Please note that this is an old draft of Maelstrom Overlord, a draft that I lost 10 years ago after the USB it was stored in broke on me and I was devastated about. I tried to recover it but my memory failed and did another version which was different. The second version wasn't working out so I scrapped it because I have lost all hope of regaining it. But it did inspire me to write other Overlord fics (which will eventually be continued working on, given time...I have so many.)
I thought I heard the last of the Maelstrom Overlord, (although nostalgia tends to reminds me of it) if it weren't for my friend Chaossonic1 who found it within the internet archives. Thanks Chaossonic1, I appreciate it. I started to read this old draft and that got me thinking of reworking it, so I have. Mind you, just because I'm reworking this draft doesn't mean I'm getting rid of it. So I'm posting this on both on FF and Ao3 for all to enjoy. Also, this draft is discontinued, but in the rewrite the dark tale of Overlord Maelstrom continues.

PROLOGUE
Konoha Oct 9th
It was a peaceful day in the Hidden Leaf Village, the war between Leaf and Stone has ended and all the leaf ninjas have come back home with their loved ones and families.
Well except for one, Minato Namikaze, the Legendary "Yellow Flash" and newly elected Yondaime Hokage of Konoha is in an unbeatable battle with an undying foe that all of the Kages of the Shinobi Nations have feared for generations: paperwork (Dun dun DUUUUUUUUUUN!); As our beloved war-hero is still in battle with this paper like scourge that he didn't notice someone in his office.
Kushina Uzumaki, former ninja of the Hidden Whirlpool Village and Legendary "Red Death" has brought lunch to the Hokage/Lover.
"Damn, whoever thought of paperwork should burn in the flames of-" Minato mutters venomously at the paperwork
"AFTERNOON MINATO-KUN"
"GAH" yelled Minato in fright "oh Kushina-chan, afternoon, I was just..."
"Cursing at the paperwork, again?"
Minato sweat dropped "eh he he, you heard that, did ya?" said Minato nervously
"You do this every day when you do you Hokage duties, Minato-kun" said Kushina
"Well you can't blame me, Kushina-chan, this menace has prevented us from being together you know" said Minato with a pout and crossed his arm like child.
Kushina giggled at this, she find Minato's childish act rather cute. With paperwork rising, didn't get any time off with his lover. (Aw poor Minato *sniff*)
"Anyway, how is he?" said Minato with a smile
Kushina puts her hand on her bulge and rubs it, Kushina is pregnant, and she is just one day away of being in labour. Even know Minato is not the father (sorry guy, he's not) he would be with his newborn stepson. Kushina and Minato have met 8 months, (3 month before Minato became Hokage) when stone invaded and destroyed the Hidden Whirlpool village. Kushina was the only survivor. Minato realised that Kushina was pregnant when he became Hokage, she wanted to surprise him, and god did it surprise him. (How would you react if your girlfriend was pregnant eh?) They both decided the name the child Naruto, Kushina named him after the fallen Hidden Whirlpool village, as you see Naruto is Japanese for Maelstrom. Minato decided to name him after the main character of his sensei Jiraiya's first novel tale of the gutsy ninja, coincidently they thought of the same name together.
"He's doing fine, I think he'll enter in this world soon" said Kushina happily until she had a hint of doubt in her face
I hope he doesn't follow his father's footsteps thought Kushina in worry of her child
Oct 10th: the Namikaze compound
A storm has come, everyone in Konoha was ordered by the Hokage to stay indoors until the storm die out. He assigned a few ninjas to guard the gate so no intruders can get with storm for their advantage. Minato was relieved that the storm has come because he get to be with Kushina and won't get to do more evil paperwork (whew what a relief). Suddenly Kushina's water broke, she's in labour.
"M-Minato" said Kushina painfully "I-It's time"
"What?" said Minato in shock, he ran to the telephone and dialled 999 (I don't know the emergency number from Japan so I used the British one) "I need a medic, now"
Minato then put the phone down the rush to Kushina comforting her while she's in labour.
Somewhere in the dark centre of the Shinobi Nations
As the storm grew worse thunder boomed, lightning flashed and rain grew heavy, a tall dark tower with an aura of pure evil was revealed by the flash of lightning.
Inside the tower
The tower inside was gloomy and in ruins but in contraction, wooden scaffolding surrounds the pillars, walls and ceiling, the sound of tools echoes in the room while the lightning flashes. At the throne room it was dark, candles unlit and the only source of light is at the room far away from the throne (The throne room from Overlord: Dark Legends) the light source is a giant orb radiating glowing blue light and with that glowing orb is silhouette of a man. The silhouette is watching the orb as it reveals an image of a certain redhead: Kushina Uzumaki.
So, the time has come. Kushina you disappoint me. Running off with... HIM
"GNARL" shouted the silhouette
Another silhouette appeared as the orb glows the light shows a small, old grey creature. He has a long goatee and bushy sideburn, wore a robe and a cloak that made him look hunchbacked and a stick with a yellow orb-like lantern on his back. His name is Gnarl, he is a creature called a minion. Creature that is low on brains but high on brawn. Despise of being a minion, he is wise and intelligent.
"You called, Master?" said Gnarl with a old hoarse voice.
"Prepare the minions for me, I going for a walk" called the silhouette.
"At once master" said Gnarl as he bows to the silhouette and leaves.
The Silhouette tuned away from the glowing orb and walked away
8 months, Kushina, 8 months you ran away with something that's mine. You think you can hide from me? Impossible, I've been watching your every step.
The Namizaze Compound
It's been ten minutes since Kushina was in labour, the medic finally arrived and delivered the child.
"Congratulations, Lord Hokage, it's a boy" said the medic as he held the newborn child.
The child has blond hair like Minato, even though he's not the father, blue eyes like his mother, whisker-like marks and a strange scratch-like mark on his chest. Minato was worried about that mark as it looks like a scratch mark. However, Minato was relieved that the child and Kushina are fine. The medic handed the child to Minato.
