Chapter 17, Regina
"And what is your wish, Regina?" the voice asked her.
My heart back she thought, but she knew even the most powerful wizard could restore that. "A weapon to defeat the Wicked witch" she said calmly.
"I can not give you that" the voice replied, paused for a second and than ordered his guards to take the little girl out of the palace.
"Why?" Regina asked, confused. The wizard was clearly powerful and the only ally capable of helping her to get the witches necklace and get back her heart.
Suddenly the curtains dropped and there she stood, the wicked witch. There was never a wizard, of course not, because the story couldn't be exactly like the fairytale for once!
"I was planning to find my way to you, little sister" the witch grinned.
Sister? Did she hear that right? Did the witch just call her sister? No way... Although being an evil ruler seemed to be somewhat of a family trade.
"Look" Regina said, trying to reason with the woman "I don't know you and I'm not here to end your rule or anything I just need your-"
"You don't get anything from me" the green woman hissed, "You already took everything!"
"I didn't take anything for you! I don't even know you!" Regina found herself shouting back. That couldn't be helpful.. She took a deep breath "Look, I just need your necklace and then I'll leave Oz and you never have to deal with me again. I'm willing to pay whatever price you want for it"
The green woman laughed "You really think I'd give up my necklace for gold? I don't need anything you can offer me and you won't get the necklace. So I suggest you get out of my palace before I throw you out myself and trust me, You don't want that"
Regina sighed but left, knowing there was nothing she could do right now. Maybe she needed to come back another time, sneak up on the witch when she was asleep and steal the necklace. It won't be easy, but it was the only thing she could do to get her heart back. To get her love for Emma and Henry back.
