Another part to the Kurtbastian and kitten Oreo series.

Sebastian wants to propose to Kurt and decides to seek help from their cute fluffy roommate.

Story contains: Swearing, fluff and Brittana.

Sebastian can hear the laughter as he nears his and Kurt's apartment; Brittany and Santana are around once again.

Kurt looks up from where he is seated by Brittany and Santana with their feet in his lap, as he hears the door unlock and smiles.

"My baby's home." he exclaims.

Brittany grins from her spot on the couch where she rests on Santana with Oreo on her chest.

"Puke." Santana jokes.

Kurt gets up to greet Sebastian as he walks in and sets down his briefcase.

"Hey babe, how was work?"

Sebastian wraps his arms around Kurt and kisses him, while he ignores Santana and Brittany's cat calls in the background.

"Good, how was your day?" Sebastian asks, once he pulls away from the kiss.

"Fun, we went shopping then came home and baked before sitting on the couch and gossiping."

"Did you get any work done?" Sebastian asked in amusement.

Kurt rolled his eyes before he nodded.

"Yes mister, I did some before the girls turned up."

Kurt worked from home and only went to the office twice a week but Sebastian worried Santana and Brittany may be over quite a bit to see Oreo. She was quite the attention hogger.

"Don't worry; we didn't distract your man from his work that much." Santana called out.

Sebastian just smiled in a fond way before he made his way to the bedroom.

Santana pulled herself free from Brittany and made to follow but was stopped by Kurt on the way.

"You all good?" Kurt asked.

"Yeah fine, those cookies should be ready to ice."

"Yes Madam." Kurt retorted and did a mock salute.

Brittany chuckled from her spot on the couch.

Santana let the comment slide; instead she headed to Kurt and Sebastian's bed room.

Sebastian was on the bed, his eyes on the wall.

"Ok Space man, what's going on?"

Sebastian jumped and turned to face Santana. His face unreadable.

"I'm fine. What's up with you?"

Santana folded her arms across her chest.

"Look, I'm the queen at masking emotions which means I can tell when someone is hiding something, so spill. What's going on?"

Sebastian let out a sigh before he got up and opened up his tie draw and pulled out a small bag, he then opened that and turned around with a ring box in his hand.

Santana's eyes widened and she opened her mouth.

Sebastian put his hand up, narrowing his eyes to warn her.

"Shit, you're serious." Santana hissed, she walked up to him.

Sebastian nodded.

"Yes and scared as fuck."

"Wow, you're going to propose. Oh fuck. I'm getting emotional. Quick. Say something annoying so I can make fun of you."

Sebastian shook his head as he walked back over and put the ring box away.

"I have no flaws." he said as he shut the draw.

Santana scoffed.

"Bitch please."

"Takes one to know one."

Santana grinned.

"You're alright Smythe. So when are you asking him."

Sebastian swallowed as he gazed at the place where the ring was.

"Soon. I still need to gather my confidence. Shit, Trust Kurt to make me so scared."

Santana sighed. She walked closer to Sebastian and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Kurt loves you. He will say yes."

Sebastian smiled.

"You don't need a fancy speech alright, just be yourself. Kurt loves that."

Sebastian breathed in deep and nodded.

"Yeah, thanks Tana."

Santana squeezed his shoulder.

"We're gonna let that one slide also if you tell anyone I was nice, I'll strangle you with a bow tie."

Sebastian stepped back.

"Kurt wouldn't let you." he said and smirked.

"Please, I'll just say it was an accident during masturbation. Autoerotic Asphyxiation."

Sebastian smirk deepened.

"Funny, Kurt's the one into that but me doing that to him. Sorry to ruin your master plan." he said before he left the room.

Santana was impressed.

"Damn, those kinky boys."

Sebastian finished at the office earlier than expected and ends up with the house to himself as Kurt was called in to a last minute meeting for the issue dead line.

Sebastian places his phone down; the text from Kurt is still on the screen. He closes the message after he sends his reply of 'See you later on, love you xx' and goes to get a drink from the fridge.

He takes a sip and notices Oreo seated in the middle of the room, her eyes on him. Sebastian closes the lid of his water bottle and makes his way over to Oreo.

As he reaches her, an idea arrives in his head and he grins.

