Things did not look so well for E and the others. Dr. Onist and the Chaos Priests had not only all three swords, but also Curtana's tip as well as E's Book of Legends. Not only that, but it appeared that they also knew where Zairos' prison was and were on their way there now. E and the others couldn't do a thing to change this, due to the fact that they were all handcuffed and bound, with Hiro and the girls gagged and in the back of the plane while he was in the cabin with Onist.

"Tell me something, Onist," E asked, since he was the only one of them not gagged, as they flew over a vast desert. "How did you know that I had the tip with me?"

"Well, that's a good question," Onist replied, glad to have someone to talk to since the trip to their destination was getting very boring. "I was at the site of the revival when it happened. I was just minding my own business, figuring out what to do next, when suddenly, a voice came up from behind me."

"Really?" E said, intrigued.

"Yes," Onist continued. "It was quite unnerving. Anyways, when I turned around, I found myself face-to-face with an old man in rags. He said that he would tell me where I could find Curtana's tip, and how to do the ritual if I would do something for him."

"And you agreed to this?"

"Yes. After all, he surprised me by sneaking into the site without anybody knowing. After I agreed to do what he wanted, he told me everything I needed to know. I heard someone calling for me after he finished, so I turned my head to respond, but when I turned back to the old man to thank him, he was gone. There weren't even any footprints in the sand where he stood."

"I see," E said. "What did he want you to do in return?" he asked.

Onist leaned towards E, with his arms folded across each other on the table between him and E, and said "He came closer to me and spoke in a soft voice 'please heal their bonds and their trust in each other.'"

E, confused now, asked, "Who on Earth was he talking about?"

Onist, shaking his head, replied, "I honestly don't know. When I asked him that, he said 'don't worry. He'll figure it out when the time comes.' Quite strange, isn't it? I was about to ask who and what he meant, but…"

"That's when you were called," E said, understanding a bit more.

"Yes, that's correct. I still wonder who he was and what he actually wanted."

"What did he look like?"

"I remember," Onist began, lifting his right hand, as if to make a point, "he was hunched over, so I don't know how tall he was. He had semi-dark skin, much like Miss Irasu, and very shiny gray hair as if it was made out of silver. He was very clean-shaven, with gray eyes, but what was very strange was his clothing."

"His clothing?"

"Yes," Onist replied, nodding his head once quickly. "His clothing was old rags, like a homeless person in America would wear. But it didn't seem to fit him."

"Really?"

"Yes. But not size-wise, no, it just…it just…it seemed like he was wearing the rags as a sort of costume."

"A costume?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"I don't quite know," Onist said. Suddenly, a black-robed man came from the cockpit.

"Sir?" the man said.

"Yes?" Onist said, turning his head towards him. "What is it?"

"We've arrived," the man said with a small grin on his face, causing Onist to grin in response.

"Well now," Onist began turning his head around to face E. "It looks like it is almost time." Onist turned back toward the man and said, "Get the three from the back once we land, and take them out of the plane. Be careful of the girls. They can be quite feisty. Mr. Mutoyashi won't cause any trouble. Actually, take a few more men with you to handle the girls."

"And I assume that you want to handle me yourself?" E said.

"Correct once again E," Onist replied. "I must admit, I will miss you after you're dead. You always were a worthy opponent and pretty much the only person I can have an actually interesting conversation with."

"That nice to know," E said, causing Onist to chuckle.

After the plane had finally landed, Onist and E walked of the plane and into to the shade of a large building. It didn't even take 30 seconds for E to figure out where they were.

"The Great Pyramids of Giza," E spoke, staring at the top.

"Indeed," Onist said. "The place of Lord Zairos' is apparently under the largest of the pyramids, accessible only through a secret door on the outside of the pyramid. Truly impressive, isn't it E?"

"Indeed it is," E said. Soon enough, the two reached the entrance into the temple, followed by Hiro, being flanked by one guard, and the girls, still gagged and now wrapped in rope, being carried by around five guards each.

