I was supposed to upload a chapter after Holy Week but alas the words won't type itself and here I am 2 weeks after. I apologize for the delay, really I do. And also I want to tell everyone who reads my story that there would only be 4 more chapter counting this one.

She wasn't supposed to be at the clubroom that day, wasn't supposed to see the mess, wasn't supposed to clean up, and wasn't supposed to see the letter lying at the table. All of it wasn't supposed to happen, but it did. It made him wish he just locked the damn door when he left a while ago.

It was his mistake in the first place. He should have anticipated the probability that she'll be coming. He should have hidden the letter for the meantime; while he formulate the words he was supposed to say to break the news to her. She would understand, the old geezer had said. Just tell her, the fucking fatty added.

Pfft, if it was that easy he wouldn't have been left in the clubroom cursing with a red cheek. If it was that easy, the news should have come out from his mouth rather than her finding it out with that stupid letter. If it was that easy he wouldn't be in this mess to begin with.

OOOOOOOOOO

Mamori knew she shouldn't have let her anger got the best of her. But she did and it was too easy to do so. That happens when you had too much HirumaYouichi exposure in a lifetime. She sighed heavily, trying to calm down herself. It wasn't like she was angry that her demonic boyfriend got a letter from Armadillo. Nope, she saw it coming. What actually got her worked up was the fact that the letter had been sent a month ago and he never said a word about it. Wasn't she his girlfriend? Doesn't that give her the right to know the important stuff about him? She is the girlfriend for crying out loud! Or am I not as important as I thought I am to him?

Walking aimlessly, she bumped into her childhood friend Sena. And with one gaze, the runningback knew something was wrong to his Mamori-neechan. Although he had a date with Suzuna, he decided to bring along Mamori to their meeting place.

Suzuna understood the situation, she always does. Mamonee is like the big sister that Sena never had. She'd be glad to help the Saikyoudai Wizard's manager; she'd do the same for her.

At the mention of the NFL team Armadillo and the name Hiruma, Sena flinched. He shared that secret the moment the letter arrived. He was not proud of keeping the news from his neechan but Hiruma threatened him to do so. Hiruma came to him to ask advice on how to tell Mamori about it. The idea even after a month hadn't even sunk in in his head. Hiruma always had everything figured out, while he had nothing decided on (in most occasions).

Flashback:

"Ehh Hiruma-san!" Sena muttered both in surprise and fright. In the entirety of knowing the infamous devil quarterback, he had never done home visits. It was one of the things you don't look forward in your lifetime.

"Relax fucking Sena. I'm here for Anezaki's sake."

"What happened to Mamorineechan?"

"Nothing happened. I just fucking need your opinion on something."

Back to present:

Sena looked at Mamori for the nth time that day. He had sworn never to tell Mamori about that day or else. And quite frankly, he cares about his life and his future. Besides if he was going to say something about it now, it will not only upset his neechan but also his girlfriend. There was no way he was going under the rocks with Suzuna on their monthsary.

"Uhm Mamorineechan...you see, every person who knows the two of you would agree with me when I say this. Hiruma-san is the most scariest person there is n Tokyo and he becomes less scary whenever he's with you. He cares about you neechan. You just have to talk it out with him and keep an open mind. Hiruma-san is not one to talk deep about himself and his accomplishments after all."

Mamori sighed heavily and nodded in agreement. Patience was always the key in dealing with her Youichi. She can't believe that she almost forgotten that basic rule.

"You're right. I should head home, I'm pretty sure he'd be waiting for me at my house anyway." But to her dismay, he wasn't there. So she tried his phones, one after another. With all hope lost, she decided to dial almost everyone in her contacts. Some of their responses were:

"Sorry I hadn't seen him." Musashi said.

"He didn't come in the house." Kurita stated.

"No." was all Taka responded.

"Do I look like the trash' babysitter!" Agon shouted.

Not only did she lose hope, but now she's thinking worst case scenarios. What if he packed up and left for America? It's not like that notion was completely baseless. He had done that alot, but less when they were already together.

'Be rational Mamori' she scolded herself. There was one last place she could look for him. She dreaded the thought of going back to that place. Sure inside it was all normal, but the way there gives off a creepy aura. She has to go to Hiruma's official place in the outskirts of the town (the place in chapter entitled Apartment).

OOOOOOOOOO

She was already within the vicinity of the abandoned building when she was him emerge from the ruins. The moment they both saw each other, they stopped from their own tracks. Hiruma averted his gaze with the sound of a gum popping with his hands on his pocket. He looked distant. Mamori was about to ask him a question when he beat him into talking.

"I fucking didn't tell you because when I received the letter you just fucking made me promise that I won't leave you."

"When?"

"The moment you were fucking late for your monthly cycle. I'm already a douche to everyone, I don't fucking want you thinking the same."

"Reaching for your dream won't make me love you any less." Hiruma walked towards her.

"This is fucking hard for me to say so hear me well fucking manager. I don't ever want to fucking lose you."

"That's unlikely."

And they kissed each other.
