Hello everyone! Let us continue with the story! Just to let you all know, the Donna Troy in my story will have a different background than the DC comic version. (Little spoiler there). With that, let's start!

Chapter 14

"Thank the gods!" Helen said in relief, "You have found them!"

Seeing Raizen and Donna holding Wonder Woman and Vixen, Helen said "Let's get them to their rooms. They look horrible."

"Great," Raizen said, "The sooner the better."

As Helen leads the two of them to the barracks, Raizen places Vixen on one bed while Donna places Wonder Woman on the other. Once they let them rest, a few Amazons immediately began to treat their conditions. Raizen then walks up to Donna and said "Mission accomplish. We found the missing Amazons with no problems."

Donna raised an eyebrow and said "What about the Harpies, Medusa and Circe?"

Raizen thought about, shrugged and said "Eh, not much of a challenge."

As Donna rolls her eyes, Raizen said "Let's get back to the base, I am starving."

Right before he was about to leave, Donna said "I am going to stay behind for a while."

Raizen looks back at her and asked "Why?"

Donna replied "There's…something that I need to talk about with Diana. You can go on ahead without me. I will return afterwards."

Nodding in agreement, Raizen places his right hand on her shoulder and said "I'll see you then."

After that, Raizen turns around and flew off into the distance. Leaving Donna blushing, she then turned her attention towards Wonder Woman, who was still recovering. Sitting on the chair that was next to Wonder Woman, Donna just waits for her sister to wake up. Meanwhile, Raizen already arrived at the base. As he enters, he makes his way to the kitchen and starts making himself something to eat. Getting two unfrozen pizzas from the refrigerator, he heard footsteps coming from the hallway. When he looks up, he saw Robin, Kid Flash and Artemis heading towards his direction.

The moment they say him, Kid Flash was the first to say "Dude, what the hell?!"

Confused by his sudden outburst, Raizen said "What is the matter with him?"

Artemis replied "You went out with Donna!"

"So?" Raizen asked.

"So?!" Robin said, "Dude, how long has it been going on?!"

Now more confused, Raizen said "What's been going on?"

Kid Flash whined "Don't play with us! How long have you and Donna been dating?!"

"Dating?" Raizen asked, "What are you all talking about?"

Robin then said "You and Donna being together."

Raizen raised an eyebrow and said "Where did you get that idea?"

Artemis said "You guys left all of a sudden and said 'Don't wait for us'. That means you guys were going out!"

Raizen shook his head and said "No, me and Donna went to Themyscira on a mission."

Everyone was confused by this and Robin said "On a mission? Who gave you one?"

"Batman," Raizen replied, "He told me that Wonder Woman went missing in Themyscira while looking for her missing sister. So Batman wanted me to go there to find Wonder Woman since the Amazons already know me. But since I didn't know much about the Amazon, I recommended Wonder Girl to accompany me on this mission. In the end, we found Wonder Woman and her sister."

"Dude," Robin said, "Batman giving you a mission to save a Justice League member, that is saying something."

Artemis then looks around and said "But hey, where's Donna?"

Raizen said after finishing heating up the pizzas "She stayed behind to talk to Wonder Woman. And before you ask, I have no idea about what."

"Is she going to come back though?" Artemis asked.

As Raizen gets the pizzas, he replied "Yes, she is."

"Dude," Kid Flash said, "Are you seriously going to eat all of that?"

Raizen shrugged and said "Can't blame me for having a huge appetite."

With that, he made his way to his room while eating the pizzas. The moment he got there, he had already eaten them. Right about he was about to open the door, a voice behind him said "You better get some sleep."

When Raizen turns around, he saw Miss Martian standing behind him. She then said "You have to go to school tomorrow."

Raizen cursed and said "Damn it, this torture will never end."

Miss Martian laughed and said "Get use to it. Good night."

As Raizen gives her a two-finger salute, he went into his room. After taking off his armor and placing his Scouter to the side, he fell onto his bed and fell to sleep.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!"

