Obviously, I don't own Twilight. There will be only one chapter after this. Thanks to those who have reviewed and stuck with the series! Can't believe Jake & Nessie are FINALLY married and we've made it this far! Love to all!
Chapter 29: Mr. & Mrs. Jacob Black
"Attention everyone!" Alice said into the microphone at the reception on the beach. "Please help me welcome Mr. and Mrs. Black as they dance their first dance as husband and wife."
Jacob led his new bride out onto the middle of the empty dance floor and curled one arm around her waist. Renesmee draped an arm across his shoulders, and slipped her hand into his asthe song Love Me Tender began to play.
Love me tender, love me sweet
Never let me go
You have made my life complete
And I love you so
Renesmee laid her head against Jacob's shoulder and closed her eyes as they danced. The whole world fell away, and it was only the two of them dancing to the song that seemed to fit the night so perfectly.
Love me tender, love me true
All my dreams fulfill
For my darlin' I love you
And I always will
Jacob laid his head against Renesmee's and whispered, "Always and forever, my Nessie." He smiled as their contact allowed him to be pulled into her world where nothing else but their love mattered.
Love me tender, love me dear
Tell me you are mine
I'll be yours through all the years
Till the end of time
Renesmee smiled. Being with Jacob until the end of time. That was all she could ever wish for.
Love me tender, love me true
All my dreams fulfill
For my darlin' I love you
And I always will
Jacob gazed down at his new wife and brushed the happy tears from her eyes. He gently dipped her low, kissing her snow white neck before pulling her back into his embrace. With both of his arms wrapped around her waist, Renesmee buried her head in his chest, wishing the night would never end. She and Jacob both sang the last line of the song to each other softly so only the other could hear it, a promise of their everlasting love, "I always will."

After the dance, Jacob led Renesmee off the floor and Seth took center stage with a microphone in hand. "Hey everybody," he said, his easy grin spread across his face, "my name is Seth Clearwater, and I'm the best man. Alice told me I had to give a speech, which didn't sound so bad because if you know me at all, then you know I like to talk. A lot. It wasn't until I actually started thinking about what I was going to say that I got into trouble. You see, I've known Jacob a long time, and I've known Nessie her whole life. I'm proud to call them both my best friends. So naturally, there's a ton of stories I could tell, like the time Ness and I put makeup on Jacob while he was sleeping. Or when Emmett taught her how to throw a baseball and she hit Jake square in the eye. Then there's the first time she beat Jake in a race, which we will never let him forget. But all these stories have one thing in common. Jacob and Nessie are together. Since the day she was born, they've never been far from each other's side. Ness, I want you to know, before you came along, Jake was pretty unbearable. I've never seen him as happy as when he's with you. As a thank you, your boys have something planned just for you..."
Renesmee frowned and looked to her husband. Jacob winked at her and kissed her hand. Obviously he was in on it too. Uh oh. Paul, Jared, Quill, Embry, and even Sam joined Seth out on the dance floor. Suddenly, music started playing. Howlin' for You by the Black Keys blasted from the speakers that had been set up, and the boys began a choreographed routine while lip synching to the lyrics. Renesmee burst into laughter as she watched them dance and jump around. Oh man, she hoped someone was filming this! Then, Jacob stood up and jumped over their table running to join his pack halfway through the song, singing the last line straight to his bride. Renesmee smiled at him and blew him a kiss. At the last chorus, they all turned their backs to her, running up the beach. They all skidded to a stop, turning around and running back full speed. Leaping into the air, every member of the pack phased at once, landing on all fours at the very last beat of the song. The guests burst into applause, and Renesmee ran up to Jacob, throwing her arms around his neck and burying her face in his soft fur. "Thank you."
The pack ran into the woods to go change while dinner was served. Jacob came back just in time to see Edward and Bella take the stage. "Hi everyone," Bella smiled. "I'm not too great at speaking in front of people. Actually, I really hate it, so I'll keep this short and sweet. Jacob, you're my best friend. All I've ever wanted is for you to be happy. And seeing you with Renesmee, I know you finally are. I know you'll take good care of my girl. Renesmee, there's no one else I'd trust you with. I never thought I could love another person so much. I thought my heart was full, until I found out I was going to have you. Nothing could prepare me for the joy you brought to my life. I'm so proud of you, and so happy for you both."
She handed the microphone to Edward. "This day has been a long time coming. I've known that since the day you were born, Renesmee, despite my reluctance to admit to it. You'll always be my baby girl. And Jacob, to quote my own father-in-law, I have a gun, and I know how to use it. Best of luck to you two, and enjoy the party everyone."
Everyone, especially Charlie, laughed as Edward handed the microphone to Billy. "Jacob," he said seriously, though his eyes were bright with laughter, "you do anything to hurt that angel beside you, and I'll take sides with a Cullen for the first time in my life." Jacob laughed and nodded, though everyone knew he would rather die than let anything happen to Renesmee. "Well, I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said," Billy sighed. "Except that I wish your mother could be here, Jacob, to see you now. This day would have meant a lot to her. You've had to deal with a lot, Jake. Life has not been easy for you. But the love you've found with my new daughter-in-law will give you the strength to face each day with courage. She will make you strong, just like your mother did for me. Congratulations to both of you."
Renesmee looked to Jacob, who was smiling softly as a few tears trailed down his cheeks. She squeezed his hand beneath the table, and he held it tight.
"Alright," Alice announced, "it's time for the bride and groom to cut the cake!"
Jacob kept hold of Renesmee's hand as he led her over to the desert table. The cake was gorgeous. Three tiers of red velvet cake decorated with white icing, edible pearls, and burgundy roses were perched atop a stand that was situated over a small fountain. Renesmee almost didn't want to cut into it. Jacob placed his warm hand over hers, and together they sliced through the soft, sweet dessert, placing a slice on a plate. Renesmee was supposed to feed a piece of it to Jacob first. Should she be sweet, or ornery? They hadn't discussed this. She knew whatever she did, he would give right back to her. Oh well. It was worth it. Taking a large piece of the cake, she shoved it in Jacob's face, smearing icing all over his lips and even some on his nose and chin. She could hear Emmett and Paul's roaring laughter over everyone else's reaction. Jacob sputtered and managed to swallow what actually made it into his mouth. Then, with absolutely no warning, Jacob wrapped one arm around his wife, pulling her close and kissing her. She broke away laughing, her own lips now covered with cake. Life as Mrs. Jacob Black, she knew, would never be boring.

