It was the middle of the night and Amy woke up again with a fright. She kept having bad dreams about her mum and auntie. She didn't want her mum to leave her.

Amy climbed out her bed and went into Ineta's bed.

"Go and see Mum" Ineta said not wanting to be woken again.

"But" Amy said her lip bubbling.

"Amy, I'm tired" Ineta snapped and Amy burst into tears. She couldn't go and see her mum. She didn't like walking into her mum's room when Aleks was there. She clambered back into her bed and curled up and continued to cry quietly in her bed.

Roxy had just woken up bursting for the toilet. She walked to the bathroom and went to the toilet. On her way back, she was sure she could hear crying coming from the girl's room.

"Hey, what's going on?" Roxy asked as she opened the door. She was surprised to see her daughter crying.

"What's wrong Ames?" Roxy asked but Amy didn't say anything she just looked at her mum.

"Come here" Roxy said as she walked up to the girl and pulled her into her arms. Roxy picked the girl up and carried her out into the hall. She was surprised at how upset the girl was.

"Shall we go down the stairs and get a drink and a biscuit?" Roxy asked. Amy nodded into her mum's neck.

Roxy carried the girl down the stairs and into the kitchen. She got the girl a drink and a biscuit and took it into the living room.

She moved Amy so that she was sitting sideways on her knee. The girl had a drink and then started eating her biscuit.

"What's wrong baby?" Roxy asked.

"I had a bad dream" Amy said.

"Why didn't you come get me?" Roxy asked and Amy shrugged.

"I went to Ineta but she shouted at me" Amy said.

"I'm sure she didn't mean it. Have you been waking her up a lot?" Roxy asked and Amy nodded embarrassed.

"Hey, it's okay but next time just come into my room and we can talk about it" Roxy said. "You used to always come into my room, didn't you"

Amy nodded

"But it's different now" Amy said.

"Why?" Roxy asked.

"Because Aleks is there too" Amy said.

"Oh baby, that doesn't matter. You are all that's matters" Roxy said. "I don't mind if you come into my bed and I know that Aleks won't either"

Amy nodded.

"Okay mummy" Amy said before cuddling back into Roxy hinting that she was tired and wanted to go back to bed.

"Come on then, shall we cuddle in in my bed?" Roxy asked and Amy nodded.

Roxy carried the girl up the stairs, they went into Roxy's bed and she put Amy down. And climbed in. Roxy pulled her little girl into her arms and it didn't take long before they had fallen asleep again.

About 5 hours later, Ineta woke up. She looked at the clock and noticed it was 8 o'clock. She looked for her sister but couldn't find her and panicked.

Ineta got up and walked into Roxy's room relieved to see Amy there.

"Do you wanna come for a cuddle?" Roxy asked and Ineta smiled. Aleks decided to get up and let Ineta in. She jumped into the bed and cuddled up with Roxy.

"I love you both so much. Shall we go on a little shopping trip today?" Roxy asked and both girls smiled and nodded.

They cuddled up with Roxy for another hour or so before deciding it was time to get up. They all went down the stairs to have breakfast. After breakfast, they all started getting ready.

Soon they were ready and both girls were in Roxy's car. The girls hadn't spoken at all and Roxy though it would have had something to do with last night.

"Come on girls, what's going on between the two of you" Roxy asked and neither of them said anything.

"Come on, Ineta you are meant to be older" Roxy said.

"I don't know, Amy's just in a huff with me because I didn't let her come in with me last night" Ineta said sighing.

"No, I'm not" Amy said. "You shouted at me"

"Well, I was tired. I didn't want a cry baby in bed with me again" Ineta said and Amy shut up and looked out the window.

"Ineta that wasn't very nice" Roxy said and Ineta sighed before also looking out the window.

They arrived at the shopping centre and went into a few shops. The girls didn't need that much but they enjoyed just looking and spending some money.

They then went out for lunch.

"Ineta, will you apologise for speaking to Amy the way you do?" Roxy asked and Ineta sighed.

"Why?" Ineta asked.

"You weren't very nice to her, she only wanted a cuddle" Roxy said.

"You don't understand it, do you? It's not just one night, it has been the same for like two weeks" Ineta said.

"Well, I'm sorry and it won't happen again as Amy knows that she can come to me. We had a little talk and she wouldn't wake you up anymore" Roxy said looking at Amy who nodded.

"I promise, Nets I'm sorry" Amy said.

"Okay, I'm sorry Amy. I didn't mean to speak to you like that" Ineta said and they both smiled and gave each other a hug.

"I love you both so much" Roxy said as she kissed them both on the head.

"I love you too, Roxy. Thank you for everything" Ineta said and Roxy smiled.

"I know, mum you are the bestest mummy in the whole world" Amy said and Roxy smiled.

"Thank you baby" Roxy said kissing her on the head.

"Let's do some more shopping before we go back home" Roxy said and they nodded. They got up and did another hour of shopping before heading home.

They went home and decided to cuddle up and watch a film together.

"Shall we order a pizza?" Roxy asked and they both nodded.

"Yeah" They shouted. Roxy ordered the pizza and it didn't take long to come. Once it was ready they cuddled up and watched the rest of the film

After that they went up to bed as it was late.

"Now baby, remember that if you have a bad dream you can come and get me" Roxy said and Amy nodded.

"I know that know mummy" Amy said as she cuddled up with her mum.

"I love you baby" Roxy said as she tucked the girl into her bed.
