I'm back everyone. I have no excuses. School life has been a bitch to me: homework, presentations, reviews... Anyway, thank you so much for your continuous positive support to my stories.

Anyhow, I recently received a PM complaining me about how unrealistic and OOC my story was and asking me to drop all of these nonsense "shit" and add some sexy or angstsy scenes. After reading that, I have had such a good laugh ^O^,.

Don't worry, guys. I understand I can never satisfy all readers with my stories, so it's understandable that there will certainly have some readers feeling disdained about my fic. That's life!

However, one thing I must make clear, I wrote this story mostly for entertainment and fanservice. I want my stories to be light and pleasant and readers can get the feeling of satisfaction after reading my fic. Some say Akashi is OOC in my story, but hey, who knows what's going on in his head XD? He appears as a perfect cool guy outside but maybe inside, he's actually hilarious. And don't forget, this is Akashi in middle school, the nice one.

So, as that reader's wish, here's some angsts for you, my dear!

Disclaimer: I do not own Kuroko no Basket for it belongs to Fujimaka Tadatoshi.

Enjoy the story. R&R, plz!

One more candid shot was made.

The secret stalker in black ninja suit smirked. "Another success today."

And with that, he disappeared into the thick bush of leaves as quietly as when he arrived.

-o0o-

Today was a great day, Akashi thought. His mother, the re-incarnation of yaoi goddess (or devil) had finally returned to her work yesterday, finally giving Akashi some peace of mind at his home. His fiancé, Kuroko Tetsuya, was always by his side: Tetsuya diligently prepared delicious meals for him everyday; Tetsuya walked with him to school everyday; Tetsuya practiced basketball with him everyday (yes, every bold letters was needed to show that Tetsuya was always by his side 24/7… ok, maybe not 24/7 but the point was Tetsuya was always seen with him).

At the moment, Akashi and Kuroko were walking to the rooftop to spend their lunch break there. The redhead had purposely led the bluenette out of the class before his clubmates could follow him, so that he could spend some time alone with his fiancé. Lately, Akashi's alert-bad thing-about-to-happen-to-Tetsuya-radar (what a long name) was picking up with some alarming signal, particularly when his clubmates were around his fiancé. Those buffoons were getting too attached to the bluenette, especially that ganguro Aomine Daiki.

After Akashi had appointed Aomine as Kuroko's light due to their compatibility on court, those two had spent an annoyingly increasing amount of time doing things together, ranging from eating lunch, talking about basketball to sharing popsicles. Of course, the redhead would never blame Kuroko for that because he knew the bluenette was simply trying to be friendly with others, but Aomine was a completely different story. Lately, that pervert was getting a little too touchy with his fiancé: during practice, he would look at Kuroko with eyes full of affection and encourage the other to try harder; if the bluenette showed signs of fatigue, the taller teen would talk the pale teen into taking a rest; after practice, the tanned teen would drape his arm over the smaller teen's shoulder as if they had known each other before; that ganguro idiot even dared give Kuroko piggy ride when Kuroko was too exhausted to walk. Akashi was by no means pleased with that. Those were the things that were reserved for only Akashi.

While Akashi was busy drowning himself in his jealousy, which was carefully masked by his (fake) cool concentrating expression, Kuroko was also having his own thought session of what happened during the course of one week after he was accepted into the club. Akashi's friends, after witnessing the bluenette's ability, had accepted him as their teammates and opened up more to him. Aomine was willingly to practice coordinating the play with him; Murasakibara sometimes shares his sweets; even Midorima, who used to doubt about Kuroko's ability, acknowledged his playing style and from time to time, offered Kuroko some advice on his fortune of the day (Kuroko found it rather unnecessary but still accepted them for the sake of Midorima's and his relationship), Momoi often checked him out during practice for fear of him passing out and gave him advice on how to improve his abysmal stamina. His beloved Akashi-kun often showered him with love and affection; the redhead was more clingy than Kuroko thought, using every chance to get closer to him. Not that Kuroko mind it; in fact, he loved it.

Everything had been going well to the bluenette. Yesterday, he received a text from his best friend from America, Kagami, which brightened his days even more. Kuroko wasted no time to inform Kagami of his acceptance into the basketball club, which his friend immediately congratulated him on. The bluenette had spent a whole night texting with Kagami about his life in Japan, about his new friends and of course, his fiancé. Kagami, Himuro and their coach Alex were the only ones aside from his and Akashi's families that knew of his and Akashi's engagement and Kuroko trusted they would keep it a secret. Like a mother hen, Kagami kept asking questions whether he was being bullied by Akashi or others or if he had any difficulty adjusting to Japan. Kuroko had no idea why Kagami insisted that he should be more careful with other people; however, the bluenette still promised with his friend to be more cautious in order for him to stop pestering him about such trivial things.