Raizen woke up to the scream. When he looks at the time, he saw that it was already 6 in the morning. After he got out of bed, Raizen wanted to see what was going on that made him get up. The moment he opens the door, he saw Donna walking towards her room. From the looks of it, she was pissed off about something. Following behind her was Wonder Woman, who had a worried look on her face.

"Donna," Wonder Woman said in a caring way, "I'm sorry that I didn't tell you. But please listen to me."

But instead of replying back, Donna continues to walk to her room until she stopped in front of her door. When she opens it, she immediately enters her room and closes it just before Wonder Woman entered the room. Their actions caused Miss Martian, Superboy and Zatanna to wake up. When they opened their doors and saw what happened, they were shocked to see Donna mad.

"What was that about?" Superboy asked.

Wonder Woman shook her head and said "It's nothing. We are just having an argument."

"A heated argument," Zatanna said.

Wonder Woman started to walk back and said "Sorry about that, you can all return to sleep."

Trying to lighten up the mood, Miss Martian said "It's alright, we go school at 8."

As Wonder Woman smiled a bit, when she walked by Raizen, he noticed something wrong with her. It almost looks like was hiding something. Instead of returning to his room like the others, Raizen followed Wonder Woman until they were away from everyone else.

Once they were out of sight, Raizen said "Diana, what happened back there?"

Wonder Woman stopped in her tracks, took a deep breath and said "Something…personal."

As Raizen raised an eyebrow, he said "What do you mean?"

Wonder Woman turns to him, had a depressed look on her face and said "I don't want to talk about it."

At that moment, Raizen realized something and said "It's about Donna, isn't it? Diana, what did she talk about?"

After a moment of silence, Wonder Woman said "After your fight with Circe, that damn sorceress told that Donna wasn't a pure-born Amazon."

"Then what's the problem?" Raizen said, "That crazy hag is probably a liar."

Wonder Woman huffed and said "Not unless she has the magic to read my thoughts."

Caught off guard, Raizen said "Was that sarcasm or for real?"

Wonder Woman shook her head and said "No, she has that magic. And thanks to her weakening me, she can have free access to my thoughts. And found the truth about Donna."

"Truth?" Raizen asked, "What truth?"

Wonder Woman stood silent until she said "She…wasn't born in Themyscira. I…found her…in the world of men."

There was a moment of silence until Raizen said "What?"

Wonder Woman replied "When I was out in the world of men for the first time, I was gathering information and update my sisters on current events."

"Was this before or after you joined the League?" Raizen asked.

"Before," Wonder Woman said, "It was night and I was on my way home when I was passing over the Colorado state until I heard a scream. Seeing how much time I had left, I went to investigate it. When I found the source, I found a woman running for her life. In her arms, I saw a baby covered in a blanket. She begged me to take her child and take her somewhere far and safe."

"Let me guess," Raizen said, "This infant was Donna, wasn't it?"

Wonder Woman nodded and said "Yes, the woman told me the child's name was Donna. I asked her why she wanted me to take the child, she said that their life was in danger and she wanted her daughter to be safe. It was forbidden bring items from the world of men, but when I saw fear into that woman's eyes, I…I just had to do it."

She then continued by saying "And when I returned to Themyscira, my mother was outraged about it. But when I explained myself and why I brought Donna, she decided to keep this child only if I watch over her as her guardian. And the rest is history."

Raizen was shocked at this. He then said "And you told Donna all of this?"

Wonder Woman hesitated and said "Not quite. When I said that she saw founded in the world of men, she quickly became furious and left before I can explain."

"I just can't believe that you kept this from her," Raizen said, "Not that I am mad at this, but you should have told her."

Wonder Woman gave him a threatening look and said "And hurt her pride of being an Amazon? Do you know how much we take pride in being an Amazon?"

Raizen knew what she means and said "I know how that feels. We Saiyans take…'pride' in what we do."

"Then you know how Donna is feeling at this moment," Wonder Woman said, "It would best to give her a moment alone."

When she turned her back and was about to walk away, Raizen said "Where are you going?"

Wonder Woman looks back and said "To the Watchtower. I am needed up there."