"How is Kushina?" said Minato, concerning about Kushina's health.
The medic smiles at the question, its good sign
"The birth has put allot of strain in her body, she'll be fine in a few days, all she needs is a lot a rest and your support Lord Hokage" said the medic
Minato was happy about us, he thanked and dismissed the medic and went to Kushina with the newborn Naruto.
Konoha Gate's
Thunder booms louder and lightning gets closer to konoha, this worries the guards.
"Man, this storm is getting worse" said Guard 1
"Aye, by the sound of that, it's getting closer to konoha" said guard 2
"Well maybe we should skip guard duty" said guard 1
"WHAT? THAT'S treason, what if an intruder barges in?" said guard 2
"Oh, come on, no one stupid enough would be out in this storm like that" said guard 1
Guard 2 is about to say something when the thunderstorm get louder and lightning struck at nearby tree, let it ablaze. (Whoa, that was close)
"Good point, come on let's go" said guard 2
The two guard were about to leave when they sense an unusual flow of chakra, they turn to the direction of the source.
They saw a mysterious silhouette; they could see who it is because of the heavy rain and lack of light
"Halt, state your business in Konoha, stranger" said Guard 1
The mysterious silhouette looked at the two guards, still standing like a statue. He brings out an incredible yet intimidating flow of chakra.
The two guards were overwhelmed by this flow of chakra that it made them hard to breathe.
"I-I repeat, w-what is y-your business here" said guard 1
"To claim what is truly mine" said the silhouette.
The thunderstorm boomed and lightning flashed once, what shocked the guards was not the thunder and lightning but what the flash of lightning has revealed of the mysterious silhouette.
He is in an ANBU type ninja suit, with a pair of black metal gauntlets with one glowing yellow jewel at the back of the hand (the gauntlet from overlord) and a pair of greaves. His head is covered by a knight's helmet in a shape of a wolf's head (I got the idea from Anubis the Egyptian god of death or Seth the god of Chaos).
"Wait, I know you, you're..."
The guard was interrupted by the sharp and metallic slide past his neck, he put his hand on his neck then he felt something warm, thick and flowing out of his neck.
Blood
The guard then collapses and his vision went hazy the last thing he saw is the lightning flashed once more to the armoured ninja/knight once again but with 10 brown creatures holding small swords, knives and maces. One of them is stained in blood. He died of blood loss.
The other guard was shocked of this before he beheaded, by not from the creatures but the dark ninja/knight.
"I WILL claim what's mine and NO body will stop me" said the dark ninja/knight as he raised his jewelled gauntlet holding his tanto, letting the rain wash away the blood from the blade.
The gauntlet then create a sound that resembles a loud trumpet and more minions were summoned for the ground, except of brown, they were red horned minions. Unlike the brown, they are specialized as archer, they create fireball and thrown them at a great distance, also they are fireproof so they are good for sending in hazardous places such as burning buildings and volcanoes.
"Reds you with act as snipers, if they do anything to stop me, burn them" the ninja/knight commanded them.
The reds nodded; despite the rain the red are protected by the heat they produce so every raindrop evaporates before it hit them. (Cool huh, like the Daleks shield from doctor who)
The ninja/knight then enters the gates of Konoha to search for what's his.
Konoha Police Station
Fugaku Uchiha, patriarch of the Uchiha Clan and poilce chief of the Konoha Police is having a bad time, the storm is disrupting his duties as a law enforcer, and mostly he can't return home to the Uchiha district to be with his beloved wife Mikoto and 5 year daughter Itomé (female Itachi). He was ordered to stay in the police station until the storm dies down.
"Grr that dobe of a Hokage got lucky because he gets to be with his girlfriend, and I'M stuck here in this building like a prisoner" muttered Fugaku angrily.
He was jealous of Minato because he was luckily to be stuck in his Compound with his lover while he is stuck in the police station with the other police officers, who surprisingly are all Uchihas. This pissed Fugaku off, right now, he hates his life, he hates his job and most of all he hate his old academy rival turned Hokage Minato Namikaze.
"Oh calm down Fugaku, it's not like it's the end of the world you know"
Fugaku turned to see who said that, it was Yashiro Uchiha, he's a good friend of Fugaku and acted like a big brother to him.
"Hn, easy for you to say, you don't have to worry about your wife and daughter" argued Fugaku
Despise Fugaku's stern and uncaring personality, he truly loves and cares about his wife and daughter, the only reason hides his true emotions because of the Uchiha Clan's reputation. Only Mikoto, Itomé and Yashiro know of his true emotions.
"You do care about them, don't you" said Yashiro
Fugaku sighs as he drops his "mask"
"Doesn't a Husband and father?" said Fugaku
Then suddenly the telephone rings, Fugaku rushes to answer it
"Konoha Police, Police Cheif Fugaku Uchiha calling"
"Ah Fugaku, good to hear your on duty I see"
Fugaku felt his eye twitch to control his anger as the Hokage was teasing him
"Grr what do you what, Dobe; you obviously didn't call me to tick me off" said Fugaku angrily
"OI, show some respect will ya, you are talking to the HOKAGE you know"
This really pissed Fugaku off
"JUST BECAUSE YOUR HOKAGE DOSEN'T MEAN YOU CAN ABUSE POWERS BY PISSING ME OFF" roared Fugaku
He's not pissed off, he's way beyond that. He knows that Minato LOVES to piss Fugaku off, ever since they were academy student.
Fugaku just swore that he heard a snicker on the phone
GRRR IF HE WASN'T THE HOKAGE, HE WOULD REGRET OF PISSING ME OFF!