When Akashi and Kuroko was about to turn around the corner to reach the staircase, a feminine voice shouted, telling them to stop. Two teens turned their back to find a black-haired girl running towards them, hands holding a cloth-wrapped box, which Kuroko suspected a bento. Her eyes were fixed on Akashi, a faint red hue dusting on her cheeks. She stopped in front of Akashi and bowed down, presenting the box to the redhead. She was obviously nervous, seeing that her body was slightly shaking. Mustering her courage, she spoke to Akashi.

"Please accept this bento. I made it specially for you, Akashi-sama."

Kuroko was taken aback by her sudden offer, despite showing no expression on his face. Akashi stared unsurprisedly at the box for a while before he decided to accept it. And the bluenette couldn't help but widen his eyes in shock. The girl lifted her head up and looked straight into Akashi's face with eyes filled with happiness and affection. Kuroko took this chance to examine the girl. She had long black hair which was tied back into a pony tail held by a red ribbon and fair skin which could rival that of Kuroko. Upon careful inspection, the bluenette could see a light layer of make-up on her face, which, in the bluenette's opinion, undoubtedly made her look more attractive. The young lady must have put on make-up before she went to give Akashi bento.

Kuroko turned his gaze towards his fiancé, only to find him smile charmingly at the girl. The effect was instantaneous: the young girl blushed harder; her knees were shaking continuously, obviously weak from seeing Akashi's charming smile. Kuroko was not pleased at all.

"Thank you for your kindness. May I ask what your name is?", Akashi said politely, still bestowing on the girl his beautiful smile.

"Er…er..my…my name is Chieko Inoue, first year. I am also a member of Akashi-sama's fan club. Akashi-sama, your lips look a little dry, so I suggest you use chapstick to prevent your beautiful lips becoming chapped. Oh! You look absolutely amazing with those new shoes! They look so glossy! You must have taken good care of them!", the girl complimented Akashi in hope of wooing the redhead.

Kuroko, this time, couldn't help but frown at Chieko's obvious attempt to seduce his fiancé. In fact, his entire facial expression was morphed into something the screamed: "Who the fuck does this girl think she is for talking like that to his fiancé?". He inwardly cursed himself for having such a weak presence that nobody would ever notice him even when he was next to such a noticeable person as Akashi. If his presence were stronger, that fangirl wouldn't attempt to say such things to Akashi.

"Thanks", Akashi spoke, "but I regret to tell you that these are not my new shoes. And sadly, I'm not the one who polishes them frequently. The fact my shoes look splendid like this are all thanks to Tetsuya."

Akashi grabbed Kuroko's arm, pulling the smaller teen closer to him. The redhead draped his arms around the bluenette's waist, surprising both the teen and Chieko for such close contact. This time, the master of poker face couldn't prevent his face from blushing slightly at Akashi's sudden bold action.

"Oh, by the way, this is Tetsuya. He just transferred to our school but he's been a great help. Sometimes, I do wonder what I would do if he weren't around", Akashi said calmly and looked at Kuroko fondly, making the bluenette gulp nervously. Curse Akashi and his suave way of talking, Kuroko mentally frowned.

"When did he…"

"Tetsuya has been here with us since the beginning. He has a very weak presence; that's why you didn't notice him", Akashi, knowing what Chieko would ask, explained, his eyes still not leaving his fiancé.

The atmosphere quickly became awkward with two guys obliviously eye-raping each other and one dumbfounded obviously third-wheel fangirl.

It was then that Akashi realized he had landed himself in a very huge trouble: upon closer looks, Kuroko looked absolutely tempting with his slightly red hue on his cheeks, quivering pink lips and shy eyes that refused to look at the redhead. How cute! Tetsuya was being shy. Wait, was it him or Tetsuya was pouting? Just look at those sinful plump pink lips… it looked kinda glossy. Did Tesuya put on chapstick? Ok, Akashi, you could stop now. But it wouldn't hurt to lock his lips with Tetsuya's, right? The food was already here so why not devouring it now? NO, Akashi, you should stop now or…

"Akashi-sama, I just remember I still have something important to do, so I gotta leave now", Chieko spoke up, successfully waking Akashi from his trance, "I hope you will enjoy my bento."

