Yes, Alien Gilligan did indeed know who had killed Eva Grubb a.k.a. Eva Grumby. He knew the Skipper was being framed.
He just didn't care. At least not about the Skipper anyway.
He sat in his ship and watched several scenarios play out on different screens. There already were government officials on that island, combing the area, looking for clues to the plague that rendered many on it, to zombie status. Alien Gilligan watched as a head hunter, undiscovered before now, attacked one of the officials and was shot for his trouble.
Alien Gilligan smiled at the bitten official's distress. No, he would not get well. And there was no cure for it. At least none that these humans would get.
He leaned back in a chair and switched his screen to Mary Ann's ranch. The man that had murdered Eva Grubb was lying in wait, inside of her house. Apparently the plan was to lure Mary Ann back home and when she stepped into the house, she would be murdered just as Eva Grubb was.
The plan was stupid and had been planned by an imbecile named, Jonathan Kincaid, who wanted to run for political office. From the boring conversations he had overheard, Alien Gilligan surmised that if it got out that he had been on the island and not only not helped, but tried to murder Gilligan, then he would lose.
Apparently, Kincaid had hired some creep to kill off the castaways, one by one, but being the stupid fool he apparently is, he didn't realize that Skipper and Ginger weren't actually married. His assassin killed the wrong woman.
What was even stupider, was that Kincaid clearly didn't realize that if Mary Ann suddenly died, while Skipper was someplace else, the police would begin to wonder if maybe they should be looking for someone else in the murder of Eva Grubb?
Alien Gilligan turned off the screen. Mary Ann had wanted to come with him back to this ship. But the Professor had stopped her. Their relationship did not bother or threaten him. Why? Because it was up to Mary Ann to see that she could not, or would not, be able to stay away from him. The Professor, did not stand a chance.
Meanwhile, Mary Ann could not relax. Not really.
The Professor had proposed to her, at dinner the other night and Mary Ann had impulsively said yes, ignoring Ginger's dirty look. Mrs. Howell insisted they sleep in separate rooms until the nuptials, which she was planning.
Mary Ann was headed back to the ranch, to begin making arrangements of her own. She had to break the news to her parents, who were actually in mid town Manhattan. The Professor, oddly enough, wanted to live in Kansas with her! Mary Ann knew of some teaching positions open at the local high school. Her husband-to-be would make the bulk of his money, consulting for the government.
The Professor wanted to come with her, but Mary Ann insisted that he stay. Skipper needed him. But what Mary Ann could not allow herself to say, is that she didn't think there was anything any of them could do to keep Skipper out of prison.
But she knew in her bones, that Alien Gilligan could.
Mary Ann knew that the Professor wouldn't want her anywhere near him. He hadn't even mentioned to the Howell's that he was on their property! But she knew that Gilligan himself might understand.
The Professor was on the phone with his government contacts, making arrangements to go to the island after their marriage(Mary Ann did not like the idea of his going back, period!), the Howell's were off walking the grounds and Gilligan and Skipper appeared to be playing chess. It was nice to see them as 'buddies' again.
Mary Ann, unfortunately, happened upon Ginger. Meaning she found her on the phone in a foyer, with her back to her...
"So you really think there is something to this, Marty?" Ginger asked her agent.
"The story is really picking up steam! I mean it's pretty sick! The captain who shipwrecked you, becomes obsessed with you, rapes you on the island..."
"Well, errr, he didn't really rape me, Marty."
"Come on, Ginger! You can't tell people you slept with that guy willingly!"
"He was a means to an end. That was all." Ginger said, biting her lip. She did not want it going around that the Skipper raped her!
"Okay well then you look bad in the story here! You lead the Skipper on and he fell for a look alike."
"Fine, Marty! The rape story will do. Is there any interest in making this a movie?"
"Not yet. But that's only because it has a better chance of becoming a movie if he's convicted. So there is a wait and see thing going here." Marty told his client.
Ginger heard a gasp and turned to find an eavesdropping Mary Ann!
"I have to go. I'll get back to you later, Marty."
"Okay, but don't help the Skipper in anyway. An acquittal won't make a hit movie, babe!"
Ginger hung up, then faced Mary Ann.
"So you plan to tell everyone that the Skipper raped you on the island?" Mary Ann asked coldly.
"Yes. Just like you told everyone that an alien raped you there as well." Ginger said in sweet sounding voice.