Less than an hour later, and Renesmee was dancing with her father, spinning around the dance floor to yet another song Edward had composed just for her. It was beautiful. She lay her head on his shoulder, excited for the new life ahead of her, but already missing what she was leaving behind. "You'll be just fine, Sweetheart," Edward whispered in her ear, having heard her thoughts through the contact of their hands. Renesmee smiled. "Thanks Dad. I love you."
Edward placed a gentle kiss to her temple. "I love you too."

Renesmee could not remember ever being so happy. She was currently dancing the Chicken Dance between her uncles, both making funny faces at her and getting very into the crazy dance. Every year on her birthday they had danced it with her, and so it was absolutely necessary they dance it at her wedding.
Jacob sat at the head table with Seth, watching Renesmee move wildly with Jasper and Emmett, her cheeks flushed with laughter. "Y'know," he told his best man, "sometimes I wonder whether you and Ness would have gotten together if I hadn't imprinted on her."
Seth chuckled. "Honestly, I've wondered the same thing."
Jacob's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Really?" he smirked.
"Well yeah, back when she had that crush on me, I thought about it. Never around you, of course. I'm partial to not dying." Jacob laughed. "Besides," Seth continued, "you guys were made for each other. I love Nessie, I always have, but she's my best friend. Y'know, like you and Bella."
They looked at each other for a moment and then began to laugh. "Probably not the best example," Jacob said.
"Yeah, probably not. You know what I mean though."
Jacob nodded. "Thanks, by the way," he said. "You've always been there for Nessie and I since the very beginning."
"Sure thing, Jake."
Just then, Leah came up to them and placed her hand on Jacob's shoulder. "Hate to interrupt, Little Bro," she smiled, "but I've yet to dance with the groom. How about it, Jake?"
Jacob grinned. Leah had become a much more pleasant person after marrying Russell Jones and moving to Seattle. But, she had come back especially for the wedding. "Sure, sure," he said, leading his friend out onto the dance floor as the next song began.
