the wind and before she knew it his scream echoed the air. "RENEE RUN!" Renee did as he told. She took off running. Screams of different people she met echoed through the wind as she kept running. Winry, Ed, Al, Riza, Michael, Jon, Lenny, Hughes and even his daughter's screams followed her until she ran into an invisible glass wall where she fell to the soft grass and covered her ears.

"STOP! MAKE IT STOP!" Renee screamed. She heard the screams continue for what seemed like hours before she felt some touch her. She opened her eyes and moved herself back to see who grabbed her. Roy stood there, his face red and blotchy. She looked over at Edward to see him crying softly muttering to himself.

"It's alright, it's over. It wasn't real, Renee," Roy said and hugged her tightly. She saw flames erupt in front of her. Envy stood right behind Roy and grinned.

"Stay in line, Blanche. Next time, it won't be just the fear stimulation, we'll use bodily harm," Envy replied and with that he was gone, Lust already walking out of the room. Renee picked herself up, too weak to put the fire out, she needed water.

"Grab him," She whispered and Roy quickly picked up Ed and the two of them walked out of the building the same way they came in.
