Author's Note: So it's Father's day, and Angel said, Let's put up chapters 9 + 10 as a bonus. I agreed, despite the fact that neither of us have anything to do for our father's other than say "Happy Father's Day". So Enjoy Chapter 9, and Chapter 10 later.

The next day, briefly after Dinner, Team MADD paid another visit to downtown Vale, but before splitting up, Dusty had a brief chat with Aquila, "Hey Aquila, you got any more smoke bombs?" "Yeah, why?" "Can I borrow a few?" "Why?" "I had a vision, and for the sake of making life easier for me, something to cover my trail would be nice." "Ok, but don't become a terrorist on me." "Nah, That's the emo magician terrorist's job." "Who?" "Miguel." Dusty strode off towards the back road, making Aquila much more suspicious of Dusty. Miguel was walking down main street, where he planned to meet Mercury to ask him about kicks and Taekkyeon. Miguel caught up to Mercury and asked him about training him to be better at kicks. "Hey Mercury, can you train me to be better at kicking?" Miguel asked, Mercury shrugged with his reply, "Well yeah, I could but it would require some information first." Miguel, desperate to follow in his father's footsteps replied, "I can give some information, and I can find other forms of information." "Good, now can you tell me how Dusty managed to predict my kick and dodge it?" "That's his semblance, he can see about an hour into the future at complete random, from there he can change it, or not do anything, because he's a prick, and sometimes he tries to change it, but nothing changes." "Interesting, so you say this is at complete random?" "Yeah, Dusty has no idea how to control it, otherwise, he'd be unbeatable." "Probably for the best, if he was unbeatable that amount of power could make him too strong, but anyways, thanks for the information, now what do you need help with?" Afterwards, Mercury started training Miguel to use Taekkyeon, and use other methods of kicking. Meanwhile Dusty was walking down the alley, watching every corner and darker alleyway for signs of hostility, he eventually heard a voice, "Hey you, stop where you are!" Dusty smiled, "Fine, what do you want?" The voice demanded, "We are here to take away your dust, kids like you shouldn't play with this stuff." "And who are you to tell me what I can or can't do? I'm a huntsman in training, I use this, besides didn't anyone teach you; you play with fire, you're gonna get burned?" "Neo, apprehend our sassy opponent." "One last thing, my name kinda has Dust in it." Out of the dark alleyway walked a girl, significantly smaller than Dusty. She had oddly colored hair, with three colors and her eyes were two different colors. Dusty fired a standard round expecting his opponents to flee, but when the smoke cleared, there was an umbrella that had blocked the shot completely. "Well then, suppose I know what to do now." Neo moved closer, but Dusty placed a smoke bomb and shouted, "Get the hell outta dodge!" and fired a High-Powder round, creating a large amount of smoke, allowing Dusty to escape and find Aquila. Aquila noticed Dusty's exhaustion and glared at him after noticing the smoke in the air. "What did you do?" Dusty replied, "I'll tell you what didn't happen, Get dust-robbed." "So you avoided getting robbed, by creating a smoke diversion?" "Yeah, is there a problem?" "You could've told me earlier." "That takes away the fun though, and you would've insisted on following me." Miguel caught up to the two, with Devon following shortly after, the crew walked towards the landing site to wait for the last ship to Beacon.

On the ship, Dusty explained the situation he was in and the foe he didn't fight. Devon wasn't really phased, Miguel was fascinated by the tri-coloration of her hair, and Aquila still wished Dusty told him why he needed the smoke bombs earlier. Once the story was over a breaking news report came on to inform the viewers that a fire had broken out in downtown Vale, and the current suspect was the terrorist group, White Fang, but more details had to be released before anything could be set in stone. Afterwards Miguel, Devon and Aquila all looked at Dusty. "Well, that's the news folks, The White Fang strikes again!" Dusty said mockingly. "How is that gonna help? Faunus can't get the rights they need if the White Fang are accused of this!" Aquila pointed accusingly at Dusty. "Look, I'm all for Faunus rights, but let's face it, this isn't an equal world, nothing is fair here. We have a still active group of thieves in Vale and the White Fang prowling the kingdom. The most we can do is simply try to balance things, but equality is impossible, we all want a happy ending, but not everything ends happily." Dusty said almost sounding like he was more intelligent than he really was, Miguel replied, "First off, we don't need that attitude, you're the one telling me to believe that Physical Education would've been better if I'd believed harder. Second off, why did you use some of the most powerful rounds in existence as an escape attempt?" "Because a normal round wouldn't have created enough smoke to cover my escape." "Really, you could've used a slightly stronger round to escape, or something else, you aren't that dumb." "I'm not, it's because of that. That's why I used the strongest round I had and said my plan. It makes me look dumb, so next time they underestimate my intelligence and I can get the advantage." At this point Devon intervened, "Why do you have to make the most complicated plans possible, just to defeat your opponent?" "Because, I like having things wrapped up quickly. I dislike killing, both of you know this, If I can detain my opponent long enough for them to have to surrender, I've won." Miguel spoke up, "Clearly didn't work with Yang." "Miguel, Shut up." "At least I didn't waste 30 minutes getting beat up!" "At least I didn't get power-hungry when given the opportunity to train under Weiss!" "Atleast I didn't make her upset!" "Atleast I didn't have to deal with talking more than I already had!" Aquila tried to stop the fight, but couldn't so Devon intervened, "Hey, both of you faggots should stop arguing!" They both shut up and just waited until the ship landed. The team exited the ship and moved towards their dorm, all of them kinda tired, it was pretty late at that point. The team once there, had no talk over what homework had to be done, or what classes were tommorrow, they all just kinda fell onto their beds and passed out, except Dusty who fell on the floor and fell asleep there, because he didn't feel like getting up.