With that, the girl hurried left the scene, leaving two guys who were still body-to-body behind. Kuroko sulkily freed himself from Akashi's hold and quickly put back his poker face to mask his mixed feelings about the earlier encounter.

"Akashi-kun, you shouldn't have acted like that. What if people found out about our engagement?", Kuroko said in a half scolding tone, refusing to face Akashi.

"Then tell me Tetsuya, what should I have done in that situation?", Akashi looked at his fiancé knowingly, "Weren't you jealous at seeing someone else giving me bento?"

"I…I wasn't jealous", Kuroko replied hastily, "I was just annoyed that she didn't notice me even when I was standing next to you."

"Oh really?"

"Why should I be jealous, Akashi-kun? She is just your admirer."

"Yeah, my admirer…", Akashi deliberately prolonged the word "admirer", "I couldn't help it, Tetsuya. I don't know why but those girls keep talking how hot and handsome I am. Despite my objection, many girls still offer their home-made bento to me. There are even days that 5 girls offering at the same time. But I must say, they're delicious."

It was totally out of character for Akashi to mention such trivial things, but Kuroko's jealous expression was totally worth it. Akashi would love to see his fiancé making those pouty sulky cute face for him once more. However, little did the redhead know he had pushed the button a little too far and treaded on a very dangerous land.

"Oh I see. You are really popular, Akashi-sama!", Kuroko turned around and gave Akashi an uncharacteristic bright grin, which took the redhead by surprise, "I'm truly honored to be making bento for such a great person such as yourself. I bet those fangirls of yours must be swooning over how hot, handsome and talented you are, Akashi-sama."

Akashi was stunned. This wasn't the reaction he expected.

"By the way, can you tell me where the headquarter of your official fanclub is? You know, so I can go there and submit my application and become a member. Am I going to have your autograph if I join? Or even better, your schedule so I can go and stalk you everyday!"

"Tetsuya…"

"Oh, and don't forget to take care of your lips, okay? You fangirls will bawl their eyes out if they ever see your wonderful lips getting dried and cracked". Kuroko seemed to have lost himself in his own blind rage plus jealousy. Leering maniacally at his shocked fiancé, he directed his pointed gaze upon Akashi's shiny shoes and let out a snicker. "I love how your shoes shine. It really matches your handsome face. Can I have them? You know, so I can go home, build a whole shrine and worship them?"

"Tetsuya…". Akashi couldn't find any words to say back to his fiancé. It seemed like Kuroko was enjoying himself with the whole teasing retaliation. Now, Akashi understood how his fiancé felt every time he teased him about his cuteness and made a mental note not to do it again (but the temptation was so great).

"If that's the case, then I suppose I should stop making bento from now. You can go and eat bento of those fangirls of yours. Good bye, Akashi-kun". After saying that, Kuroko turned his heels and started walking upstairs, leaving behind an Akashi with the giant thinking bubble "What the fuck just happened?" floating above his head.

Okay, this was starting to look like those cheesy torturous Korean dramas in which two main love-bird protagonists had a fight, then broke up and reunited after discovering one of them contracted cancer that Akashi's maids usually watched and wept pitifully (Akashi did spend one night watching two episodes and the next day, his parents had to replace the TV because the old one couldn't handle a single blow from Akashi's fffrage scissors). And oh no, Akashi wouldn't allow this to end up like those horrendous drama. If this little argument carried on to his house and exploded full scale like those tiring films, those pesky maids in his house would undoubtedly never stop bothering him with those unrealistic disturbing filled-with-drool-and-nosebleed fantasy. No thanks, the redhead still treasured his sanity (not that he was still sane after living in that house)!

"Tetsuya". Akashi grabbed his fiancé's hand in an attempt to stop the bluenette so that they could have a talk to clear this conflict.

Akashi had always been known to have a fearless and imposing demeanor that required utmost attention from others and wouldn't be intimidated by anyone despite his average height. He had perfect control over almost everything, bar anything involved with his crazy parents, in his life and the redhead had always prided himself on that. However, today, the authoritative red-haired teen, for the first time in his life, found himself in a situation that he could not take control of.

Kuroko didn't turned around to face Akashi but instead, kept wriggling his arm in order to get free from Akashi, yet to no avail. Akashi's grip was simply too strong. Normally, disobedience to his words would certainly rile Akashi up badly and the offenders would soon understand the consequences of defying the mighty redhead. However, this was Kuroko, Akashi's fiancé who the red-haired teen was trying to have a conversation with, we were talking about, so it was natural that Akashi could let this pass.

