Sorry for the wait DX I honestly forgot about this...

The teen continued to secretly spy on the pair for a bit longer before walking back to them. She noticed the smile on Murdoc's face fall back into a frown that was seemingly etched on his features.

"What took you so long?" 2D asked, trying to hide his red face by rubbing his cheeks.

"The lines were long at the parlor." Noodle answered, lying. "They ran out of my favorite flavor anyways."

Noodle sat down farther away from the pair and watched a kaleidoscope of multicolored butterflies fluttering and mingling about. She felt arms wrap around her small frame.

"What's wrong luv?" 2D's voice sounded. "You seem pretty distant today."

"Nothing! I was thinking, that is all." She said with a smile.

By now the butterflies had flown over towards them. One landed on 2D's nose.

"Hey Murdoc, come look!" Noodle called.

The bassist lifted himself from the ground and walked over to where the singer and guitarist was and couldn't help but crack a smile. He caught one and put it on 2D's ear.

2D took the one on his nose and put it on Murdoc's ear. He began to giggle.

"They're almost big enough to look like headphones." Noodle laughed, the thought of the boys wearing matching butterfly headphones making her heart melt.

The butterflies began to fly away, making 2D pout a little. Murdoc chuckled slightly. "C'mon, let's go home before the zombies come out."

The trio made it to Kong and was able to rush in as a zombie chased them up the hill.

Panting, Noodle spoke. "I'm about to change clothes." She exited the lobby and took the lift up to her room. When arrived there she flopped down on her bed and evaluated the data she's collected.

"Well, they seem to enjoy each other's company more." She thought aloud. "And 'D was blushing a lot when they were talking…" She trailed off, deep in thought.

"Could it be that they are already together?" She pondered this assumption for a while. She then shook her head. "No. I would like to think that they would tell us. I mean, we live under the same roof…" She huffed and removed the clothes she currently had on. "They do seem like the type that would hide their relationship though." She pulled on her new outfit and stepped out of her room and took the lift down to the car park to ask 2D if he wanted to play video games. She knocked on his door.

No answer.

Sighing, she got back on the lift to begin her expedition to the living room.

When she arrived, the sight she saw made her heart flutter.

In the middle of the floor sat 2D playing the game with Murdoc lying on him watching him. When it'd come time for 2D to read something on the screen he'd toy with Murdoc's hair, twirling it in his fingers.

"Awww…" Noodle squealed as if she'd seen a cute animal.

The secretive couple froze when they realized Noodle saw them, but made no move to change what they were doing.

"Why'd you say 'aw'?" Murdoc asked, looking up at Noodle with a quizzical look on his face.

"Uhh…" What was she to say? 'Oh, I think you two secretly love each other, and I said it because I ship you two so hard!' "I…don't know?" She said a bit uncertainly.

2D raised an eyebrow at her but returned to playing the game. Murdoc looked at her funny then began watching the singer occupy himself with the video game again.

She sighed quietly. I hope I didn't sound too awkward… She thought to herself. She decided she'd leave them alone. She slipped out of the living room to go in her room and plot how to bring the boys closer.

"Hey," 2D started. "Noodle's actin' a bit strange, ain't she?"

Murdoc chewed the toothpick in his mouth. "Yeah. I think she might be on to us."

"What? No. She's always happy when she sees us getting along."

"Stu, she's not dumb. What friend lays on another friend like this and there's absolutely nothing going on?"

"Well, friends lean on each other all the time, right?"

"Well, they're usually girls for one, and since when have we been close to do this?"

2D sighed and paused the game to lean down to plant a kiss on Murdoc's forehead.

"Don't worry about it. I think she'd be happy for us if we were to get together."

Murdoc huffed and tried to keep the smile off his features, failing miserably. "Whatever."

2D leaned back down and captured the bassist's lips. "You kiss better when you're not worried."

Murdoc rolled his eyes. "And your shirts look better with bird shit on them." He smirked.

2D pouted playful and hit Murdoc in the face with a pillow.
