It was Naruto's second day training his new team. He chuckled now realizing why Anko loved torturing him as a genin. He looked at his watch seeing that his team had five minutes to arrive before they were late. If they were early he'd skip the torture and take them to begin their missions but if they were late there would be hell to pay. He sat down and began to meditate while he waited seeing as the nearest chakra signature was half a mile away and didn't match any of his squad members.

About fifteen minutes later he felt the three of them arrive at the training ground and got up to greet them. When they arrive they were all sweating and out of breath. Naruto tilted his head. "So who wants to be the one to explain why the three of you are ten minutes late to practice."

Moegi let out a few hard breaths before speaking. "That was my fault sir we slept at my house because it was closer but I forgot to set the alarm to wake us up."

Naruto nodded while closing his eyes. "I see well I'm holding all of you accountable." He said turning to Matsuri and Hanabi. "Because the two of you should have double checked the alarm clock to make sure that you got up on time. Your punishment is to run forty laps around the training area while I decide on your training regimen for today." The girls groaned but decided it best not to anger Naruto anymore than he already was.

While the girls began their run Naruto discretely made a shadow clone and sent it off to the Hokage tower.

The Naruto clone made it to the Hokage tower and went inside. When he arrived at his surrogate grandfathers office he knocked then heard a come in before doing so. When he entered he smiled Hiruzen. "Morning Jiji."

Hiruzen looked up from his pipe. "Good morning Naruto –Kun what can I do for you."

"Well actually I'm just a clone the boss is at the training ground with his new and might I add tardy students. But anyway he sent me to ask if you could give him four pieces of chakra paper and when they'll be able to go on C-rank missions instead of D-ranks."

Hiruzen reached into his desk drawer and pulled out a small stack of chakra paper handing four of them to the clone. "And tell Naruto-kun they'll be able to start when each member of his squad can do at least two elemental jutsu simply call me out to the training area when he thinks they're ready."

The clone nodded thanking Hiruzen before leaving. The clone arrived at the training ground five minutes later chuckling at the fact that the girls were still running. He handed the papers to Naruto before dispelling. Naruto smirked at the challenge placed in front of him. Naruto whistled for the girls to stop and fall in. When they did he spoke. "Alright girls the good news is we get to skip
D-rank missions and start on C-ranks the only catch is you must each learn a elemental jutsu before we start taking missions. So what I want each of you to do is take one of these pieces of paper and channel some chakra into it then we'll see what happens."

The girls nodded each taking a piece of paper. The girls each pumped chakra into the pieces of paper. Matsuri's crumpled into a small ball Hanqabi's split in two and Moegi's was slightly odd. One third turned to dirt another set on fire and the last turned to lava. Naruto smiled at his charges. "Well it appears that Matsuri has lightning Hanabi has wind and Moegi it appears that you have the kekkei genkai for lava release which gives you affinities for earth and fire as well. Shadow clone jutsu." Two copies of Naruto appeared next to him. "Alright Hanabi Matsuri for now my clones are going to help you two train in your elements but because sub elements take more chakra to demonstrate I'm going to have to work with Moegi for today we'll switch it up tomorrow." The two girls nodded before they each took the hand of a clone and ran off to another section of the training ground.

Naruto turned to Moegi. "Alright Moegi since you'll be working with a sub-element we're going to have to up your chakra control and reserves. We'll start out with tree climbing." Naruto demonstrated the tree climbing exercise then let Moegi start.

About three Hours later she had finished it and Naruto handed her one of his special solder pills. When she had eaten it he explained the next step of her training. "Alright now that we have your chakra control and reserves up I'm gonna teach you the first lava jutsu. It's called the lava style lava glob."

While Naruto taught Moegi the lava glob his first clone taught Hanabi the great break through his second taught Matsuri the lightning beast running jutsu. About five hours later the girls were once again worn out from another hard day of training. Naruto got out a scroll and unsealed them a small dinner as a reward for their work.

When they finished Naruto told them the good news. "Alrigh girls it looks like you might be ready for your first mission. But tommorow we'll have Moegi and Hanabi practice a combo jutsu in order to give Matsuri time to charge her lightning beast for a finisher. Also since Matsuri is our tank and Hanabi our scout starting tommorow after practice I'm gonna have Moegi start training with Tsunade-baachan as a medic for our squad." The girls nodded in agreement. "Good then for now your dismissed."

Alright thats it for now the next update should be around monday or tuesday since i'm out of town on satrudays and the library is closed on sunday.
