That Friday on her lunch break, she agreed to meet Ginny at a pizza parlor that Hermione wasn't familiar with, but wasn't too far from the office. She sat in there alone, waiting for Ginny and had brought a book with her to pass the time.

She usually doesn't like reading in public what with all the noise, but they weren't too busy inside and the only noise came from a few murmurs from the men making the pizza and the occasional ding from the oven. It was also raining outside which helped Hermione get into a comfortable state of mind.

After around 10 minutes, Ginny came running inside, drops of water sliding off her water-resistant jacket. She stood at the entrance for a bit, slightly shaking to get the water off her jacket and shoes. She then spotted Hermione and walked carefully to where she was sitting.

"Whew, sorry I'm a bit late, the tube was behind schedule. Did you order?" asked Ginny.

"No," Hermione replied, "I was waiting for you. I don't know what's good here."

"Oh. Well their Hawaiian pizza is fantastic, want to try it? I think a small will be enough for us."

Hermione nodded her head and Ginny went to go order. When she came back, she sat down across from Hermione and put her coat behind her on her seat.

"So," Ginny started as she was settling in, "How are you?"

Hermione thought about this for a moment. "Right now, I'm not even angry anymore. I think I feel a bit disappointed that he lied to me, but I'm still not entirely sure that he even did lie to me. I suppose I'm just very confused at this point."

"No, no boy talk. How is work? Have you gone shopping lately? What was the last movie you watched? I want to know more than just your love life," said Ginny, in a rather strict tone.

She greatly appreciated her friend's efforts to make her feel better, and it worked. "I am so swamped at work. The amount of emails I get from angry customers, annoying customers, and basically customers that seem like they don't know what they're doing is completely over whelming."

And so Hermione told a story of how someone had called her one day requesting to order furniture for a ware house even though they deal with parts for automobiles and how persistent he was to get her to go on a date by the end of it while their pizza was brought to them at their table. Ginny laughed and recounted the moment of when someone had walked into her store asking for directions and ended up breaking a few of the items on the shelves, but insisted on not paying for the damages. They went back and forth telling stories for almost forty-five minutes when Hermione decided it was time to go back to work.

They walked together out the pizza shop and down the road to the crosswalk.

"Oh, Ginny I had so much fun today. Thank you for taking my mind off of a lot of things," Hermione said with a smile.

"I am always here for you," Ginny said, and they hugged before Ginny crossed the street to catch the bus and Hermione went to the parking lot to get her car.

When she got back to work and sat at her desk, she sulked in her chair. Her lunch with Ginny was probably the best she had felt in a while, and was sad that it was over. She might have to wait a while before they got to have another girl's day like that and right now, all she needed was someone to talk to and vent to and get her mind off things.

But being the workaholic she is, she chose to dive in to her work, hoping it would relieve some of her personal stress.

She stood up to get some coffee when the man who sits across from her asked her to go to the supply closet and get more manila folders for his desk. The man beside him decided that he also needed more folders, and requested that she get him some as well. She begrudgingly obeyed and took the walk to the closet as an opportunity to clear her head.

She went to the one that was just a few hallways down from her cubicle and looked inside. There were blue folders, magenta folders, red folders, black folders but no manila ones. She double checked just to be sure but there was nothing there, so she decided to go one on the main floor in the hall way behind Flora's desk.

When she got out of the elevator, she made a quick visit to Flora's desk and went down the hall way to the closet.

Hermione opened the door and, and in an instant, it felt as if her heart had been violently torn out of her chest.

She saw two figures standing, arms around each other. The closest was a girl, wearing only a lacy black bra and dark skinny jeans. Her back was to Hermione and her long, blonde, familiar hair cascaded down her back and her body hid the face of the other figure as they were getting up from the floor.

Whoever it was seemed to be on their knees but got up when the door opened. The girl closer to Hermione turned around and had a look of complete terror and shock on her face. It took less than a second for Hermione to realize that it was Cecelia.

Seeing her like this made Hermione want to tear up but at the same time punch a wall. How could they be doing this at work where they could potentially get caught?

Well, they did actually get caught. Part of her felt smug because she ruined their sneaky little plan, but the majority of her was currently caving in on itself. How could Draco think that just because he's the "top dog" around here that he can go around, behind her back and fool around with girls in supply-

Her dismay was immediately cut off when Cecelia bent down to get her shirt from the floor. Hermione suddenly wanted took back everything she thought in the last two seconds.

Because when Cecelia bent down, she realized that the other person in the closet was not Draco.

But was another woman.

Cecelia and whoever else was in the closet looked equally ashamed and horrified. Hermione's head was spinning and she felt incredibly dizzy. Everything she had thought until this point was wrong. Either she was cheating on Draco with another woman-

Or maybe she and Draco were never actually a thing.

Maybe he was right this whole time.

The two girls inside the closet stumbled to get their clothes on, but Hermione slammed the door and dashed to the elevator to get to Draco's office.

A/N: I'm really sorry I haven't been updating this story often. I've been swamped with exams a few months ago and since then I never really knew how to carry on the story but I promise I will be posting new chapters more frequently. :)
