Will stepped through the mirror into an identical world, accept for the fact that everything was colorless, bleak and grey. Everything was silent. No birds singing, no talking people no animals. Everything was silent. Horace tried to speak but couldn't find words. This must be why wandering was terrible. As they left the wandering Skandian fortress, they saw people, colorless people walking around. Occasionally a blue person would try to speak to a colorless person, but was unheard. The blue must be the wandering spirits and the colorless, the people in the real world. A blue figure began to approach. He looked at them and reached into his pocket. He pulled out a piece of parchment and began to write.
"Hello, I am Dedu. I take it you are looking for Erak?"
Will nodded. Dedu motioned for them to follow. They walked for about ten minutes before he pointed to the top of a hill.
"Erak's soul is trapped up there." Dedu wrote.
When they got to the top they found a circle of stones with Erak and many others trapped in the center.
"They are trapped there because of the Vallas Knife. A assassin wields it to banish others to the Wander world, I can't help you with that part, but I tell you this. If he throws the knife at you, you must at all costs avoid it. It has a wide area effect explosion. Second once you get the knife you must destroy it by bringing it into contact with the mirror of Wandering souls. Once they touch it will return all wandering spirits to their bodies accept for if they died of their body was destroyed. If it was either of those cases, then they will be judged. I can tell you Erak's judgement won't be a quiet one. He has killed many, so many are going to testify against him." Dedu explained.
"You don't have much time, 3 days at the most. Hurry be on your way!"
