XD I have to watch the rest of D. Gray-man to be able to write him in, Isn't he the 14th/shadow guy who can play the piano really well?

1animeloverm8- Thank you! \(^o^)/

A/N Okay, Let me start out with apologizing for not updating for such a loooooong time! D: I also have a confession... I didn't watch all of D. Gray-man before I started this fanfic, THERE I SAID IT! *goes into a dark corner under a blanket* I got a suggestion about an idea to add to the story and I literally had... NO IDEA what they were talking about. I had stopped at episode 51, where Netflix had left off and ... me being the lazy person i am figured, oh Netflix will update it right? WRONG. After a while it didn't update so I got antsy and checked it out online... ONLY TO SEE THAT IT WAS ENGLISH DUBBED ONLY TO EPISODE 51! D: So, I decided that I wouldn't write anymore until I knew the watched the whole thing... and I started watching it in Eng Sub. I STILL didn't even finish! I'm on episode 96... B-but I really wanted to write D: I wanted to use the motivation I had at the moment before it was gone! Well anyway, on with the chapter~!

Allen stared solemnly at the paper in his hands.

You have been summoned to report to the Principal's office with your parent/guardian for a conference concerning recent events and behaviors with student, 'Yuu Kanda.' Please attend the meeting 5:00 p.m after school.

- Principal Komui Lee

WHAT THE HELL LAVI? I know he wanted to help with my bully problem but a conference is not the way to go. Even worse than that, with my guardian?! How will I ever manage to convince Cross to come along? Allen had worried all throughout the school day on how to approach this.

I could always go without him and just apologize for his absence... but they wouldn't accept that, right? I could say he went on a long business trip... which is kinda true but his trips aren't for business, they're usually for accumulating debts that i'll eventually have to pay later! Then again they'll probably just postpone the meeting until he got back. He might not even be there when I get inside... Allen thought miserably, opening the door to his house. He sighed as he stepped into the living room, surprised to see that his master actually came home today. The red headed man sat in his usual sofa, an egotistical smirk plastered all over his face.

"At a friend's house, huh?" Allen had no idea what the man was talking about so he furrowed his brow, then recalling the earlier conversation put up a defiant facade. "Yeah, what about it?" was Allen's answer as he stared dead in his master's eyes. Cross was actually impressed that Allen could blatantly lie to his face, but nonetheless he was about to knock his apprentice down a peg.

"So, that red headed idiot..." It took quite a while for Allen to realize that he was talking about Lavi, when he finally figured it out, he grew nervous.

"...Is he good? Is he fast? Did you use protection?" Cross continued, smirking as the boy nearly passed out. Allen turned every shade of red humanly possible and turned around shakily "WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT!" He shouted, and angrily threw the summons letter right at Cross' face, running out of the house.

"Excuse me! I have work to go to!"

Allen sprinted out into the chilly November air, his cheeks burning red. I can't believe he said that! What kind of guy does he think I am? Allen thought irritably, totally embarrassed with the whole situation. Lavi had obviously been running his mouth... Allen would have to give him a smack upside the head later. He walked to the nearby convenience store where he usually works the night shift. Since it was so close to school, Allen could get there pretty easily. When he walked into the store he immediately went to the employee room to change, that's when he spotted his manager, Krory, a dazed and somber expression on his face.

Allen was about to ask what was wrong until he happened to catch a glimpse of what the pale man was staring at. A picture of a pretty young blonde woman with pig tails. Krory was sighing and touching the picture gently. Allen couldn't help but leave him to his thoughts...

Kanda pov.

This moyashi really wants to die huh? I seethed as all 7 of us sat uncomfortably close in Komui's small office. The tension was practically visible as Allen and some red haired man sat opposite to Tiedoll, Daisya, Marie and I.

My eyes darted to the man hovering over the moyashi, his eye was glazed over and he looked bored as hell. I figured he was the moyashi's guardian, yet he hadn't said a thing since the conference started and the moyashi looked really annoyed with him being here.

"Hah, Yuu's in trouble!" Daisya teased and impishly shoved Marie in the arm. I scowled at the use of my full name but said nothing, turning away from the scene apathetically.

"Yuu is really a good boy, he's just a little shy with his feelings!" Tiedoll wept dramatically.

The beansprout's face contorted into an incredulous look and he gave me a once over. This deepened my scowl, I almost snapped at him too until Komui started speaking.

"I believe so, but this behavior cannot go unnoticed." The Chinese man declared coolly.

