Chapter 6, Ariel pov
I looked at the tree humans standing before me. A blond haired woman, a older looking man and of course my boyfriend, captain Hook. "I'd love to get out of the water, but my clothes wouldn't survive the change. So I'll introduce myself from here. My name is Ariel and as you can see I'm a mermaid. I might be good but, most mermaids aren't. Not ever since Ursula took over, so be careful. So anyway, Hook told me you need to get to the caves, as a water creature it's easy to get in. The caves are half I the sea and that's not very well guarded." I got out five rings and handed them to Hook. "These rings will allow you to swim under water. But there are dangers on the way, I'll guide you through it."
The blond woman frowned a bit as she took the ring from Hook. They all put the ring on and jumped into the water. I followed then pushing my green tale up and down, I lowered my speed to keep up with the humans. They swan slowly, slower then young mermaids. I didn't blame them, it must be hard swimming without a tail. I swan to hook and smiled at him, he smiled back. I laughed because humans couldn't speak under water. I lead them through the safest way towards the caves. Luckily for us there were no evil mermaids patrolling. We were almost there when I turned to face the humans. "This is the hard part, this is guarded by Ursula herself. But luckily for you I have her greatest weakness, me. She wants nothing more than me dead. So I will lead her away and then you can go safe your loved ones."
Hook looked at me like he wanted to object. I looked at him and he knew I would do it anyways, so he nodded. He kissed me softly on the lips, then I swan away. I swan fast, but not so fast that the humans couldn't see the direction I went. I saw Ursula in the distance, her tentacles ready to fight of any unwelcome guests. I took a deep breath and swam towards the entrance like I wanted to break in. "Little princess, Aria" I heard Ursula's voice behind me. "Did you came to die?"
"No." I swam away and Ursula quickly followed me, just as I planned. Now the humans could go safe their loved ones, I would join them later. If I was still alive then.