"I never said that I was raped. I thought he was Gilligan."
"And you've always had a thing for Gilligan?"
"You remember what he was like. We thought he was suffering symptoms from the plague. We thought it had affected his personality."
"I never thought anything of the kind, Mary Ann. You just wanted him and the Professor. And you have the nerve to judge me."
"You're about to lie, Ginger! You don't care about helping the Skipper stay out of prison, do you? If this comes out that the Skipper supposedly, raped you, then he will be convicted! But all you care about is making some stupid movie about all of this! What happened to you?"
Ginger didn't respond to that. She was quickly realizing that Mary Ann could very well tell this story to the others!
"What do you want? What would it take to keep you from talking about what you just heard here?"
"Listen to yourself, Ginger. You honestly think I'd blackmail you? I do think you should leave since you really don't want to be here. I won't say anything unless I hear that story. Are we clear?"
"Mary Ann! I just want my career back! My God, do I deserve to suffer for something that wasn't my fault? It's not my fault I was shipwrecked on an island during my prime acting years! I can't get anything but porn and movies that end up on television! Do you think I want to exploit my friends to get back what I lost? No. I don't want to do it but I have to do something!"
"Look," Mary Ann said calmly, "maybe the Howell's can help? Have you asked them? They have friends in the industry."
"I doubt that. And if they did, why didn't they give me help before? They certainly helped you, didn't they?" Ginger said bitterly.
"Those are my terms, Ginger," Mary Ann told her, ignoring her self pity, "leave or actually help the Skipper." Mary Ann said, then turned and walked off. Ginger shook her head. No, she wasn't about to leave! But maybe she could still do what she needed to do to jumpstart her career and keep Mary Ann silent. But how?
Mary Ann found Gilligan alone. Mr. Vanderbrock had called for Skipper, causing him to leave the chess game. Mary Ann closed the door to the room and sat in Skipper's place.
"Hey, Mary Ann. Did you want to play a game?"
"No," Mary Ann smiled weakly, "I'm afraid I'm not very good at chess, or any other game. I need to talk to you."
"About? The wedding? I'm glad the Professor and you patched up your differences. I could see that he loved you on the island."
"Thanks, Gilligan, for saying that. No, it's not about the wedding. Gilligan, that alien that looks like you, is here."
Gilligan picked up a chess piece just as she said that.
"I'm sorry, I thought you said that that alien that looks like me is here?"
"I did. Sorry."
Gilligan slowly stood up.
"You saw him?"
Now Mary Ann stood as well.
"The other day. He said his 'ship', probably the one you were on, is on the Howell's property! In the woods! The Professor saw him as well."
"WHY is he here?" Gilligan asked, his tone now high pitched.
"He claims that he knows who killed Eva. And he won't say unless I agree to be with him. The Professor doesn't believe he knows anything but Gilligan...I just don't have a good feeling about Mr. Vanderbrock's defense! If I was sitting on a jury, I don't know if I'd believe that some mysterious mad scientist killed Eva over her own husband! I just think we need to hear him out."
Gilligan folded his arms.
"You can't go and hear him out, Mary Ann! What he's asking, the Professor would never go for!"
"I have no intention of going to him! But I do think the Skipper and you should. You do look like him. Maybe he'll take pity on you."
"The only person he ever took pity on, Mary Ann, was you. But if the Professor thinks he's lying..."
"The Professor wants to believe he is lying, Gilligan. I was willing to go with him, if I thought it would save the Skipper. I think it scared the Professor. Look, I thought I would just say something, in case things don't go well for the Skipper. I could be completely wrong about this. Maybe Mr. Vanderbrock can help."
Gilligan now had his doubts! He nodded and Mary Ann patted him on the shoulder before leaving the room. Gilligan watched her leave, before waiting a few moments and leaving the room himself.
He found the Professor in another room, just hanging up the phone. Gilligan confronted him.
"Mary Ann told me that alien is here."
The Professor sighed heavily.
"Why would she do that? It has clearly upset you."
"She is also upset, Professor! She is upset that we could be blowing a chance to help the Skipper!
"Do you know what he wants for this supposed information?" Professor asked bitterly.
"None of us would ever ask that of Mary Ann. But we need to find a way to trap this guy and make him tell us what he knows." Gilligan said curtly. The Professor raised a brow. He supposed that wouldn't hurt.
