Tobias POV
"I'm done." Tris says crushing me into pieces. I take a deep breath trying not to cry. She turns and walks out of the school. I know I should chase after her but I can't physically move. I feel a tear slip down my cheek. I wipe it away and muster as much courage I can and walk into the cafeteria. I see Eric stand up with a bloody nose. Anger pulses through me and I walk straight to him. I grab the collar of his jacket and push him up against the wall.
"Touch, talk, or even think of her again. I swear I will end you." I say in his face. I let go and walk away. Zeke comes running up to me.
"Dude whats going on?" He asks. "Four?" He says yelling, I look at him.
"Shut the hell up." I scream back, snapping at him. He looks at me shocked. I've never yelled at Zeke before. Another tear slips down my cheek. He pulls me into a hug. "She said she was done. Were over." I say in his shoulder.
"I'm sorry man." He says back. I pull away wiping my tears. He guides me to the table and sit. I just stare at the table. What am I going to do with out her? She was my one and only. Not was, is. Next thing I know I am sitting in science. The bell rings and we all walk to gym. Once I change and walk to the group.
"Hey you. Number guy." Someone yells. I turn and see Bryce standing in front of me.
"What?" I croak out.
"Don't lose Tris. She is special. I have known her for awhile. Well my dad has known her dad. You're lucky you have her. I know if I had her I would hold her tight and never let her go. Do any thing to her and I will kill you." He says. He nods and turns away. I look down. The boys grab my arm and we start walking off campus.
"Talk to me man." Zeke says.
"What have I done. Tris is my life. I am in love with her and I ruined it." I keep talking about this until we get to the park. I lean against a tree and turn to say something and see Tris standing in front of me.
"Your my life too. I love you, and you didn't ruin it." She says crying. I wipe the tears from her face.
"I am so sorry. I love you so much. I am going crazy without you. You are mine. I want you to always be mine. Noting is more important to me than you." I say kissing her forehead.
"I know. I was wrong to say that. Baseball is very important to you." She says backing away. I take her hand and pull her back.
"But your so much more important. I can live without baseball, but you. I could never live with out you." I say kissing her. "I'm sorry." I whisper.
"I love you." She says hugging me. I hug her back. "So I heard your team lost. Like your season is done over." She says looking into my eyes.
"You have beautiful eyes." I say without thinking.
"Thank you, but as I was saying, do you want to come to my tournament this weekend." She says.
"I mean it. You are the most beautiful women I have ever seen." I say still looking into her eyes.
"Tobias? Are you ok?" She says taking a step back.
"I love you so much. I want to be with you for the rest of my life." I say meaning it all.
"Tobias?" Tris says sounding worried.
"Marry me." I say pulling her close.
"What? Tobias we just turned 18." She says back.
"So it's legal. Marry me. I love you so much and never want to lose you again." I say caressing her face.
"Yes." She says smiling.
"Was that a yes to my proposal?" I ask smiling.
"Yes. Tobias I will marry you." She says smiling. I kiss her.
