It was amazingly hot, and with luck, as luck tends to be, the power was out. The entire province of British Columbia was power less, and miserable. The roads were jammed with people hopping to go way north were the weather was a bit more bearable.
It goes with out saying, Atlanta fully blamed global warming, and the others started to believe her, but it didn't much help the situation.
Now, we view the Class if the Titans children, they all sat with their backs up against a tree in the park, all contemplating jumping head first into the pond only a few feet away from them. They were trying to get their handheld electric fans to work, but the city had run out of batteries, and with the traffic, they weren't getting new ones soon. Plumbing had gone wrong, even Coronus couldn't make this much chaos. After a long period of exhausted silence, Archie spoke up,
"You know what I miss most about electricity and plumbing and all that stuff?"
"Flush toilets?" Jay asked,
"Showers?" Neil suggested,
"Sports?" Harry guessed,
"Computers?" Odie piped up,
"Air conditioning?" Atlanta put in,
"Clean clothes?" Theresa questioned, Archie just shook his head,
"No, microwaveable barbeque chicken wings." He smiled at the memory, the male population of the group let out a sigh-like,
"Yeeeeaaaaaa….." The girls stood up,
"You are such- such- boys!" Theresa fumed, maybe it was the heat getting to her nerves, Atlanta pulled her away,
"Come on, lets go to the gods sanctuary before they drool on us."