"Anyway" said Minato seriously "The only reason I call you is because I want you to investigate a murder scene"
"What?" said Fugaku in shock
"I have been reported by the head ANBU that they saw a mysterious stranger and murdered 2 Chunnin that were guarding the gates not long ago and I want you to investigate this at once"
"Yes sir" said Fugaku
Konoha Gates: Murder Scene
The storm has calmed but not over the thunder and lightning are far away from konoha, but the Hokage's orders still stand because of the murder of two Chunnin guards.
Fugaku and Yashiro entered the murder scene, two people has already entered the scene
"Who are you and what is your business here" said Fugaku in a stern tone
The two people are Jonin classed ninja one is in his mid 20s has long dirty blond hair and green pupil-less eyes.
And the other is a man with the same age as the blond jonin, he has dark brown hair in a pineapple style ponytail. He two scars, one his left eye and on his left cheek. He also has a small goatee on his chin.
"Inoichi Yamanaka" said the blond Jonin
"Shikaku Nara" said the scarred Jonin
They handed in their form as proof that they were sent by the Hokage
"We are here to help you with the investigation by order of the Hokage" said Iniochi
"I appreciate it but we don't need help" said Fugaku
"Oh really? Then tell me how did they die?" said Shikaku, questioning Fugaku's intelligence.
Fugaku examined the bodies and then told the results
"Obviously a rouge ninja slit his throat and then decapitated the others head, and then he infiltrated Konoha to steal our secrets" stated Fugaku
Shikaku slowly clapping his hands with a hint of sarcasm
"Well done, Police Chief Uchiha, well done. But you left out something "said Shikaku
"And want will that be?" said Fugaku sternly
"The footprints did not lead to the first victim" said Shikaku
"Perhaps he used so kind of jutsu" said Fugaku
"Nope, I can't sense any chakra flows in the laceration so it's not done by a jutsu" said Inoichi
Inoichi then walked to the dead body and placed his hand on the head
"W-What are you doing?" said Fugaku
"Even dead, the brain remains alive for a long period of time, I am going to see the final memory of this vicitm, perhaps he can tell me how murdered him" said Inochi
Inochi used his other to perform one handed hand signs to perform a Jutsu
"Mind analysis Justu" said Inoichi
Inoichi closed his eye as he channels his chakra into the victim's brain to reveal his last memory. Analysis is has shocked him.
"No, it can't be" thought Inoichi as he shivered in fear
"Well who is he?" said Fugaku impatiently
"We must warn the Hokage about this" said Inoichi
Shikaku, Fugaku and Yashino were confused about this at first but understood. They ran to the Hokage's home, the Namikaze Compound.
Namikaze Compound
Minato and Kushina are having a great time with their guests, Minato's student Kakashi Hatake and Jiraiya the Legendary Toad Sannin and Minato's Teacher who were here to see the newborn.
"Congratulations for being a father Minato-sensei" said kakashi as he grabbed his cup of tea.
"Yeah, I never thought you had it in you." said Jiraiya with a perverted grin
Minato blushed at the comment that his old teacher
"Well, thanks for the comment Jiraiya-sensei, but technically I'm not the father of the child"
Kakashi and Jiraiya was gobsmacked of Minato said.
Minato-sensei's not the father? Thought Kakashi in shock
Oh, Minato how could you, after all the training I've taught you *sobs* cries Jiraiya mentally as he was disappointed at his student.
Minato and Kushina sweatdropped at the reactions of Kakashi and Jiraiya
"Err you see, Kushina was already pregnant when we first met" said Minato sheepishly
Jiraiya raised his brow at this and looks at Kushina
"So who is the father Kushina?" said Jiraiya seriously, with a hint of curiosity"
Kushina was about to say something when Inoichi, Shikaku, Fugaku and Yashiro barges in.
"L-Lord Hokage, we've got bad news" said Inoichi in terror.
Inoichi and Fugaku reported the murder scene and what the victim last saw. Minato was trembling in fear when Inoichi mentioned the murderer's name. I brought back terrible memories.
(Flashback 10 years ago)
15 year old Minato left the Ninja Acadamy late because he had detention for picking fights with Fugaku's little brother, Ventus.
"Grr, that no good for nothing teme. He gets away with it while I get punished for something I didn't do. It's favouritism I take ya"
Minato is running is run fast to home before it starts to rain
"Oh men, first detention and now rain; I think god hates me"
Then suddenly he arrives to the compound
Namikaze Compound
"Mom, Dad, Little Brother? Anyone home?" said Minato
Inside the Compound is quiet, dark and deserted. Minato is getting scared at this. Lightning flashes, Minato saw a strange shadow on the wall, he trembles in fear and turn to the living room.
Living room
The living room is big; it was furnished with white sofas and armchairs with black side tables, along with designed lamp. Minato turned on the lamp until he saw what completely terrified him. The bodies of Minato's father and mother are on the floor, blood staining the floor and the blade belonging to a boy in an ANBU uniform, wearing metal gauntlets and greaves on his arms and legs.
"Brother, who did this?" said Minato until a Shuriken flew pass him, cutting his shoulder. He grunts in pain and looks at his brother, then he sees the sword stained in blood. "No...you couldn't"
"Hai" said the ANBU "I massacred EVERYONE!"
Lightning flashes to reveal the murderer's face, filled with insanity and hatred.
(Flashback)
Minato sighed and placed his hand on his forehead as he remembered that memory
He's here, but why? Thought Minato "Inoichi, what was the last thing the victim hear"
Inoichi is trying to remember what the victim heard, until it hit him
"I believe he heard him saying claiming what's his" said Inoichi
"I see, Fugaku, I want you to warn your clan" said Minato
"Warn my clan? Why?" said Fugaku in a confused look
Minato stood off his office and gazed at the Hokage Monument out the window
"Because what he is after is in the Uchiha Clan District" said Minato "We all know what he's like with Uchihas"
Fugaku and Yashiro were shocked at this and ran to the Uchiha Clan District.
"But that's not the worst of it" said Minato
"What do you mean Lord Hokage?" said Shikaku
"ANBU"
A band of ninja wearing various types of animal masks appeared out of nowhere, Salutes to the Hokage.
