A/N: So, I JUST got wifi at my house again so these updates are going to be longer now after this. (Yay!) A few of you are asking me about when Emma and Regina will be able to talk. I can say that that's certainly coming up. I also wanted to let you guys know that this story is loosely based on some events that have happened with my Emma. So if it's a little weird, I'm really sorry. It's become my outlet. Thank you for following and reviewing, you guys are amazing. Much love.
"Regina." Emma sighed into the phone. She knew what was coming next and the twisting in he stomach wasn't making things any better. After school, that day Regina decided it'd be best to take off. How could anyone concentrate on schoolwork while the love of one's life is straying from the happily ever after they knew was true and right?
"Yes?" She knew where this was going and she already heard the sirens going off in her head. Regina looked around the room, anything to make this moment stop. Anything to tell her this is just a nightmare and she'll wake up the next morning an everything will be okay.
"Ruby already proposed to me."
Silence.
"Gina?"
She didn't know when the tears started spilling but she couldn't control them. The sickening feeling in her stomach got worse. That bitch, she thought. That stupid, stupid she wolf bitch. Regina's mind raced and images of the things she was looking forward to do with HER blonde princess flashed before her eyes.
"It won't last." Her own voice sounded so foreign to her. She hung up the phone and laid back on her bed. She never felt hatred or jealousy so strongly before in her life and the immense crackles of magic were proof. Her parents weren't home so she let it go.
She screamed. She screamed so loudly, she felt her vocal cords strain. And as she screamed, the pops of magic became stronger and stronger until she felt herself be consumed by the rising purple smoke. She had suppressed her magic side for so long after the incident, she forgot what it felt like to have some kind of release.
"This is war." Regina snarled and began walking towards her front door. She wasn't sure what she was going to do but she had to do something before she imploded.
