Okay, first off it's great to be back in writing form. Before we get to the continuation of one of my fans favorite stories 'hearts of fire and ice.' I would like to explain my absence form writing for three years. In March of 2012 I became totally paralyzed with a then unknown issue. I was of course flown to one of those large city hospitals where they ran a literal ton of tests! Then discovered I had a rare muscle disease called Polymyositis. It is both an autoimmune and muscular dystrophy. Okay fast forward i'm in rehab to learn how to move again. I had just started walking good when I threw a clot from an untreated muscle biopsy site on my arm and have two strokes.
I recover from that and go home. Well a couple years later a doctor puts on a medication to suppress my immune system. I'm on it for eight months go off it for a week and i'm sick nearly died last summer due to sepsis infections, severe pneumonia and mucus plugs and by nearly died i'm not using a writers dramatic interpretation either. I really went unresponsive for 30 seconds woke up with ventilator, chest tubes, telemetry the works I was more wired up than a kid on sugar!
I have been good for six months health wise besides the usual stuff. So I thought why not write for my fans you guys have kept this 29 year old going that and God saving my butt a couple times plus great doctors. So I dedicate this next chapter I'm writing to the doctor whom saved my life. He has passed on now from his own health battles. Thanks to him I'm writing again. So Dr. Heubner this is for you! Wherever you are.
