Raphael stared at Dark Pit on the grass covered hill. He looked exactly how he looked when he first faced him and his brothers. He even had the same exact weapon, a silver bow.
"Why did you leave so early?" Raph asked after he confirmed in his mind that this was the same boy he had met the previous night. To respond, Dark Pit said nothing. As a matter of fact, he did nothing either. "Aren't you gonna answer me?" Then, Dark Pit just disappeared. Then, an insane laugh was suddenly pounding in his head. The feeling came back, and it was so awful, he closed his eyes and held his head.
"DARK PIT!" Raph screamed right before he opened his eyes. Once he opened them, he was no longer on the hill. He was in his room, lying on his bed. It had all been a dream. After he realized it had been a dream, a question came to his mind. Did I scream his name because I was angry... or because I was worried? It had to be aggravation and rage. He couldn't possibly be scared or worried for this boy he barely knew, could he?
He got up and walked out of his room. Then he walked to the kitchen and opened up the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.
"You are up early." Splinter commented. He was standing right behind him. He must have entered the room when Raph didn't notice.
"Good morning, sensei." he said. He yawned, for he was still a little tired, then took a sip of the water. After he was done, he rubbed his eyes and looked at Splinter.
"Did you have a nightmare?" he asked.
"I don't think it was a nightmare."
"Well it surely sounded like one. I heard you screaming the name 'Dark Pit'. That was the name of the stranger you met last night, was it not?"
"It was."
"What in your dream caused you to scream his name?"
"I don't know."
Splinter nodded as if he understood, and questioned Raph no further walking back to his room. Raph was thankful that he had asked no further, but he had little idea why.