All the moyashi did throughout the whole conference was shift in his seat and nod when spoken to, as if he didn't want to be here. Which struck me as ironic because I don't think anyone wanted to leave more than I did. The nerve of him, acting as if this wasn't worth his time when he clearly was the one who had called that red haired idiotic teacher. I couldn't help but eye his actions out of the corner of my eye, he was really irritating me. He fidgeted constantly and stuck to the edge of his seat, shifting his weight from foot to foot in an annoying way. It didn't help that Daisya kept humming some stupid song and poking me in the back. Did he value his fingers or not?

"Daisya, keep doing that and you're gonna come up missing." I whispered through clenched teeth. He immediately stopped and withdrew his hand briskly. Satisfied with this, I could almost relax, the only noise in the room was from Komui who was attempting to lecture me. But once again, the moyashi just had to ruin it.

"That's all well and good Principal Komui, but I don't think he's listening, and frankly none of us want to be here."

"Che, damn straight I'm not listening." I mumbled.

Komui pursed his lips, "Alright, then I believe a reprimanding is in order. Kanda, you will be suspended for a week and will have after school detention for the month."

"WHAT?" I exploded.

Komui seemed to shrink back a bit but held firm nonetheless, "Uh...err... you heard me."

Staying home for a week was one thing but NO WAY was I staying after school in this hellhole, I bet the moyashi planned this. This would've never happened if he hadn't told anyone. My eyes flashed dangerously to the boy who looked a bit agitated.

He's gonna get what's coming to him.

Allen cursed as he found himself in a deserted hallway once more. He had tried to avoid walking anywhere alone, ever since the Kanda thing. However, today he had strayed from the large crowds of students who were bustling to get to their next class, instead lingering in the hallway lost in thought. It was only after the hallways had become deserted that Allen had snapped out of his daze. Fear spurring him on, he turned on his heels quickly and briskly walked down the hall. Almost to the end and out the double doors Allen was stopped when someone on the other side held the door in place firmly, then opened and stepped through them, standing menacingly in front of the small boy. Allen cursed his luck. Who else would it be besides the cold samurai?

Attempting to avoid confrontation, Allen turned around and tried to escape by going back up the hallway. He was stopped when Kanda grabbed his wrist tightly and pulled him so that they would be face to face.

"Don't expect to run away after getting me detention for a month." He growled and Allen inwardly cringed.

"I can't believe you told on me...like that'd work." Kanda mused, slamming Allen into the wall. Allen let out a gasp and clutched the back of his head.

"KANDA!" A familiar voice shouted. His fist halted and he swung around to see Lenalee's deep purple glare. Allen had never been so happy to see her in his life, but he was also taken aback to see she was also carrying the principal in her grasp.

"Apologize." She demanded, a reprimanding tone in her voice.

Kanda narrowed his eyes at her. He couldn't run away now, she was right in front of him. No- she was confronting him. His hand instinctively moved to Mugen and Lenalee gave him a daring look that seemed to say "try it" Kanda growled but removed his hand.

"Apologize for hurting Allen." She commanded, earning a disbelieving look from Kanda. He couldn't believe that the girl he loved was upset with him. Just for hurting this insignificant beansprout? What did he even mean to her? Kanda frowned, he didn't like the idea of Lenalee liking anyone. Then again, he didn't want her to dislike him for this.

"Che." He scowled, unsure of how to approach the situation.

Lenalee tapped her foot expectantly and Komui pouted childishly in her grip. Allen had relaxed a bit since Kanda had released him, but he still fidgeted nervously at the obvious tension.

"Sorry moyashi."

Allen's eyes widened to an enormous size and he stared incredulously at a still scowling Kanda. Did he just... APOLOGIZE? Allen couldn't stop the laughter that erupted from his lips. The bully that had given him so much grief over his unrequited love had just yielded and obeyed one small girl. Allen couldn't even dream of this happening in a lifetime, or any lifetime for that matter. So he laughed cheerfully before the happiness and surprise fleeted away.

"Oi, you're laughing moyashi?" Kanda threatened. Lenalee took a step forward but Allen held a hand up to stop her, his laughter intensifying.

"Yes, I am laughing at YUU." Allen countered with a smirk, watching the samurai's expression transition into almost tangible hatred. Allen didn't hesitate a moment later before he sprinted down the hall, being tailed by the infuriated blue haired boy. With that one action the mood shifted from tense and suspenseful to playful and mischievous. Somehow, that day ended with Kanda chasing Allen around the hallways and Lenalee giggling madly behind them.

A/N- OMG FINALLY I'M DONE! You don't wanna know how many times I started then stopped with this chapter! My motivation was really lacking so I couldn't really get into it, I'll be more motivated when I actually get some LAVEN in here :3