"Oreo, you are going to help me propose to Kurt."

Oreo cocks her head, as if she understands.

Sebastian makes his way to the kitchen to begin a meal for dinner. The plan continues to form in his head.

He can't wait to propose to Kurt, all previous nerves are replaced with excitement.

When Kurt arrives home that night, he opens the door to a candlelit table, smooth Jazz on the stereo and his boyfriend in the kitchen.

"Wow, I should work late more often." Kurt jokes.

Sebastian kisses Kurt's cheek as he goes past with plates in each hand and sets them on the table.

"Haha, you know I'm not the best cook."

Kurt shrugs off his coat and hangs it up.

"You shouldn't doubt your abilities, this smells great."

Sebastian smiles, as he pulls out a chair for Kurt and nods at the plate in front of him, once he's seated.

"Wait till you taste it."

Kurt grabs a fork and pulls up a forkful of the pasta dish.

"Mmm, baby. This is incredible."

Sebastian takes his seat and raises a glass of wine.

"Only the best for my sweetheart."

Kurt feels his body go warm all over.

He raises his own Glass and clinks it with Sebastian's before they both take a sip.

"Cheers." Kurt says as he puts his glass down, then he digs into his food again.

Sebastian watches Kurt eat; his excitement builds as he thinks about his plan.

He digs into his own food and tries to not give it away.

Once dinner is finished, Sebastian leads Kurt to the middle of the room and wraps his arms around him, presses small kisses to Kurt's forehead.

"I loved dinner and well everything but what's the special occasion."

Sebastian pulls away, he smiles at Kurt, who cocks his head in interest.

"Wait here." Sebastian says, before he leaves the room.

Kurt is confused. He stays where he is.

Sebastian comes back, Oreo in his arms.

"I was wondering where she was. What's going on?" Kurt asks.

Sebastian just hands him Oreo, who purrs as Kurt takes her.

Kurt pats over Oreo's fur, he gazes at Sebastian who seems nervous.

Kurt looks down, his eyes sweep over Oreo before they notice a glint by the collar and he does a double take.

"Bas." Kurt gasps as he spies the gold band attached to Oreo's collar.

Kurt's heart hammers in his chest as he looks up at Sebastian, whose own eyes are open and wet.

"Kurt, I love you."

"Yes." Kurt exclaims.

Sebastian's eyes widen more.

"Yes. I will marry you."

"I had a whole speech prepared."

"No matter what you say, the answer is still yes."

Sebastian's grin almost hurts as he kisses Kurt's lips before he pulls back.

"Fuck, You're serious right."

Kurt chuckles and nods.

"I am, I want to marry you."

Sebastian beams and he reaches over to retrieve the ring.

"May I?"

Kurt nods, he sets down Oreo and puts out his hand.

Sebastian doesn't take his eyes off Kurt's, as he slides the ring on Kurt's finger.

Once the ring is on. Kurt pulls Sebastian forward and kisses him.

They clutch each other close, Kurt's hand ends up on Sebastian's cheek and Sebastian feels a thrill run down his spine as he feels the cool band that rests there.

"We're engaged." he mummers against Kurt's lips.

"Yeah. Do you want to make love to your fiancé."

Sebastian nods and doesn't remove his lips from Kurt's as he drags Kurt to the bedroom.

The next day, Santana and Brittany arrive to see Oreo.

Kurt answers the door and hugs both of them before he grabs the kitten.

Sebastian smiles as he watches the look on Brittany's face as she spies the flash of gold on Kurt's hand.

"Wait, give me your hand." she shouts.

Santana grins as Brittany squeals loudly as Kurt holds out his hand.

They both hug and jump up and down.

"Told you he would say yes." Santana says to Sebastian.

"Nice ring by the way."

Sebastian smiles.

"Thanks."

He then grabs her, despite her protests and joins the hug with Kurt and Brittany.

Sebastian catches Kurt's eye and feels his heart swell, as Kurt smiles at him. Sebastian pulls Kurt close to him, enjoys the way Kurt fits to his side. Sebastian is the happiest he has been in a long time and it's all because of Kurt and dare he say it, their little fluffball Oreo.

Well think I might leave it there.

I did have fun writing this one shot but not much else I can really add to it.

Might consider doing their wedding day. Will see when have the time.