"Yes sir?" said the hawk masked Anbu
"I want you to guard the Namikaze Compound and protect Kushina and Naruto"
"HAI!" said the Anbu before they disappear to the destination
Huh, I won't let you succeed... Brother
Uchiha Clan District
"Itomé, dinners ready" said a voice in the house
"Coming Mother" said Itomé
Itomé enters her house to see Mikoto Uchiha, wife of Fugaku and mother of Itomé. They had their dinner; Itomé went to the living room to play and Mikoto to kitchen to clean up.
Kitchen
Mikoto is happily doing the dishes until she heard something strange.
"Itomé? Are you okay?" said Mikoto
No respond
"Itomé?"
Mikoto walked to the living until she saw what shocked her
The Dark ninja/knight is sitting on the couch with Itomé sitting on his lap reading a story to her.
"ITOMÉ, GET AWAY FROM HIM" said Mikoto with a mixture of anger and fear.
Itomé obeyed and jumped off the Ninja/knight's lap.
"Good girl, Itomé, always listen to your mother" said the Ninja/Knight with a dark chuckle.
"What are you doing here?" said Mikoto with her Sharingan activated
"To claim what's mine, Mikoto" said the ninja/knight in a calm tone "Just surrender it and I'll leave peacefully"
Mikoto was confused of what he said.
"What are you talking about? Said Mikoto, willing to get some answers
The ninja/knight stood up and walked toward Mikoto, making her tense.
"100 years ago, you ancestor, Madara Uchiha has stolen a rare artefact that belonged to one of my predecessors, Lord Gromgard, Nephew of the Black Baron of Greenvale. That artefact is a spell rune that makes you create black flames; yes I think you understand now that rune has given an Uchiha who possesses the Mongeyko Sharingan the jutsu known as Amateratsu. Now tell me, where is that rune and I won't do anything rash." said the ninja/knight as he reached his gauntlet towards Mikoto's neck.
Until suddenly…
"Are you talking about that strange burning statue?"
That got the Ninja/knight's attention, he turned his head and looks at Itomé.
"Huh? You know where it is?" said the ninja/knight
Itomé nodded "follow me"
Uchiha Cemetery
5 minutes ago, Itomé has led the ninja/knight to the Uchiha cemetery and pointed at the crypt of Madara Uchiha.
"It's in that place, sir, he stole it from you so you can have it back" said Itomé
The Ninja/knight ruffled Itomé's hair, despite of wearing a helmet he is smiling at Itomé
"You are a good girl" said the ninja/knight
The ninja/knight rose is jewelled gauntlet, summoning 10 browns. He commanded to infiltrate the crypt and retrieves the rune. The minion obeyed and entered to crypt and then 5 minutes later they returned with something large. It's made of stone but it's burning in black flames. The ninja/knight is pleased at this as he summoned a portal to send the rune to the tower.
The minions with the rune entered the portal until it closes behind them.
"Well, now that's done, I'm leaving" the ninja/knight then turns to Itomé "From all the Uchihas I despised, you are the one I trust the most, perhaps you can be useful to me and my successors in the future" said the ninja/knight as he ruffled her hair once more before departing.
"Wait, what's your name, sir?"
The ninja/knight turned once more and looked at Itomé
"My name is Damonhart, 5th Overlord of the Dark Tower"
After the he disappeared in thin air; leaving young Itomé alone in the cemetery.
I will prove my loyalty to you, Lord Damonhart.
Uchiha District
Damonhart is close to his goals, he has claimed the stolen spell rune with the help from Itomé, the daughter of Fugaku Uchiha. Now he had what he wanted, he is about to leaves the Uchiha Clan District until he felt a Killer intent on him. He turns to see Mikoto rushing towards him with kunai on her hands and sharingans on her eye.
"DIE YOU BASTARD!" roared Mikoto with killer intent in her sharingan activated eyes.
Damonhart stretched out his hand, his gauntlet glows in a light blue aura.
"SLEEP"
Mikoto stop, she lost her grip on the kunai, her sharingan deactivated and her eye slowly closes. Mikoto fell unconscious into a deep sleep
"Itomé would not forgive me if I killed you Mikoto-chan, so forget about killing me and take care of her, a child needs a mother" said Damonhart.
Uchiha Clan District gates
As Damonhart exit the district, the Konoha Police appears at DamonHart's path with their sharingan activated. Fugaku glares at Damonhart with pure hatred in his sharingan activated eyes.
"You've got some nerve of returning here, DAMONHART!" said Fugaku as he spat at Damonhart's name
"And you got some nerve of showing me those disgusting eyes of you yours, UCHIHA!" replied Damonhart as he spat at the name of that clan.
"You know the punishment of returning here, Damonhart, by order of the Hokage, you are under arrest for Murder" said Fugaku
"Murder; I called it a necessary sacrifice; perhaps you had that in YOUR culture?"
Fugaku's eyes widened by that as he remembered a horrible memory

Fugaku had witnessed the murder of his parents; the murderer was in darkness but his sharingan visible. The murderer's sharingan is changing for 3 commas into a shape of a pair of black 6-point shuriken with blood red pupils.
(Flashback end)
Fugaku growled at that memory, he lost his parents by the man he called his little brother.
Damn you Ventus, I hope you're dead. Curses Fugaku "Yes, that is true, we do need to make a sacrifice we don't like to gain power, but you hated your family for neglecting you and left your brother traumatized by that incident"

An ANBU-like ninja impaled his blade into a man that looked like the Yondaime with a beard.
"Y-you bastard, did you forget who raise you" said the Blond bearded Man
"Raised me? All you ever cared was Big brother. You never even said "I'm proud of you", not even once!"
"Why should I? You have been a disappointment ever since you born" spat the Father
"I see, well you will BURN IN THE FLAMES OF HELL YOU FAVOURTIST BASTARD!"
