Chapter 9

A/N: Thanks for the reviews on the last chapter. I know some of you are thinking the CatXTrina pairing is going to be immediate but I have plans. Believe me there will be more build up to that relationship. So for now on to the next chapter. This chapter is going to take place approximately a week and a half after the last chapter.

Jade's POV:

I'm so relieved that everything is over it's been about a week since the courtroom drama. Beck got the maximum sentence for what he did to me. Me and Tori have been going smoothly, but I feel bad for Cat. Since last week she's been getting the cold shoulder from Robbie. He got real angry once Cat said she actually slept with Beck. But the sad part is that was Robbie's idea, we all agreed that we would accept the consequences of our plans.

In a way this is Cat's consequence, although she doesn't deserve this treatment from Robbie. It's been weird going back to school, Tori's been getting looks in the hall. Some of them yell obscenities at her but she said she's going to "Make it Shine" one way or another.

Me on the other hand I guess nothing's really hit me yet. I mean it could hit me tomorrow, years down the road or it might never happen. I've been fully moved in to the Vega's house, my parents are going to be leaving Los Angeles at the end of the year for retirement. They'll be leaving me the house after graduation, I'm hoping that Tori will want to live with me.

Tori's POV:

It's been a long week. First, we had to go to court although it worked out in our favor I'm worried about Jade. I don't think she was ready for everything to go down like that. She's been tired all week I don't think she's sleeping that well. I'm going to do my best to get her back to the Jade I know and love.

The only other thing that's going on is that everyone at school are looking at me. Some are mad that I helped Jade put Beck away. Others are thanking me because there are more male roles available. I really can't decide whether they're thanking me or just mocking me. I'm Just happy that the weekend will be here in about an hour. But not the time to focus on that right now.

No POV:

"Hey Tori", Jade calls for her girlfriend in the hallway.

"Hi Jade", Tori responded giving Jade a tight embrace.

"You look like you're ready to get out of here."

"I am it's been a long day."

"How does ice cream sound."

"Yeah I can do ice cream."

"Good it'll give us time to talk."

"About what?"

"That's for me to know and you to find out", Jade smiled and started walking.

Fifteen Minutes Later:

"Okay so who goes first", Tori asked as they found a booth to sit in.

"I'll let you go first."

"Jade I've been wondering why you've been staying awake this whole week."

"Alright that sort of ties into what I was going to bring up."

"Really."

"Yeah I'll tell you. You know how my parents are retiring soon", Tori nodded. "Well they're leaving me the house when they leave L.A. after graduation. I was going to wait until later to ask you this but do you want to live in the house with me.

"Of course I will Jade after everything we've been through in the last couple months I'll come live with you."

"Well that was easier than I thought it'd be."

"Maybe it's because we need each other Jade."

"Yeah I guess that's the logical reason."

"So do you want to go home now Jade?"

"Yeah I could use a nap."

"Let's get out of here then."

Beck's POV:

I can't believe I was dumb to make the decisions I made four months ago, I ended up in the place I never wanted to be in. I can't even make it right for two years and Jade may never let me talk to her. I've been such a fucking idiot, I hurt Jade which in turn hurt Tori and Cat. Before the court date Andre wouldn't talk to me because of the disappointment I've become. I want to start my road to freedom now, but I can't do that until I pay for my sins.

A/N: Sorry for it being so long for an update. The first draft I had of this was deleted, so I decided to start this chapter with a different approach. I originally was going to have Beck die in a prison riot. But tell me what you think of this version.
