Nikota didn't know how many hours, or days went by; but a voice woke her up. " Ta…Nikota…are you alright child? You've been in a coma for 14 years." she hears as she looks around the hut that she was in. suddenly her eyes fell upon a woman in priestess clothes, and noticed her one eye covered with a patch. " K..Kaede? Did I hear you correctly? I was out for 14 years." she asked, as Kaede walked over to her, and nods her head. " All the villagers were afraid that you were dead when we all found you inside the cave." She said, as Nikota stood up, and looked for Kiana. " Kaede, where is Kiana? Where did she go?" she asked, as she hears a meow, and looks over at a small kitten running over, then jumping into her arms. " She's right there sister Tika. Kiana never left your side, she always made sure, me or her was around incase you woke up." Kaede said, as she stood up, and lead Nikota out of the hut.
The villagers saw Nikota up, and some gathered around her, and Kaede. " We were really worried about you Lady Nikota." one said, as Nikota looked at the villager. " Thank you; but I'm fine now. I'll return later Kaede, Kiana, and I are going to hang out in the forest." Nikota says, as she attaches to her back, a medium long silver blade, with purple wrapping around the handle. This was her mother's sword Neko Hikari. Which meant Cat's Shine. Nikota's mother always used this sword to protect Nikota, and now the sword was her's. Kiana jumped from Nikota's arms, as she transformed, and Nikota got on her back, and the two took off.
Kiana flew through the sky, as Nikota looks at the ground below. " I shall leave you with the name Naraku. I'm still your father…somewhat." the voice of Naraku rang in her mind. " What did he mean by that…that he's still my father? I don't get it at all." Nikota says to herself, as she notices a green toad demon, running fast carrying a staff with two heads, and a bunch of demons chasing it. " Kiana land now, that toad demon is in trouble!" Nikota says, as Kiana roars, and lands down on the ground. Nikota stands in front of all the demons, and unsheathes her sword. " Hey you half breed demon move, those are powerful demons!" the toad yells, as Nikota runs through the demons, slashing each one, in a blink of an eye.
When she was done, not a single demon was left alive. The toad glanced, at the corpses, and then walks over to Nikota. " Uh no hard feelings for calling you a half breed?" he says, as Nikota sheaths her sword, and glares at the toad. " You hush your mouth toad, maybe if you had more practice with that staff, you could have killed the demons!" she yells, as Kiana turns and growls at someone approaching. " Half demon, tell your cat to calm down, or else it will meet my claws." the person says, in a cold husk voice. " You….Your Sesshomaru of the western lands….." Nikota says, as she turns away from the toad, and looks Sesshomaru dead in his hazel eyes.
Nikota whisted for Kiana, as she walked over, and stood by Nikota. Sesshomaru looked Nikota, and scuffs. " That's Lord Sesshomaru to you, that's an amazing sword you have…who did you steal that from?" he said, as Nikota growled, and answered him, " for your information, it was the Lady Ami of the Panther tribe. It was passed down to me from her…before I was thrown out of the tribe…" she then turned away from him, and petted Kiana, as they walked off.
" You were thrown out for being a half breed right?" he said, as Nikota lost it, and turned around, as she slapped Sesshomaru hard across the face. " Just because you're a full demon doesn't give you the right to keep calling me a half breed." she said, as she growled deeply at him. The toad freaked out, " you wrenched girl, how dare you slap Lord Sesshomaru!" he yelled, as Sesshomaru grabbed Nikota's wrist, and glared into her eyes.
" Don't worry Jaken…I'll deal with her…" he said, as a low growl came from his throat. " Now listen here kitten…noone slaps me, and gets away with it…You and I will battle right now. If you win, I'll respect you…but if I win…" he paused for a second, as Nikota got scared. " If you win…?" she asked, as she saw a smile curve onto Sesshomaru's face. " You will be my slave, and servant." he said, as Nikota gulped.
