Kirche opened her eyes and would have cried if she could have. Finding herself inside of the Nightscreamer once again terrified her, especially considering that she had been sure she had died. Looking around she realized she was not held into anything, but was instead suspended and hanging upside down in the main huge room of the Nightscreamer she had seen before. Just below her and to her side a bit was the massive disk that was suspended in the room's middle, and atop it, the reason for all the horrors.

"Well, I have to say I'm surprised, I didn't expect you to still be alive, let alone conscious." Louise said as she turned her whole body to face Kirche.

Louise's body had been a patchwork of human flesh and the strange purple stuff that was covering her, now there was nothing human to be seen. She stood almost seven feet tall now, her entire body deep dark purple and monstrous in its looks. Her feet were replaced by large claw like prongs that stretched out away from her leg, two forward and one back, and her hands now looked completely like claws, their ends having become long pink tipped spikes. Her hair was completely gone, and in its place were dozens of long thick purple cords, all of them ending in almost blade like points with glowing pink centers. Her body was impossibly proportioned, with her hips being very wide and her waist impossibly thin, and all of this just added to how inhuman she looked. But what terrified Kirche the most was how Louise's face looked. She had no face, only a flat almost masklike surface that had two bright pink glowing slits upon it were her eyes should be, staring at Kirche like he was nothing more than a moments curiosity.

"You, what the hell have you become!" Kirche screamed in horror.

Louise let out a disturbing laugh, made all the more disturbing by the fact that she had no mouth. "I've become something far superior to humans, nobles or elves. And so have you!"

Kirche looked at her as horror began filling her mind. "W-what are you talking about?"

Louise ran a hand through her cordlike hair and threw it up, "Didn't you find it strange that you were attacked by the other students? Or did killing four of them break your memory?"

"What? I- that wasn't- that was-!"

"It was you who killed those students; you even aimed right for their most critical locations with pin point accuracy, a single Polaron beam to each person's head. You killed them quite marvellously, and gave me a good amount of data to work with; watching heads explode is actually quiet fun. " Louise explained casually, as if teaching a class or small child.

"B-but that's, I wouldn't-, I couldn't-!"

"But you did. You killed four other students quite effectively, though your armour posed a problem, it wasn't thick enough and you fell rather quickly, though high pressure water would be able to cut even hard plate, I suppose."

"You- you're lying, there's no way that-"

"Enough. I grow tired of trying to explain it to you in words. Saw! Could you please bring over a large mirror, I know I saw one in here somewhere!" Louise called out, her voice echoing inside the Nightscreamer like some sort of monstrous awakening.

In less than a minute Louise's familiar came up a ramp and walked to the center of the disk like platform, a giant mirror easily nine feet tall floating behind it. "This one has brought the requested item. What is required of it?"

Kirche could not help but feel shocked. "Th-that thing talks?"

Louise plucked the mirror out of the air with one hand and held it beside her as if it weighed nothing. "Yes. And you can hear his thoughts because you are now like me, in a sense."

"No . . . no, there's no way I'm like you!" Kirche cried out in anger and fear.

Louise shook her head and walked over until she was almost directly below Kirche, and held the mirror up in one hand in front of Kirche. "Tell that to your own face then!"

With the mirror in front of her Kirche lost all will to speak as she looked ahead. In the mirror was the image of a great dark purple monster, built like a troll, but with bulky arms that ended in points that had long tubes sticking out of them. The creature had no legs and was hanging by a large wire that went into its torso. Moving her head around to make sure she watched as the creatures head moved inversely to her own, its deep purple eyes never blinking. "Th, that-"

"Is you." Louise finished as she dropped the mirror to her side, it landing dully on the platform as Louise walked over to a black desk like mound at the platforms edge. "I wanted to see if I could turn normal humans into Scrin drones like I had been turned into a Sectlord, so I tried using hypercondenses on your body. The transformation initially was quite slow, but it went better than planned and I now have an entirely new drone ichor print to use to create troops from. I am surprised that your consciousness is still around though, I honestly expected it to be destroyed when the transformation was completed, but you kept in moderate control right up till you encountered targets."

"Th-that's, you, you used me to-?"

"Yes. I used you to create new ichor print data for drones, and once I upgrade their armour they'll be nigh invulnerable to both magic and small arms fire, but I am done with you now, so I suggest you just go mad and kill yourself!" Louise declared loudly.

"You! How long have I been here for! How long have you been planning this, you monster?" Kirche demanded angrily as she tried to force she body to move, and was rewarded with her monstrous arms twitching slightly.

"Since I had disappeared really. And you've been hanging there for almost a whole month since you were cut in half. It has been useful though, I've been using your body as a template for more experiments on the elves I've been killing, capturing, converting and experimenting on! Elves have such fun reactions when you oppress them past what they can take!"

"You monster!" Kirche roared as her rage reached a fever pitch. Feeling absolute hatred for Louise she forcibly raised her arm and though about using her magic on her, and was answered by a bright purple beam being fired out of her arm towards Louise.

Louise merely sidestepped the beam and looked down at the meter long burn mark it created on the floor. "Not bad Kirche, but I've had far more practice!" Louise yelled as all of her Polaron cords lifted up and pointed toward Kirche. Each one fired beam after beam until Kirche's body had so many holes in it light could shine through it.

"You, I . . . . You . . . . Die!" Kirche coughed as the wire holding her body broke and dropped her body to the ground with a heavy crack.

"Saw, dispose of her body please. Then check up on the drone pods, I want as many phalanxes as possible for our entry into Halkeginia. I need more nobles to test on!"

"Very well." Saw'veleesh replied as he ran off leaving Louise alone in the central room, dozens of light pink and purple screens hovering in front of her showing the distant mountains that split Halkeginia from the elven lands. On other screens it showed pictures of burning towns, building and the bodies of elves her buzzers had mangled beyond belief.

All of the screens made her quite happy. She had left a significant number of elves alive behind them, easily enough to keep their species going even if she killed all the ones that fled to Halkeginia. Now all she needed to do was to test out how strong her phalanxes were, and how long the armies of Halkeginia could last against her assault. The more she killed the more she could experiment, and the more she could experiment, the more likely she could prove herself as a Sectlord.

One more day, and all would be done!