After that he beheaded the blond man.
(Flashback end)
He always hated me, and so did Mother. Thought Damonhart angrily
As Damonhart was lost in thought, Fugaku saw this as his advantage to catch him. He ran toward Damonhart setting up handsigns to perform a Jutsu.
"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu"
Fugaku blew fire out of his mouth towards Damonhart, flames surrounds Damonhart burning him, Fugaku smirked at this.
I got him, he's toast
As the flames died down the whole police force was shocked of what they saw.
A Red minion pyramid formed as a sheild for their master. They jumped apart to reveal Damonhart unharmed
"*whistle* If I didn't summoned my reds in time, I would be in trouble" said Damonhart
He moved his arm and pointed at Fugaku "Now it's my turn ENERGY SPIKE"
Lightning shot out of Damonhart's finger and zapped Fugaku into paralysis. Damonhart walked past Fugaku's paralyzed body. And disappeared the thin air
"Your arrogance will always be you downfall, Uchiha. I would love to play a bit longer but I have unfinished business" Damonhart's voice echoes like the wind.
"Cheif Fugaku!" said a police officer
"Don't mind me, check on the other clan member and report theid condition"
"Yes sir"
Fugaku cursed himself for letting Damonhart go.
The officer returned to Fugaku
"Report"
"There are no casualties; Lady Mikoto is knocked out, but nothing serious"
Fugaku sighed in relief.
Good luck, Minato, because you're gonna need it
The Namikaze Compound
The compound is surrounded by ANBU, by order of the Hokage to protect Kushina and Naruto. Kushina held on Naruto tight when she heard of the name Damonhart from around Konoha. She trembles in fear when he is getting closer to her and Naruto.
Oh Minato-kun, I've should have told you sooner. Please help me and Naruto-kun.
Hokage Tower
The Council was summoned by the Hokage.
"Lord Hokage, what is the meaning of this" said Hyuuga Elder
"The reason I summoned you all here is because of a threat has infiltrated Konoha" said Minato
"And what threat will that be?" said Inuzuka Elder
"DamonHart"
This shocked the council; Damonhart was responsible for the death of a very powerful shinobi clan and leaving one survivor. Not to mention the slaughter of many Konoha and Iwa shinobi in the Shinobi War.
"But he was exiled for his heinous crimes, why would he return?" said Aburame Elder
"By what I've gotten from the investigation from the murder scene this morning, Damonhart has returned to claim what's his" said Minato
"And what will he claim? said Hyuuga
"I'm not sure, but I'm sure he's here to kill me" said Minato "He and I didn't get along and blames me for being alone"
"Your father did see something that made Damonhart hated, and what he became is what the late Lord Namikaze hated so much: An Overlord" said Aburame Elder
"What should we do? If Damonhart came here to claim what's his but what we stole from him?" said Inuzuka Elder
"Did you remember the incident 25 years ago?" said Hyuuga Elder
The Council nods at this, Minato was confused at this.
"What incident?" said Minato
"Sorry Lord Hokage, its classified" said Aburame Elder
"By who?" said Minato
"By your father, he wanted the incident forgotten." Said Inuzuka Elder "However now that Damonhart is here, he won't rest until he gets what's his"
"What should we do, 50 years we suffered under that scourge's reign and Now Damonhart has be a threat to the Shinobi Nations for 10 years" said Hyuuga Elder
"It's quite simple" said Minato "I will defeat him"
The Whole Council gasps at what Minato said.
"But lord Hokage, we are talking about Damonhart, the Shadow Demon of the Bloody leaf here, no one can defeat him, not even the Uchihas, the Hyuugas or the Namikazes" said Inuzuka Elder in concern.
"Are you questioning my strength?" said Minato narrowing his eyes adding a bit of Killer Intent in them "You forget that I'm Minato Namikaze, the Yellow Flash of Konoha"
"That maybe, but Damonhart had 10 years of exhale to gain his terrible reputation" said Aburame Elder
"Don't worry, I will defeat him because…I know him" said Minato as he vanishes in a yellow flash.
The Inuzuka elder slams his clawed fist on the desk in fury.
"BLAST, Damonhart will kill Lord Hokage in less than a second" said Inuzuka Elder
"You shouldn't underestimate Minato" said Sarutobi as he arrives in the meeting room. "He isn't called the yellow flash for nothing"
"Sarutobi-san, will Lord Hokage defeat him?" said Aburame Elder
"Yes, I have faith in him" said Sarutobi as he smiles.
Namikaze Compound
Damonhart stands outside the gate of the Namikaze Compounds
"Soon, I will claim what is truly mine." said Damonhart as he enters the front door.
The front door swung open, Damonhart entered the compound. The main hall is dark and gloomy, like it was abandoned for years. This feels strange, even in exiled for ten years, he expects the rooms to be filled with dust and cobwebs. But it's clean.
Even in death they still like him more thought DamonHart angrily
Then suddenly he was ambushed by ANBU, with their swords unsheathed, then footprints echo the halls, Minato Naimkaze appears as the lights turned on.
"Damonhart, it's over, you are surrounded so give up" said Minato
"Minato, my brother, I didn't expect you to be Hokage, well mother and father did always give you motivation of being the best"
"Don't you dare speak about them, you murdered them because of our rivalry and their neglect" said Minato in disgust
"Ha ha ha ha HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! You think I killed them because of that?"
"What?" said Minato
"They were just sacrifices to unlock our secret bloodline, brother. But to do that, you need to do is be shunned and dishonoured by the clan and when you can't stand the humiliation, you just want them to suffer horribly"
"B-bloodline? What are you talking about, the Namikazes don't have a bloodline" said Minato
"That's because they CAN'T handle the truth"
"What truth?" said Minato
"The truth is that the Namikazes were once supreme Overlords, they were feared, worshiped and ruled as gods but they were corrupted by Pure Evil." Said Damonhart in pride "The Overlords can command the most corrupted souls of men and creature as soldiers of hell to dominate and conquer nations around the world. Unfortunately a certain Namikaze see things differently and decided to keep our family history a secret and that Person was our Father"
Minato was shocked at this his family were tyrants, rulers of evil and his father prevented that by hiding the truth.