After 1 minutes which seemed like forever to Akashi, his fiancé finally gave in and turned around to face Akashi. And redhead just stood, completely at loss for words despite having mentally prepared for what happened next.

Kuroko's blue eyes were glazed and filled with pain. It was as if the owner was on verge of tear and just one little push would make those droplet overflow from those pained eyes. The sorrowful gaze directed at Akashi seemed as if it wanted to ask Akashi many things yet decided to hold in the end. However, Akashi understood. He understood what his fiancé tried to convey to him through those sorrowful eyes. The question was simple yet the answer just decided to stuck in Akashi's dry throat.

Why?

Unknown to Akashi, his grip on the bluenette's hand weakened, his arms flailing helplessly at his side.

Slowly yet firmly, an unfamiliar feeling started to eat away Akashi's mind as he watched his blue-haired fiancé's retreating back. "What is this feeling? Why does my heart throb so much? Could it be…"

Guilt

Kuroko dragged his feet up to the stair. Each step he took that moved him higher only served to drown his heart in sadness.

"Why should I get worked up over such a little thing? Akashi-kun was obviously just teasing me. I shouldn't be feeling this sad."

Scene of Akashi receiving bento from his fangirl flashed back in Kuroko's mind vividly. He remembered the moment when Akashi smiled gently at her, when the redhead accepted that accursed box with an appreciative praise, but above all, the moment when those sinful lips of Akashi blurted out that his fangirl's bentos were also delicious.

Jealousy was truly an ugly feeling. Just when you let your guard down, the little green demon wrapped you around its little finger, torturing you with its endless darkness and then consuming you into oblivion. Kuroko knew that. Yet, he couldn't help it.

Kuroko wanted Akashi to taste food made by only him.

Kuroko wanted Akashi to compliment only him.

Kuroko wanted Akashi to look only him.

Kuroko wanted Akashi to pay attention only him.

Kuroko wanted Akashi to belong to…only him.

He knew. He was being ridiculously possessive of Akashi. His fiancé was handsome, smart, athletic and gallant; he was the perfect dream man of many girls, so it was inevitable that many had laid their eyes on Akashi.

Kuroko had never felt so helpless in his life. He wanted nothing more than to scream to the world that he was Akashi's fiancé, that Akashi belonged to him. However, he couldn't summon the gut to do it. It was not like he was scared of others' opinion about him; in fact, Kuroko couldn't care less about those non-sense prejudicial opinion. However, Akashi was a whole different matter. If it was found out that the redhead, who up til now had always been held in high esteem by others, had been engaged to another guy, would people still respect and look up to him? Would it affect his excellent reputation? Therefore, in the end, he chose to keep the whole engagement a secret, but it still hurt. A lot.

The trip to the rooftop, despite the staircase wasn't too high, had been the longest trip Akashi had ever taken, with his fiancé blatantly ignoring him and him unable to say a word. The silent atmosphere was tense and suffocating. As soon as they stepped onto the top floor, Akashi quickly pulled Kuroko into an embrace, Kuroko's head touching Akashi's shoulder.

"A…Akashi-kun, what are you doing?", Kuroko let out a surprised yelp, eyes widened at his fiancé's sudden gesture.

"Shhh… Tetsuya, be quiet!", Akashi tightened his hold around the bluenette's waist and buried his head in the blue hair mob, inhaling Kuroko's sweet trademark vanilla scent .

As for Kuroko, he was too stunned to move although his mind was screaming to him to struggle out of the redhead's gasp. However, being in a close proximity to Akashi really did wonder to his body as his knees decided to turn in mush and his hands couldn't help but snake around Akashi's waist to hold him tighter. Kuroko pressed his head onto Akashi's firm shoulder, closing his eyes only to feel his own heart thumping again his ribcage as if trying to escape the confine of his flesh. Burying his nose in his fiancé's shoulder, the bluenette took a deep breath, taking in the mixture of familiar detergent smell favored by Akashi's household with the taller teen's particular cologne that Kuroko had long associated with Akashi. Slowly, Kuroko's resolution to get back at his fiancé began to crumble, replaced by his growing urge to hold Akashi even closer, to stay like this for a little longer. However, Kuroko quickly snapped himself from his dazed mind as soon as he heard Akashi speak.

"Tetsuya". "Oh my god, that sexy voice!". "Don't be mad at me. I was being….". "What is it that makes even Akashi-kun feel nervous to talk about?"