Raizen understood and said "Very well, see you later."

As Wonder Woman nodded, she made her way to the Zeta-Tube and teleported to the Watchtower, leaving Raizen behind. Raizen felt bad for Donna's situation and wanted to do something. But when he looks at the time, he had to get ready for school. Deciding to talk to her after school, Raizen went to his room and started to get ready.

"Hey Jaden, are you alright?"

When Raizen looks up, he saw Kid Flash talking to him. It was already break-time in Happy Harbor High where Raizen and the others were talking to each other. Raizen straighten up and said "Yeah, I am fine."

"Is it about this morning?" Superboy asked, "The argument between Donna and Wonder Woman?"

Kid Flash looks at him and asked "They had a fight?"

Miss Martian replied "A big one. I wonder what it was about."

Raizen shrugs and said "It's personal between the two of them."

Everyone looks at him and Miss Martian said "You know what it was about?"

Raizen nodded and said "I do, but I rather not talk about it."

"Oh come on!" Kid Flash said, "What was it about?"

Raizen replied "Like I said, it is personal."

When the bell rings, Raizen sighed and said "Time to go into the infernal."

Once he said that, he made his way to his English class. When he got there, he made his way to his desk and sit down while his classmates arrived. Sitting back in his seat, his teacher entered the room and started to lecture. While the teacher does that, Raizen can't help but think about Donna and how she is feeling right now. As he was drifting into space, something fell in front of him. When Raizen looks down, he saw a small piece of paper. Picking it up and opening it, he saw the name 'Christine' on it along with a series of numbers and a picture of a heart. Looking around, he saw a girl with black hair smiling at him and giving him a small wave at him.

Later on that day…

After school ended, Raizen met up with the others in front of the entrance. Once he joined up with them, he said "Hey guys, what happens when a girl gives you a piece of paper with her name and random numbers?"

The three of them look at him and Kid Flash said "Say what now?"

Raizen takes out the piece of paper and shows it to them. Surprised at this, Kid Flash said "What the hell?! How did you get this?!"

Raizen replied "The girl in my English class gave that to me. When I looked at her, she smiled and waved at me."

Miss Martian smiled and said "Looks like you have an admirer."

Raizen was confused and said "What did I do to make her like me?"

Superboy thought about it and said "Well, you have been getting a lot of attention since your fight against Jackson."

"Seriously?" Raizen asked, "That punk was like a flea to me. You mean to tell me that after I humiliated that guy I am suddenly famous?"

Miss Martian thought about and said "Pretty much."

After a long day of school, Raizen, Miss Martian, Superboy and Kid Flash went back to the base. Once there, they saw Batman along with the rest of the Team there. When Batman saw them, he said "Good, you are here. Something has come up and need you suit up."

When they all agreed, they were making their way to their rooms to dress up. But when Raizen walked past the Team, he saw everyone there except for Donna. He stopped in his tracks and said "Where is Wonder Girl?"

Batman said "She is not going on this mission. The Team tried to contact her, but she isn't leaving her room."

"And I know why," Raizen thought.

He then said "You know, I should stay behind as well."

Everyone was shocked to hear that Raizen wants to stay behind. Robin then said "Dude, this mission involves a lot of action."

"Tempting," Raizen said, "But I have to do some work for school and I don't want to fall behind."

Next to him, Kid Flash said "But Raisin Bran, you told us on our way here that it took you only minutes to finish your…"

At that moment, Raizen lightly lifted his left foot and smashes it on Kid Flash's right foot. Crying in pain, Kid Flash pulls up his right leg and starts massaging it. Getting confuse looks by his fellow teammates, Raizen gave off a fake smile and said "Don't worry about me. You guys will be fine without me."

Suspicious about Raizen's behavior, Batman said "Alright, but you better be on call."

When Raizen nodded, Batman left the room. Once he was gone out of sight, Kid Flash shouted "Dude, what the hell was that?!"

Raizen looks at him and said "I told you to stop calling me that."

