Draco & Ginny Outta Sight, Outta Mind

The crook of her neck smelled like berries, sweet and sour, ripe, summer berries. If I could I would never leave. But I had to, I wasn't good for her. I forced by body to untangle itself from hers and stood up. I looked down at the locket she had given me and grasped it, tossing it to the floor for good. I walked towards the door and with one last glace I pulled the knob, and I was gone.