"Do you know if he has any weaknesses? You were on ship."
Gilligan shook his head.
"None that I remember. Let's face it, that plague didn't kill him."
"That's because his alien race caused it, I'm sure of that!" the Professor huffed. Gilligan put a hand on his shoulder.
"His only weakness IS Mary Ann. Maybe we could set a trap where she agrees to go to him, with us following behind. Once he showed himself..."
"Gilligan, this being has all the cards! Unless we know HOW to trap him, it won't happen. But I don't disagree. It might be helpful to have a back up plan, in case the jury doesn't believe the Skipper's defense."
Mary Ann received a strange call about her parents returning early from their trip, because her mother had taken ill! The connection had been bad when she spoke to her father, which would explain why he didn't exactly sound like himself.
The Professor refrained from mentioning the alien, or her telling Gilligan about it. It didn't matter. Somehow they would figure out a way to capture this thing. He was considering having Skipper, Gilligan and himself comb through the woods themselves.
He had wanted to go with Mary Ann, but she insisted he stay and help the Skipper all he could. The Professor accompanied her to the airstrip, where Mr. Howell had allowed her the use of one of his private planes, so that she could get back to Kansas quickly.
Mary Ann arrived in record time. Or either she had been so worried about her mother, that the time flew by quickly. She took a cab back to the ranch, paid the driver and hurried towards the veranda steps just as the cab driver took off.
That was when she saw the body! A man, dressed in black, wearing a stocking mask, was lying on the porch! Mary Ann looked around. The cab was gone and none of the hands were around...
Mary Ann felt light headed! She stepped over the dead man and opened the door to the house.
That was when she got the surprise of her life.
On the other side of that door was a naked Alien Gilligan, standing there wearing a devilish smile on his firm lips.
"No!" Mary Ann screamed as he pulled her mouth towards his for a hard kiss, that grew more passionate and hungry as it went on! This had been Mary Ann's deepest fear. That she would not be able to resist this being, if they made love again.
Alien Gilligan slammed the door without breaking off the kiss. Mary Ann had to by just sheer force of will.
"No!" she rasped. "No! Now who is that man out there? We can't do this!"
"He was here to kill you. He is the same man that killed your Eva Grubb. Do you want to know more?"
Mary Ann nodded quickly and Alien Gilligan reached up the back of her dress and ripped her underwear off! She shed her dress and under clothing quickly, before he lifted her firmly by the buttocks, spearing her onto his formidable length!
She shrieked with surprise, that was soon forgotten as Alien Gilligan began a breakneck rhythm of seamless penetrations! Mary Ann's ripe breasts jogged briskly against his chest as their surprise(for Mary Ann), erotic encounter went on for some time, until they shuddered and jerked in unison, causing them both to bellow with passion.
They slowly disentangled themselves from one another and Mary Ann began to tear up!
"What have I done?! What have I done to the Professor?! Why are you here? You killed that man didn't you? My mother isn't sick is she?"
Alien Gilligan pulled her forcefully back to him!
"That man on the porch came here to murder you. He killed Eva Grubb and he was hired by a man named Jonathan Kincaid. HE lured you here! And he plans on killing all of you, one by one."
Jonathan Kincaid? Mary Ann's head began spinning! The Skipper would be cleared! Jonathan Kincaid was responsible for all of this madness! The Skipper would be saved! And...
He planned on killing them one by one! Clarity suddenly filled Mary Ann's senses and she pulled away from Alien Gilligan again.
"Why? Why would he do this? No one has said a word about him! I just barely remembered him!"
"He is running for political office. Eva was an accident, from what I could see." Alien Gilligan said calmly.
Mary Ann suddenly stared into his eyes.
"You SAW her die? You saw her die and did nothing to help her? You watched someone kill Eva?"
Alien Gilligan looked puzzled.
"What are you asking me exactly?"
"Did you watch an innocent woman die and do nothing?"
Alien Gilligan sighed tiredly.
"She was not innocent and the only one of those beings I care about, is you. I came here to make sure you did not perish."
"I have to tell the others! And call the police and..."
"Later." Alien Gilligan said brusquely. Mary Ann began to protest but he cupped her face within his hands and stopped her words with another kiss. Once it ended, he pulled her out of the front room and towards the stairs. He would take care of everything here. But as far as those others Mary Ann called friends, they were on their own.
