Hi everyone!

Sorry it's been a while since my last update. So much stuff has happened between now and then. But, here you go! Finally got chapter 5 up. It's not much and not as good as the other chapters, but I thought I may as well update the story. Hope it's alright! Enjoy! :)

Sakura's P.O.V

BEEP BEEP BEEP!

Oh…my...god…I felt like I'd been hit by a truck. Rolling over, I turned off my alarm clock and in the process, fell off my bed.

"Owww…" I groaned as I rubbed my head. I checked the time. 9:30am. SHIT! I'm supposed to meet the girls at 10. I hurried to my feet, ran to the bathroom, had a quick shower and got dressed in my black skinny jeans and my favourite mint green singlet. I chucked on some bling and makeup, grabbed my shoes, wallet and keys and opened the front door. I stopped.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked. He was standing there with his arm outstretched ready to knock on the door.

"Good morning to you too, Sakura," He replied. "I came to bring you this. You must've accidentally dropped it in my car when you were getting out last night," Sasuke said, handing me my phone. I was in such a rush this morning that I didn't even realize it was missing.

"Oh, right, thanks for bringing it to me." I was relieved to see my phone until I turned it on and saw the multiple missed calls and text messages from the girls. I also checked the time. 9:50am. My eyes widened in panic. I need to somehow get from my place to town in 10 minutes. I walked out my door then turned around and locked it.

"Sorry Sasuke, I'd love to stay and chat, but I'm in a massive rush. See you," I said waving as I fast paced it to my car. As I hopped in my car I called out, "No doubt you took my number from my phone, so just text me later or something and we'll get the group together again. See ya."

Sasuke's P.O.V

I smirked. I didn't think she'd actually think of that. She's intelligent.

Sakura's P.O.V

I started my little car but it made an unhealthy sound and died. I tried again but it wouldn't turn on.

"Oh come on! Don't do this to me now! You piece of shit car!" I bashed on the steering wheel and smacked my head against it. I felt a slight bit of pain center in my forehead. Slowly, I turned my head sideways and saw him still standing there. I went bright red with embarrassment. Here I am throwing a tantrum like a 3 year old and Sasuke was standing there trying not to laugh. I glared at him. I hopped out of my car and went to call a taxi.

"Need a lift?" he asked, almost way too happy that my car wasn't working.

"No, I'm right. Calling a taxi," I replied. I'm not getting a lift from him again.

"Sure? It's free and I can get you there fast."

"No, really. It's fine."

"Ok, your choice," he said swinging his keys and walking back to his car with a smile on his face. I looked at my phone. 9:55am. I sighed. It would be quicker and cheap.

"Fine."

I walked over to the car and caught the slight smirk on his face. That cheeky bastard.

Sasuke's P.O.V

Sakura climbed into my car with an annoyed look on her face. I won.

"So, where am I taking you?" I asked.

"The little café on the corner of Hope Street. I'm meeting the girls there," she said in a very monotone voice. I started up my Audi R8, kicked it into gear and shot off down the street.

Sakura's P.O.V

He thinks he's so hot when he does that. I just think he's a tool. Men with fast, expensive cars are just accommodating for something.

"So, dinner tonight?" he asked me.

"What? You're asking me on a date?" My head snapped sideways to look at him. We've known each other since last night and he's already asking me out?

"Yes. How does the new restaurant that's just opened up on Starlight Lane sound?" My jaw dropped. I've always dreamed about going to that place since I found it was opening.

"You want to take me to 'The Queen's Palace?' The 5 star restaurant that's been booked out since it's been opened?"

"Yeah, why not? It's a nice place. Besides, I know a few people so I managed to get a reservation for tonight."

"You've already booked a table for us? How do you know I'm going to say yes?" I responded crossing my arms and glaring at him. He expects me to go on a date with him just because he's already booked it? Get real. I saw a slight smirk spread across his face.

"How do I know you're going to say yes?" Sasuke started and then turned to look at me. "Because, you owe me a favor for driving you home last night."

That cunning son of a bitch.

"Oh, and for driving you to town. Besides," he continued, "it's just one dinner. There's no harm in having one dinner, is there?"

I sighed. I do owe him for that. He could've left me out there to freeze last night. And he is driving me into town today. I sighed

"Fine, I guess one dinner won't hurt."

"Great. I'll pick you up at 7pm. Oh, and we're here by the way." I had only just realized that the car had stopped. I saw the little café across the street and the girls sitting inside at the window seat. I jumped out the car and poked my head back through the window.

"Alright, my place tonight at 7pm?" I double checked. He nodded. "Cool. See you then."

"Oh, and by the way Sakura, here," he added and handed me an envelope. "I'm guessing you have nothing to wear so go crazy. See you tonight." With that, he drove off, leaving me confused. I shook it off and dashed into the café. Hopefully, the girls didn't see who I was with. I was wrong.

As I sat down, I was immediately interrogated.

"So Sakura, you're late and you showed up with Sasuke from last night too," Ino stated fluttering her eyelashes, hinting at something.

"Trust me, it's not what you think," I replied, waving my hands. I explained the events of this morning and the girls' eyes widened.

"HE'S TAKING YOU TO THE QUEEN'S PALACE?!" Ino practically screamed. I just nodded as though it was a bother.

"Wow, you're so lucky," Hinata added.

"So, what's in the envelope?" Tenten asked suspiciously.

"He said I probably don't have anything to wear so go crazy, then he handed me this," I said holding the envelope. Slowly, I opened it to reveal a large amount of cash and the name of a boutique just down the street. Ino squealed.

"You know what this means, right girls?" Ino said, way too excited.

"SHOPPING!" They all yelled in unison.

I rolled my eyes. I'm not much of a shopper, or a beauty queen for that matter. What a nightmare this'll be. I couldn't understand why Sasuke was so persistent. It was annoying because he basically manipulated me into going out with him, and he gave me a heap of money. It's nice and all, but it just doesn't feel right taking this much money from him for a one night thing.

So there it is, chapter 5. Hope it was alright :)

Catch ya next time :)
