The Doctor and the Rockstar
For the past three weeks Santana and Dani have been spending every possible minute together, they have finally made things official. Dani posted on her Facebook, and Twitter that she was in a relationship with one Doctor Santana Lopez, and Santana did the same.
Since Santana had the weekend off she decided she would cook dinner for her and Dani, so they could have a quiet, relaxing, no interruptions (Devon) date. Thirty minutes later Dani was standing outside Santana's apartment, very excited to see her girlfriend. They hadn't seen each other for more than a couple of hours for the past two days because Santana was working a forty eight hour shift.

Smiling Dani immediately pulled her girlfriend into a hug "You have no idea how excited I am to have an actual date with you" she said.

"Thanks, I made lasagna, French bread and a garden salad" Santana said letting go of Dani's hand to open the oven so she could pull out the lasagna.
"Wow, smart, sexy, and knows her way around the kitchen, how did I get so lucky?" Dani asked smirking at Santana.
Laughing Santana grabbed the lasagna and the French bread "Grab the salad for me please?" she asked "I'm absolutely starving".
"Of course babe" Dani said grabbing the salad off the counter and following Santana to the dining room table. After getting everything set up on the table Santana pulled out Dani's chair for her.
"I'll be right back, I'm going to get the wine" Santana said pressing a kiss to Dani's cheek.
Seconds later Santana came back with a bottle of red wine, smiling softly Santana poured Dani a glass, and then one for herself, before sitting down.
Take a small drink of the wine Dani smiled warmly at her girlfriend "All of this amazing Santana".
"You deserve to have an actual romantic date, and I didn't really feel like sharing you with the rest of New York tonight. Tonight is about us" Santana said smiling.
"And I couldn't be happier about that" Dani said with a slight blush.
"How are the new songs that you've been working on coming along?" Santana asked.
Swallowing her wine Dani's smile grew even bigger "They're coming along really well so far. Do you know who Nick Jonas is?" she asked.
Santana furrowed her eyebrows "Umm, no I don't think so".
Dani just smiled softly "I'll play some his music for you later. Anyways he's an old friend of mine, we've known each other since I first got into the music industry, and we've done some songs and performances together in the past when he was in a band with his brothers. He's working on his single album and has a duet he wants me to do with him".
"Wow that awesome D" Santana said smiling.
"Yeah I'm pretty excited about it Nick's an amazing musician, I've seen the lyrics for the song, and I think it's going to be really good, plus it'll be nice to get back into the studio again" Dani said sipping her wine.
"I'm excited for you D, it'll be fun to see you doing what comes to you naturally" Santana said.
Smiling the two women finished their dinner, after putting everything away and cleaning up the two women retired to the living to watch a movie on the Netflix.
Dani was curled into Santana's side her body instantly relaxing when Santana started drawing lazy circles and lines up and down her arm.
Twenty minutes into the movie and neither women knew what was happening. Both were having internal debates with themselves, they were trying to figure out how to make a move on the other.
Finally after forty minutes of arguing with herself Dani threw all caution to the wind and made a move. "Yes, hello Keith, what is it?" Santana asked rubbing her eyes.
"Doctor Lopez it's an emergency, we need you to come in right away" Keith said.
"Emergency, what type of emergency?" Santana asked her brain immediately running through a million possibilities.
"It's Callie Doctor Lopez" Keith answered.
