"Aqua...Aqua's dead," says Ventus, tears in his blue eyes. "What happened? Why didn't Terra help you?"

"Ven, this doesn't mean she's dead, for all we know she might have just ditched her armor," I reassure. I wrap my arm around him. "Don't worry, everything is going to be fine. We're going to find your friends alive and well."

"Are you sure?" I nod my head. Ventus puts his head on my chest and begins to cry. "What if they both fell into darkness? If that happened, there might be no way to save them."

"Then we'll find a way. Us being here already defies the rules, so we can learn how to bend a little more." My friend stops weeping, so I guess he's back to normal. That's good. "See, just tell yourself that nothing bad has happened to them."

"Oh really?" Two voices. He gets off me.

"Um...Ven? Crap." A keyblade gets pointed at my face, the one with chains. His outfit changes to the darkness suit from before. "Crap, crap, crap!" I summon my keyblade, and I aim it towards his face.

"It's the idiot again," Vanitas sighs. "Oh yeah...you're that girl with Xehanort's heart inside her! How could I forget that? This just got way more interesting." Before I can do anything, the possessor runs up to me and kisses me on the lips. My eyes dilated. He gets off of me, but I can still feel the kiss.

"What did you do that for?"

"Because you're a cute girl," he replies sarcastically. Then, all the sudden, my heart begins to burn in pain.

"Shut up!" I demand. Furious, I rush to him and attack. He simply blocks it with his own keyblade. Vanitas hits my right leg.

"You got to be stronger than that." He vanishes, so I ready my Kingdom Key to block it. Instead of going to me, I notice Vanitas is sitting in the chair placed in the center of the room, crossing his legs.

"Hey, aren't you going to fight?"

"Xion, I know that both of us have experienced the effects of being 'dead'. Say, Aqua, how's your afterlife, is it like ours was? Are you in the Realm of Darkness or in somebody's heart?"

"Don't say that!" Vanitas laughs. Suddenly, I feel dizzy, and I fall onto the floor. My eyes close.

I awake to see myself surrounded by darkness. Something is imprisoning me here, but I know this is my own heart. "Oh my God...what's happening?"

"You're one of my vessels now, girl." A man appears right in front of me. He has dark skin and yellow eyes. His ears are pointed, and the only sign of hair on his head is his white goatee.

"I'm going to guess that you're the infamous Xehanort then."

"What's your name girl?" he questions. Seeing nothing else to do, I answer him.

"Xion...just Xion."

"Welcome to the Seeker of Darkness then, Xion."