"I was just…", Akashi's voice seemed to trail off, reluctance shown clearly in his tone. It was obvious that Akashi was too nervous to say something, which was nothing short of a once-in-a-lifetime miracle.

"I was just being… stupid!".

Akashi had said it. The word he was averse to using to describe himself. Stupid. It took the redhead a lot of will power to set aside his pride to admit something that an Akashi would never ever admit.

Kuroko was stunned. He just stood there, his brain slowly kicking in to absorb what Akashi just said. Did Akashi just say that he was stupid? However, before Kuroko could say something, Akashi had already spoken.

"I was just teasing you, Tetsuya. The truth is, I have never eaten those bentos of those fangirls. I usually accepted them out of courtesy to those girls, but not once did the thought of eating and enjoying them cross my mind, so I always gave the bento to Daiki or Atsuhi. It were them who liked the bentos, not me."

Akashi took a deep breath before he continued.

"It is always you I look at. Your flushed face, your breath, your pouting lips, your vanilla smell, your shy expression when I tease you. I like them all. I like it when you're jealous over me but at the same time, it pains me greatly to see you upset."

"…So Tetsuya. Don't be upset, okay? Because I have my eyes on you only."

Time seemed to come to a halt to the little bluenette. He could feel his own heart pounding hard inside his chest. His strength had completely abandoned his body. Every fiber of his flesh, every cell of his being yearned for Akashi so much that it hurt. Kuroko tightened his hold around Akashi, leaning his face even closer to Akashi's firm shoulder.

"Only you"

"Tetsuya?"

"Can we…can we stay like this… for a while?". Kuroko said hesitantly, hoping his fiancé would grant his request.

Akashi was silent for a moment, probably taken aback by the smaller teen's request and then, his hold around Kuroko's waist was tightened. Akashi pecked a small kiss on his fiancé's forehead while mumbling an OK.

-o0o-

Time passed fast when a person indulged themselves in busy work. The class ended after the bell chimed and the students were currently putting their stuffs into their bags eagerly, wanting either to return home as soon as possible or to go to their respective clubs.

At the moment, Kuroko was walking to the gym alone. Originally, Akashi was going to walk with him to the place but then, when they were about to leave the class, a glassed boy ran up to speak with Akashi. Judging from the boy and the red-haired teen's expression, it must be something unpleasant. And Kuroko was right. Akashi then told Kuroko to go ahead without him because something urgent that required Akashi's assistance cropped up at the Student Council.

Now that Kuroko thought about it, Akashi had a lot to worry about in his mind. The taller teen was not only Vice Captain of the basketball club but President of the Student Council as well. Busy with work of both places as he was, Akashi till managed to excel in academic department, always coming top in every exam. The poor teen must have always felt tired having so many burdens on his shoulder. And the mere thought only served to spur Kuroko into working even harder to please Akashi.

The bluenette's thought drifted off to the afternoon's scene at the rooftop and his face immediately exploded into many shades of red. How long both Akashi and Kuroko had stayed like that, embracing each other, the bluenette didn't know, but he was sure it must be long. Luckily for them, their clubmates had decided to have lunch in the cafeteria due to the canteen selling food on discount, and so, both teens were left to enjoy their lunch quietly at the rooftop. It was kinda nice, to be able to spend some time together, away fro their noisy classmates and the prying eyes of the world.

Kuroko took out his cell phone to make a reminder that tonight he would make toufu soup for Akashi. His fiancé would definitely love it! Unknown to him, a small smile bloomed on his small face.

So deep in his thought, Kuroko failed to notice a looming shadow sneakily creeping behind. Before the bluenette realized it, a handkerchief was pressed roughly against his nose.

Kuroko's legs trembled before they caved in, making the teen collapse on the ground. His eyelids felt so heavy that all he wanted was to close them. He could heard someone chuckling next to him but couldn't make out who that person was. All he saw was a tall dark silhouette of someone who was definitely a man.

And soon, Kuroko submerged his mind into complete darkness.

-o0o-

Kise was strolling down the hall, whistling his favorite tune in an advertisement while texting his manager, informing that he just finished classes. Hitting the button "Send", the blond hummed satisfactorily and let his eyes back to the track.

It was then that he caught something through the corner of his eyes.

A familiar baby blue color.

An unknown silver-haired guy was carrying a small teen with baby blue hair on his back.

"Isn't that…"

Meanwhile, inside a dark room, a figure was sitting on the office chair, eyeing attentively the computer screen. The figure smiled.

"Fu fu fu, so what are you gonna do now? My dear Seijurou!"