"And now the time of the Namikazes has come, for I Damonhart Namikaze, 5th Overlord of the dark tower and King of Ombré shall rule the shinobi nations, but first... I need to claim what is truly mine" said Damonhart
"You keep saying that, Damonhart, What is it that you want?" said Minato losing his temper
"Only you lover knows"
Minato's eyes widened and turned to see Kushina behind
"You know, don't you...? Kushina?" said Minato
"Unfortunately, yes"
"Well, what is it that he wants?" yelled Minato
"*sob* Naruto"
Minato's eye widened more until he calmed down
"Even so, that won't be possible, BECAUSE YOU ARE LOST THE ME BROTHER!" said Minato
"Lost to you? Don't make laugh I haven't even revealed my true powers yet" said Damonhart
"Don't be stupid Damonhart, you're surrounded, you can't fight us all on your own" yelled Minato
"Who said anything about being on my own?"
RUMBLE
The ground has begun to shake; the ANBU, Minato and Kushina are startled at this.
"What the hell?"
Brown minions burst out of the ground catching the ANBU by surprise and plunge their weapons in the ANBU'S hearts. ANBU drops dead.
"Behold, brother, the true power of the Namikazes, these creatures are under MY command and MINE only"
DamonHart is radiating a hell allot of chakra that it's intimidating Minato and the rest of ANBU. Kushina is feeling like she possessed by the lust and guilt. She slowly walks towards to Damonhart.
"K-Kushina?" said Minato as he sees Kushina walking towards Damonhart.
She didn't respond, she reached her hand toward DamonHart's helmet. She slowly took the helmet off to reveal Damonhart's face.
He has a face that any woman would die for and rivals Minato's. His hair is tied to a ponytail and a fringe covers half his face. The eyes are blood red and glowing like the moon.
"D-Damon-kun" whispers Kushina
"Kushi-chan" whispers Damonhart
Damonhart took off his gauntlet to feel her sort cheeks and flowing red hair. He kissed forehead and gave a smile he hears her crying in his ear.
"I'm sorry Damon-kun, I just didn't want Naruto to suffer your fate" Kushina confesses to Damonhart.
"Shh, shh hush now. I understand Kushi-chan" he looks at her in the eyes "I understand"
Kushina was happy about us until she felt his blade plunge into her stomach, her eyes widened as she looked at him; he had a hint disappointment in his eyes.
"But you can't be forgiven for betraying me and breaking my heart" said DamonHart as he pushed her down to the floor.
"KUSHINA!"
Minato rushed towards Kushina, he see a stab wound in her stomach slowly bleeding.
"M-Min-ato-kun... I'm...I'm So-orry" said Kushina weakly as tears seep out of her eyes and blood seeps out from her stab wound.
"Shh, shh, shh, It's okay, you gonna be alright Kushina-chan"
"You..do-n't have to lie Mina-to-kun, I accept *koff koff* my fate. Just do me a favour" whispers Kushina
"Anything"
"T-take care of Naruto, please Mina-to-kun" she sighs her last breath in Minato's arms.
Kushina Uzumaki-Namikaze has passed away in the arms of her true love and killed by her false one.
"I love you Kushina-Chan" said Minato as he gave her one final kiss on her still warm lips. "Rest in peace, my love"
Minato placed her on the floor and rose up to face his treacherous brother.
"I loved her, too Minato. But her betrayal was so great that it wounded me. She could rule with me as my queen and would have restored her village." said Damonhart with guilt in his voice. "But now I can take Naruto back to the Tower, he is the only what Kushina remains"
"You can't have him, I swore to Kushina that I will take care of him and I never go back on my word"
"That very noble of you brother, but you forget" said Damonhart as he grabs his helmet and puts it on. He summons a katana and points it at Minato "I have come to claim what is mine"
"Naruto was never yours to begin with, Damonhart" Minato grabs a katana from a dead ANBU and does a defensive stance.
"Don't be a fool, Minato. You would throw away allot of innocent lives just to stop me taking my son home" said Damonhart
"He is not your son, he's mine"
Damonhart summoned 10 browns and sent them to attack Minato.
Minato uses his Flying Thunder God Jutsu to slice and dice the minion in a second; the minions are now reduced into chunks of flesh.
"Impressive, but I've got few trick of my own"
Damonhart mutters in a strange language that no one can understand until he shouts a spell
"STOP"
Time has stopped, Minato was frozen in time, Damonhart walked towards him and slowly cut him multpule times.
"RELEASE"
Minato screams in pain as the cuts starts to sting and collapses on the floor
"You're lucky I didn't kill you brother, I didn't what this to happen but you left me no choice"
Damonhart leaves Minato at the hall and teleported to the Naruto's room. 2 minutes later Damonhart returns with the sleeping Naruto on his arm.
"He's beautiful, reminds me of Kushina." Said Damonhart as he sees his son sleeping in his arms, then he looks at his brother "Minato if you weren't such an arrogant bastard, I could welcome you to my kingdom with welcome arms"
"And fill the world with darkness and corruption?" said Minato
"The world is already in darkness and corruption, brother. You are just too blind to see it"
BOOM
The new born Naruto exploded and Damonhart blew out the window, this surprised Minato.
"Looks like I made it, eh brat"
It was Jiraiya, the legendary toad Sannin, with surprisingly the sleeping Naruto, the one Damonhar held was an exploding shadow clone made by Jiraiya.
"I've heard from Sarutobi-sensei that Damonhart has returned and is after Naruto. So I made a switch while you two are fighting"
Minato tried to get up but failed
"Take it easy Minato, you had allot of terrible cuts, so sit still ok"
Jiraiya gave Naruto to Minato so he can tend to the wounds.
