Summary: Appearing in a confusing wave of distorted data the seven digidestined enter the digiworld. Years, decades, before their time an immortal and frustrated wizard made a deal with Death. In return for the Resurection stone he may have a chance to start over- but Death is a fickle partner and the deal is twisted, leaving him in an eleven year-old body, immortal and unchanging.

Disclaimer: Don't own Harry Potter or Digimon- but if I owned a digimon I would be wooping for joy right about now.

Side note: All chapters will be from one character's 3rd person POV every other chapter will be from Harry's

Tai:

Tai clutched tightly to his dinosaur-like digimon friend as he and the seven others let out surprised shouts at their displaced footing. They landed heavily in a large net that was suspended over blackness. The ropes were pressing against his back and legs uncomfortably and he tried to hold Agumon on his stomach to keep him from the ropes

"I am going to kill them!" That was Hadrian's voice. Around that point the others started groaning and thrashing about to get into more dignified positions. Someone kicked his shoulder and he shoved them roughly. He heard Matt's disgruntled groan and smirked to himself cheekily.

"So… is this it? A pit-trap? That's like a level one prank, I expected more considering how scared you were." Tai asked skeptically and he heard Hadrian groan from somewhere to his left.

"Did you have to ask that? That's just encouraging him to up the ante." Suddenly Mimi shrieked. There was bouncing along the net as she scrambled away from whatever she'd seen or felt. "What is it?" He sounded like he didn't want to know the answer but had to ask anyways. Tai strained his eyes in the darkness but couldn't see anything other than faint outlines.

"S-something touched me. Th-there's something down there!" Palmon started reassuring her quickly but Tai couldn't help it.

"Ooh, are there bugs? Maybe this isn't such a bad prank after all." Mimi whimpered and someone near him lashed out with a hand and hit his eye. "Ow! Hey!"

Sora growled angrily. "Stop riling her up, I'm sure it's just a spider or something." She didn't sound all that convinced.

"I wouldn't be so sure." And Tai turned his slowly adapting eyes onto their newest companion. "The 'bugs' here aren't like the ones you're used to."

Mimi started crying, "It- it's c-crawling on meee! Get it off!" And even in the dim lighting that was far too big to be any bug from earth. Suddenly Matt let out an unmanly yelp and jerked in the ropes making Tai snigger before he felt something on his arm.

He clenched onto Agumon slightly before turning to squint at the dark form on a bug that was at least as thick as his thigh and about a foot long almost staring him in the eyes. He yelped loudly in surprise and vaguely heard Hadiran snort in amusement and shot where he thought the boy was with a dark look.

"Behind you Augmon!" The dragon digimon made a quick judgment call.

"Pepper breath!" the fire attack lit up the room, hitting a green worm-like digimon and making it squeal as it disappeared downward. Unfortunately it also showed the humans what was going on. Tai was frozen where he sat, there were bugs everywhere all over the walls, on the top of the ropes, climbing onto the ropes. Mimi started screaming when the sight fully registered and Tai shivered. Okay, so that's bad…

The ropes were moving again but it was probably not a human considering how slight the movements were. Hadrian abruptly lashed out with his foot and kicked Tai in the shins which made him yelp and pout. "What were you thinking? You knew it was a bug- what do bugs on Earth do when they see a light? They swarm." Mimi was crying and Tai actually felt a bit bad when he heard a muffled sniffle that sounded a lot like T.K. He didn't mean to make the little guy cry!

"I'm sorry! What do I do?" Tai asked frantically, he wasn't going to let Matt hold this over him. "Wasn't this a prank?"

Hadrian scoffed and there was movement, "Yes, but he's a digimon, they can take more than humans. Let's just get everyone out, one by one. Digimon, I expect full cooperation."

"Yes!" Came the quick unanimous response and Tai felt Agumon leave his arms. He suddenly felt bare and lonely without the warm dragon-like digimon. Sora gripped his arm tightly but he didn't say anything. If anything he was glad for her presence.

Matt spoke up then, "T.K.'s going out first, then Mimi, Gabumon, you Agumon and Tentamon protect the one going up, Palmon you use your vines to carry people up when you get to the top. Tokomon you stay with T.K., Piyomon, try carrying people to the top, or at least supporting them and Gomamon you try to keep them away from us down here." The digimon responded immediately, and Tai was instantly a little jealous. It wasn't that he was angry that things were getting done, just that Matt was able to make it happen and he'd just made it worse.

They had safely gotten everyone out but he, Matt and Hadrian when something went wrong. Out of nowhere there was a snap and Hadrian suddenly cursed.

"What's wrong?"

"That was one of the ropes." He shouted up at the faint light above them, "Hurry guys, it's not going to hold much longer." There was T.K.'s voice faintly above them saying something in a worried tone of voice and Sora shouted down for Matt to go up first.

Tai was determined to stay to the last, at least so that he could say he was the brave one. But once Matt had gotten up and there was another ominous 'snap' he wanted to run for the vines that were lowering. He caught the glint of Hadrian's eyes in the dim light and the other boy nodded to the vines.

"Don't worry. I'll be fine. I've lived though lots of these." And Tai had to concede that point because he obviously had and he grabbed Palmon's vine and used it to start climbing up, Gomamon- who had stayed behind to protect them- on his shoulders. He got to the top of the rim and sighed in relief, Agumon looking him over critically for any wounds and Gomamon joining Joe. Tai suddenly started.

"Wait, then Hadrian's down there without any protection!" The others all shared worried glances with each other and Palmon returned to the hole, looking determined, even though she looked weary to the bone. It was just as she stretched her vines out that there was a sound that worried them all to the bone.

It was an ominous 'snap' followed by a startled yelp and Palmon shrieked, throwing out her vines faster. To her dismay she met the inside of the ropes and a large noticeable hole.

A/N: Wow look at me go, another cliffhanger- am I getting a hang of these things or what? And wow that is a lot of pairing votes. I'll say right here though- Harry will not be paired with any of the digimon that 'belong' to the digidestined (it would be the equivalent of your friend trying to date your psychic dog to the humans).

Narutogundam00: No, Harry isn't going to have a crest but it was a thought for a while. Nice pairing Ideas but no angewomon, sorry.

Seimika: I'm very sorry but Harry will not be aging at all. It's a bit of a sticking point for me.