As Kid Flash gave him a furious look, Miss Martian walked between them and said "Okay, we don't want to do something that we will later regret it."

"Oh come on!" Kid Flash whined.

Raizen then said "Well, I am heading to my room. Good luck in you mission."

With that, he left the Team behind. After a few minutes of waiting, Raizen used his Scouter to see if the Team left. Once they were gone, he places his Scouter on his nightstand, left his room and made his way to Donna's room. Standing in front of her door, Raizen knocked on it and hopes that she opens.

But instead, he hears Donna's voice saying "Leave me alone."

Raizen leans on the door and said "It's me, can you let me in?"

Donna replied "I want to be left alone."

"I know why you are mad," Raizen said, "Your sister told me everything. She…"

At that moment, Donna opens the door and said in a furious way "She is not my sister! If you heard what she said then you know that I am not an Amazon!"

Raizen gave her a provoked look and said "Did you even listen to what she said?"

Donna replied "I did! She said that I wasn't born in Themyscira and was actually born in the world of men! Don't you see, I was lied to!"

Raizen then said in an angry way "And did you also listen when she said that she brought you to Themyscira because your life was in danger?!"

Donna's eyes widen in surprise and said "W-What?"

Raizen crossed his arms and said "You didn't give her a chance to explain herself. She was trying to tell you the whole story until you decide to walk away from her."

"Tell me then," Donna said, "What did she tell you?"

When Raizen was about to tell her, she said "Wait, come inside first."

As Raizen nodded, he entered Donna's room and then she closed the door. Once it was close, Donna then said "So, why was my life in danger?"

"I wanted your sister to say this to you," Raizen said, "But if you must know, when Diana was traveling, she heard a scream and went to investigate it. Once she got there, she found a woman begging her to take her child. She claimed her life was in danger and didn't want the child to be harmed. At first, Diana didn't want to take the child, but when she saw fear in the woman, she decided to take the infant. And the rest, well you know."

Donna was surprised by this and said "And this child…was me?"

Raizen replied "As far as I know, that is what Diana told me."

In the state she is now, Donna was at the very least startled by this discover. To think that Wonder Woman took Donna as a child to Themyscira in order to protect her from danger. And the woman who was willingly to give her up to Wonder Woman must have been her biological mother.

Wanting to know more, Donna said "Did Diana tell you what kind of danger was it that forced my…'mother' to give me up?"

Raizen shook his head and replied "You have to talk to Diana for that. She didn't tell me everything, so I think."

Donna sighed and said "Did she even tell you this woman's name?"

Again, Raizen shook his head and said "No, I think since, at that time, everything was happening so fast, Diana didn't ask for their name. The woman only gave her your name."

Donna thought about it for a moment and said "I have to ask Diana more about it."

Raizen then said "And you also have to apologize about your attitude you displayed towards her."

As Donna gave him a sour look, he said "Look, I don't know how it feels like being lied to about their heritage, really I don't. But you told me when we went to Themyscira that being an Amazon was the best thing that happened to you and couldn't have asked for a better life. Sure you were lied to, but Diana raised you like you were like you were her own sister. At least appreciate that."

After he said that, Donna sighed and said "You're right. I should apologize my sister for everything I did to offend her. I mean…I just can't believe…"

Trying to comfort her, Raizen placed his hands on her shoulders, looked into her eyes and said "Believe me, she will forgive you. After all, you are her sister."

Once he said that, Donna smiled and said "Thank you, Raizen. I know that this was between me and my sister, but…"

Raizen chuckled and said "I believe I am more involved in this."

As Donna gave him a confused look, she said "Why is that?"

Raizen just shrugged it off and said "Nevermind. Anyways, I hope your talk with Diana goes well."

Right before he was going to leave the room, Donna said "Thank you again."

When he looks back at her, he smiles and left the room. Once he was out of Donna's room and made his way to his room, Raizen can't help but look back at Donna's room and smile. And soon after that, he opens his door and enters his room.

P.S. That scene with Raizen getting a phone number from the girl, it had to be done. Main purpose: to get Kid Flash mad.