"Finally, now that everyone is present, it's time to enter the pyramid," Onist replied with a smile on his face and a spring in his step. He went to the second step to the bottom of the north side of the pyramid, pressed a dark brown stone into it, and leapt down quickly to not be caught in the opening of the doorway. Onist looked happy as heck, E looked surprised, Hiro and the guards looked stunned, and Cassie and Amelia looked up at the blue sky, since that was the only thing they could look at.

"Well then," Onist said, turning to the rest of the party and his prisoners, his hand moving toward the entryway, and a grin on his face. "Shall we?"

And with that, they all headed down into the darkness of the pyramid, with E trying to think of a way for him and the others to escape. However, unknown to anyone entering the pyramid, a small old man with silver hair and rags looked at them as the doorway began to close. Before they closed fully, the old man spoke, in a light whisper, a single word: "Soon."

After walking for about hour, the party entered the place of the ritual. A humongous room full of demonic statues, paintings, and weapons, many of which no one had even knew existed, it seemed to give off a dark and chaotic feeling to everyone in the room. However, the most terrifying object, the key to Onist's goal, lay in the middle of the room attached to the floor.

It was a large circular pad with three connected squares; one pointing south, another pointing northeast, and the final one pointing northwest. On each of the squares was a single slot, each one big enough for their respective swords. And the pad, well, they all knew what that would do.

"The actual prison of Zairos," E spoke, amazed.

"Indeed," Onist replied, turning to E. "Here, in the very place where Lord Zairos was imprisoned by his traitorous sister, Rosaeria, we, his most loyal of servants, shall free him from his ancient ethereal prison, in which he shall find and destroy his sister, and finally be at peace," he said with a gleeful smile on his face. "Now then," he began, turning towards one of his men, "You, is Curtana ready?"

"Yes sir. The sword was re-united with the tip on the way here," the grunt said.

"Excellent," Onist replied. "Mark, Drake," he yelled as two men in black cloaks stepped forward.

"Yes sir?"

"Ah good. Now, Mark, you take the Great Bear sword, and Drake, you take Lobera," Onist instructed.

"Of course, and you will take Curtana and want us up on the pedestal's and wait for your signal," Mark guessed.

"Exactly," Onist said with a smile on his face.

As the Chaos Priest's prepared, they put E, Hiro, Cassie, and Amelia, on old chair's, and kept them wrapped up.

"Well this isn't good," Cassie said, gritting her teeth while trying to break herself free.

"Agreed. We need to figure a way out of this," Amelia spoke, also trying to break free.

"Would you like us to untie those for you two?" came E's voice. The girls turned to their left, but didn't see E or Hiro where they were placed.

"Behind you," Hiro's voice said. This in turn caused the girls to turn around, seeing the guy's free from their restraints and grinning at them.

"…How-" Cassie started to whisper.

"While we were on the plane," Hiro explained," I was able to cut the ropes on my wrists using some broken glass. After that, I put the glass in my pocket and made it look like I was still tied up."

"After the Chaos Priests placed us all here and left us alone," E continued," Hiro dropped his ropes, and used the glass to cut my ropes."

Cassie and Amelia looked at the two in silence. Hiro then cut the girls ropes, setting them free. They then began to make a plan.

"Alright, here's the plan," E began. "Hiro, you will create a distraction to lure the other priest's away. Amelia, you will take the priest with the Great Bear sword. Cassie, you will take the Lobera. I will take out Onist and get back Curtana. Any questions?"

Seeing as there were none, the gang began the plan. Hiro grabbed a club and smack it over the nearest priest, causing the other's to see and begin chasing after him. As Hiro lead them out of the room, Cassie and Amelia made their moves, Cassie using a chokehold and Amelia a leg sweep.

"Impressive plan, as usual E," Onist said as he turned to E, who was intending to sneak up on him.

E stood up and sighed. "Well then," E began, looking at his old enemy, "Like usual?"

"Like usual," Onist said, readying Curtana.

Then the battle began.
