A/N: So here is the next chapter. Sorry it took so long! School started recently and I haven't had time to do anything. Also, I had writers block for some time. Now that school is in session it will take awhile to write and upload. So please enjoy! :)
Hermione didn't know how long she had been asleep. It had only felt like minutes. Lucius came back twice that same night. She also didn't know how long she had been there. What felt like days could have been hours or what felt like weeks could be just a few days, but she knew she was there longer than a day. She had a brief conversation with Draco the day before.
She could feel many breaks in her ribs but knew not to cry. She had to be strong. She would make herself happy by thinking of her friends and, most importantly, she would think of Draco. She missed him so much and didn't even know what pain he was in. She hoped he would find her soon. All she remembered was somewhere hot, and she was in a basement. But other than that she had no clue.
She fell asleep thinking about a certain blonde haired Veela.
Draco woke up and went to breakfast. He knew if Hermione was here she would kill him if he didn't eat because of her. So he walked down the halls to the Great Hall. He sat at the edge if the Slytherin table because he knew anything could set him off at the moment. He was barely moving though. He had pain in his ribs and heart. He missed Hermione and knew she was hurt and couldn't do anything in that moment. He wanted to talk to her through their mind connection but he didn't know if she was asleep or not. He could barely even move to pick up his food. I really should go to Madam Pomfrey, He thought. if I can even move to get there. He sighed and put his head on the table with a thump.
Blaise was sitting at the table already keeping a close eye on his friend who didn't look so good. He got up and found Luna looking at him. He signaled her over and went to Draco.
"What is it Blaise?" She asked when she got over there.
"Go tell Pomfrey that I'm bringing Draco. He can barely even move." He said and went closer to Draco.
"Mate, come on. I'm taking you to Madam Pomfrey. Can you get up and stand?" Blaise asked.
"Mate, I barely even got here." Draco said while turning his head towards Blaise.
"Ok. Come on. The Hall is basically empty now. Raise your arm up." Blaise said and seen Draco wince once he rose it. "Mate your acting like your ribs are broken." Draco looked at Blaise.
"That's because they feel like it. Remember Veela take the pain away from their mate? Well, that little bit about that, is true. Hermione's are broken." Draco said while trying to stand. Blaise put Draco's arm around his shoulder and lifted him the rest of the way.
Draco stumbled and caught the table. Then all of a sudden he saw a bright light. He felt like he was being transported. Then it stopped. He looked around and saw the sun high up in the sky, and a small village. He felt the warmth from where ever he was. He looked closer to see if he recognized anything when he saw Hermione. She was holding onto her ribs behind a building. She was looking around franticly like she just got away. She had big bruises on her arms, legs, and face. He tried to go to her, but he couldn't move. He looked around to see if Lucius was around to see how far she got away. He saw him near the far side of the village on a war path. He tried telling her to move if she could but no sound came out of his mouth.
Hermione! Please tell me you can hear me! He thought. If she didn't hear him then there was nothing else he could do.
Draco? Is that you? He heard.
Yes, it's me. You need to move. He's close. How did you escape from him? He asked. e H He had to know.
It hurts to move Draco. How do you know he's close? You aren't here. Dobby helped me. I got a hint from someone about house-elves. I'll tell you more later.
I know it hurts to move. Can you try to apperate? Please, go to Hogsmeade. I'll be there waiting on you. I'm not for sure how I got here. All I know is that I can see you. I can't move to come closer; I can't even speak to you. This is the only way I can talk to you.
I'll try Draco, but you better be there if it works. He saw her face and couldn't help the small smile that came upon his face. He saw her close her eyes and concentrate then she was gone.
He snapped out of it and before Blaise could ask what happened he was out of there at Veela speed to Hogsmeade to see if she made it.
*Before Hermione got to the village*
She was lying on the floor asleep when she heard the door open. The little boy came into the room.
"My mommy said you are garbage. She said you are below me. Is that true?" He asked. He had a look on his face that didn't comprehend to what he showed around his parents.
"I am not garbage and I am not below you. We are equal. Do you know what that means?" She asked.
"It mweans we are the same. I am going to give you a hint to get out of here since we are the same. Hwouse-ewles are wery powerful. Pwease don't let anyone know I told you this." He said.
"I won't. You better go before they catch you. Thank you." She said. She could feel the tears in her eyes. She didn't think she would be getting help anytime soon. She knew Draco and them were trying but now she was able to leave the basement and get closer to seeing Draco and her friends again.
She rose and took a deep breath.
"Dobby!" She said in a strong voice.
"Missis Hermione! Everyone is trying to find you. Are you ok?" She heard the familiar voice.
"Dobby you were able to come." She said.
"Of course Dobby was able to come. Dobby doesn't know why you didn't think of it sooner." He said. And came closer to Hermione and grabbed her hand.
"Dobby, when one is scared they don't think rationally." She said. "Can you take me to Hogwarts?"
"Dobby cans Missis!" He said and closed his eyes. She felt the air around her change and looked around. This wasn't Hogwarts. She looked around and seen a village she still felt the ache in her ribs but it was barely even a pinch but enough to hold on to her side. She saw Dobby beside her. His eyes wide with fear.
"What is it Dobby?" She asked.
"Dobby's old Master is here. And Dobby can't take yous no farther. Dobby doesn't know why." He said.
"It's ok Dobby. Go, I don't want you getting hurt." She said.
"But, Missis, you could get hurt." He said.
"Dobby I am already hurt. Go!" She said when she heard a scream. She looked around for where the screaming was coming from but couldn't see anything. Then she a wail that she had came to recognize as Lucius' Malfoy as a Veela.
She was scared. She was scared to apperate. Her ribs were hurting her so she didn't know if she could concentrate enough to.
She heard a buzzing in her head that she had felt before then she heard something she hadn't heard in awhile that she wasn't sure that it was him.
Hermione! Please tell me you can hear me! She heard.
Draco? Is that you? She asked. She had to be sure first.
Yes, it's me. You need to move. He's close. How did you escape from him? He asked. e H

I'll try Draco, but you better be there if it works. She thought and closed her eyes. She thought of Hogsmeade. The smells of the Three Broomsticks, and Honeydukes. How all the stores are shaped and the road that led up to Hogwarts. And she felt herself disapperate with the thought of being safe again.