Somewhere in the forest outside of Konoha
DamonHart was hit very badly, but if it wasn't for the armour, he would be dead. The explosion destroyed all of his armour, except for the jewelled gauntlet. This really pissed him off.
"So, if you won't surrender Naruto to me, so be it. KYUUBI, QUEEN OF THE KITSUNES, I SUMMON THEE."
A storm is brewing as a flow of demonic chakra starts building up.
Namikaze compound
Minato's wounds are all tended and worn some new clothes.
"You think Damonhart's dead?" said Jiraiya
"I don't know, ever since he has those powers, I dou-"
BOOM
RUMBLE
"What was that?"
Minato and Jiraiya looked out the window; they couldn't believe what they saw.
It was a giant red fox, with nine flowing tails. Causing earthquakes, hurricanes and flatten mountains with its tails.
"Jiraiya-sensei, what the hell is that" said Minato in shock and fear from the sight of the huge fox demon.
"It's the Kyuubi No Kitsune, strongest of the 9, this is bad." Said Jiraiya shocked at the sight.
Forest
The Kyuubi roared of relief of being free, and on top of the Kyuubi's head it Damonhart.
"Damonhart, my friend, what can I do for you" said Kyuubi as it looks up to see Damonhart.
"Destroy Konoha; they have intervened for the LAST TIME"
Namikaze Compound
Minato looks out the window as the Kyuubi lashes it tails and slowly approached Konoha.
"This is bad, if this monster reaches Konoha, were doomed" said Minato.
Jiraiya places his hand on Minato's shoulder.
"Come on Minato, we have to warn them"
Minato nodded, then they body flicked away.
Hokage Tower
Minato gets prepared for battle against the beast while Jiraiya researched (Serious research, not perverted) on the Kyuubi.
"This is bad, Minato, the Kyuubi was part of a band of demons called the "Great 9", and they governed the demon realm for generations. You are facing an S-class demon here" said Jiraiya.
"How do you beat it?"
"It says 'I order to kill the beast, you must seal it within a newborn child. The spirit of the beast will be intertwined within the child and will die if the child does' that is sick, using children as vessel. And you can't just as anyone to bring a child to you as a sacrifice" said Jiraiya in disgust.
"I won't, they can't get involved, it's between me, my brother" Minato then looks at Naruto "and my son"
"Why Naru... wait don't think of using him as a vessel?" said Jiraiya in shock
"I have no choice" said Minato sadly
"But it's inhumane, do you know what live human container have, if you do this then you damn him forever" yelled Jiraiya
"Jiraiya is right, Minato, do you want you son to suffer a fate worse than death?"
Hiruzen Sarutobi enter the office as he said that
"I know you don't have a choice Minato, but think about you son if you do this" said Sarutobi
"I'm sorry, Sarutobi, but I have to stop that monster and my brother" Minato then looked out the window. "Even if costs my life"
Jiraiya and Sarutobi gasps at this.
"You don't mean..." said Sarutobi
"Yes, I will use that jutsu to stop the beast and my brother"
"Please, reconsider this; let me use that jutsu to seal the beast. My time is almost come to end soon anyway" said Sarutobi
"I'm sorry Sarutobi, but this is personal"
"Very well" said Sarutobi with sadness within his eyes, he is about to lose the greatest shinobi of Konoha, more than that he was like a grandson to him. "What are you order, Lord Hokage"
Minato gave out a sad smile, his fate is sealed.
"Tell the shinobi to stall the beast as possible"
"At once" Sarutobi then leaves the office "Goodbye Minato and Good luck"
"What are you planning to do?" said Jiraiya
"I need some time to prepare for the jutsu"
Forest
ROAR
The Kyuubi jumps over aches of trees, creating craters on its paws. Its tails lash away when a thunderstorm appears. Damonhart watches the upcoming chaos as he sighs
"What's wrong Damonhart?" said the Kyuubi
"I'm just wondering if I'm gonna regret this later" sighed Damonhart sadly
"Regret nothing, Damon-kun, those fools ignored you warnings and they will pay" said Kyuubi as it, or rather she create a copy of herself in human form out of chakra to comfort him. She has a body of a goddess, flowing blood-red hair and wearing a red kimono with white patterns that resemble claw marks diagonally.
"Thanks Kyu-chan"
The human copy blushed and smiled at this before the copy fates.
Damonhart and Kyuubi closer and closer to Konoha until a barrage of kunai, shuriken and senbon fly towards them. Thousands of leaf ninja jumped out of the bushes and shot out more kunai, more shuriken and performs different justus to stop the beast.
Kyuubi roars in anger and Damonhart raised his gauntlet to summon his minions
A thousand browns and red jumped out of the ground and charged in battle against the shinobis. A few minions died but a most of the shinobi perished from the carnage. Damonhart laughs at the carnage that the minions caused until fire and water shot out of nowhere burning the browns the drowning the reds.
"W-WHAT?" said Damonhart in shock and anger.
More ninja appears except of like the shinobi that were killed before they wore a crest of a red and white fan. The Uchiha clan symbol.
"UCHIHAS? Oh do I HATE Uchihas"
"Oh yeah, well I hate you" said Fugaku with his sharingan activated.
Fugaku made up some hand sighs to perform a jutsu
Fire stye: Great Fireball Jutsu
Fugaku shot a great fireball out of his mouth at the Kyuubi.
The other Uchihas performed the same jutsu against the Kyuubi.
Kyuubi roared angrily and swiped them with one of her tails
"Foolish mortal, you attacks won't work on me, I'm IMMORTAL" Bellow out Kyuubi
"Oh really" thought Damonhart sarcastically
"SHH, they'll hear you" said Kyuubi in a mind link
"Now they can't, we are in a mind link"
"Touché, anyway I'm just saying that to scare the shit out of them"
"You really love to mess with your enemies minds, don't ya"
"YEP :)"
BOOM
The ground rumbles and caught Damonhart and Kyuubi by surprise
"Well, well, well, what do we have here?"
The kyuubi turned around to see a giant brown toad with red tatoos and scar on his left eye. He is wearing a blue yakuza jacket with giant tanto on his side. On top of his head is Minato in his hokage robes.
"Gamabunta, what a surprise, what are you doing here" said Kyuubi
"I have come to stop you Kyuubi, nothing personal except for my summoner" said Gamabunta
"Your summoner has a grudge against me?" asked Kyuubi
"Not you, that flea on top of your head" said Gamabunta, as pointed at Damonhart
Damonhart growled at this, calling him a flea.
"YOU'VE GOT SOME NERVE FOR CALLING ME A FLEA, YOU OLD ALCOHOLIC TOAD" yelled Damonhart in anger
Gamabunta is now pissed off
"WHY YOU UNGREATFUL SNOT, IF YOU WEREN'T ON THE KYUUBI, I WOULD TEACH YOU SOME RESPECT, MAFIA SYTLE!" Roared Gamabunta
Damonhart, Kyuubi and Minato sweat drops
"Gama, we aren't here to trade insults" said Minato
"Well he pissed me off" mutters Gamabunta
"Anyway, brother it's time to end this" said Minato
"So true, is this the fight to the death?" asked Damonhart
"Hai"
"Very well, Kyuubi are you ready?"
"Ready Damon-kun" said Kyuubi
"Gama, are you ready"
"Ready as ever, kid" said Gamabunta
The two warrior trade glares as they stand on their summons with their swords out. Kyuubi and Gamabunta charged until they crashed into each other. Minato and Damonhart jumped off towards each other until their swords clashed to each other.
The battle was chaotic, Gamabunta and Kyuubi wrestles to the wood as Minato and Damonhart are on a swordfight to the death.
Booms, crashes and metal clangs echoes in the wind as our hero still fights against the scourge.
Until now the battle ended a Damon was impaled by Minato's and pinned him into a tree.
"W-what? I don't understand, why didn't you kill me?" said the confused Damonhart
"Because I want you to see your failure, Brother" said Minato as he made up some handsigns.
"Forbidden Art: Reaper Death Seal"
As the jutsu was performed a man in a black kimono and a white haori with a Kanji for "6" on the back arrives to aid Minato.
"I am Byakuya Kuchiki, why do you summon me, human?" said the reaper
"Reaper-san, I want you to seal the Kyuubi within a newborn child named Naruto"
"Minato, you fool, don't do this, I can send Kyuubi back to the demon realm, but don't seal her into Naruto" said Damonhart with fear and worry in his eye "The last thing I wanted to have my only son suffer"
"I'm sorry, but it's too late, I paid the price" said Minato
The reaper walks to Minato, placing his hand on Minato's chest.
"Very well, human since you know the price. I will seal Kyuubi no Kitsune inside the child, may god have mercy on his soul" said the reaper as he pulled out the Kyuubi's soul out of Minato.
The painful roar echoes in the woods as the kyuubi is slowly being seal within Naruto
"NOOOOOOOOO!" screamed Damonhart as the deed is done, Kyuubi's body then turned to dust as her soul is completely sealed.
"It is done, human" said the reaper as he fades away.
Minato collapses on one knee, feeling his life draining away.
"It's over Damonhart, you lost" said Minato with a smile.
Damonhart chuckles and puts a dark grin on his face.
"Lost? Dead yes but lost? You forgot why I was here in the first place. Evil always finds a way" said Damonhart
"What?" said Minato in confusion
"It's an old Namikaze motto back when were Overlords, When an Overlord dies, his or her successor takes over. I may have failed to claim what's mine, but "Evil always finds a way" Minato, since I can't take him to Ombré, he will go there by his own free will" said Damonhart as blood seeps out of his mouth. "And what's better, you foolishly sacrificed you're like by giving Naruto the power of Kyuubi, HA HA HA; you just made him more power than ME, GWA HA HA HA HA HA"
Damonhart stills laughs insanely until Fugaku appears and cast Fireball Jutsu at him. DamonHart is burning and still laughing. He then says his final word that will haunt everyone in Konoha, permanently.
"EVIL-ALWAYS-FIND-A WAAAAY!"
Damonhart was now completely burnt, what's left of him is the jewelled gauntlet.
Fugaku then carried Minato's dying body, until Sarutobi came
S-saru-tobi" said Minato weakly
"Yes?" said Sarutobi
"I want Naruto to be treated as a hero for containing the Kyuubi, plea-" Minato sighs his last breath and passed away.
"I promise"
Tower: main hall
The death of Damonhart reached the dark tower. 5 shadowy figures were gathered to the main hall.
"Damn it, I can't believe he's Fucking dead" said a rather pissed off voice"
"Calm down, Grimmjow. All is not lost" said a dark booming voice
"Yeah, that comes from someone WITH a fucking brother"
"Enough, Grimmjow." said an emotionless voice
"Hn"
"Golbez is fight, all is not lost, the heir is alive with Kyuubi inside him, she will tutor him when the time" said the emotionless voice.
"What, you can't be serious, Ulquiorra, we can't trust that bitch with opening a can of bean that's already opened" said Grimmjow
"Silence, when the time is right, the young lord will return to Ombré, also we have a new ally." said Golbez
"What, that Uchiha bitch? You know what we are like with that ninja clan" said Grimmjow
"She has earned Lord Damonhart's trust by giving him the Dark Flame spell rune, perhaps we should test her loyalty?" said Ulquiorra
"Yes, if she proves to be a trustful ally then we will welcome her with open arm, and perhaps be the young lord's mistress" said Golbez
4 of the figures laugh at the idea.
"Now, our main objective is the safety and crowning Lord Naruto, 6th Overlord and king of Ombré" said Golbez
