Thanks for all the reviews! I love them! And like I said previously, I don't normally get on the computer and I can't figure out how to do it on the app. Anyways, sorry for the long wait. But here is another chapter, hope you enjoy1

Thalia's P.O.V.

I rushed to Rachel's side and helped her to her feet as she slowly regained consciousness. When she opened her eyes they were a dull green that looked so ancient and knowing. Her face looked a gaunt and shaken. She closed her eyes and took in a shaky yet deep breath, and calmed herself down. Suddenly, her eyes flew open and they were filled with her Rachel-y happiness and playfulness. Right as her eyes popped oped, she opened her mouth and started talking a mile a minute.

"Oh my gods, you'd think it wouldn't get to me that much! Anyways, I hope that helped! You should probably go talk to Chiron and the rest of the cabin leaders, they're starting to get impatient. Good luck!" She finished with a bright smile and a wave as she ushered me out the door. I heard her murmur something under her breath as I was walking away that sounded something along the lines of 'You'll need it.'

Well that didn't sound good, I thought as I walked away from her Groovy Pad towards the Big House. As I walked through camp I noticed all the campers were all hustling and bustling about like normal, most campers surrounding the lava covered rock walls and fighting arena. I looked back in front of me and focused on what the prophecy could mean. Of course, trying to find out what it all meant was impossible until after the quest was over. The lost one must be Percy, but what will we have to cross? And as bad as it sounds for a daughter of wisdom, I have to bring Annabeth along. It wouldn't be right without her. I'm just concerned for her. And what will happen if Percy sees her again? They probably won't have a 'happy' reunion considering what split them up in the first place. And the son of fire obviously implies a son of Hepheastus, because the only other immortal with power over fire is Hestia, and she is a maiden. But I can't think of any certain Hepheastus demigod that would be good on a quest besides Beckendorf, but... he's gone. Anyways, since love will prevail, we should probably have a daughter of Aphrodite. UGH, I hate Aphrodite and her kids! The only tolerable one was Selena, but she is gone too... And Drew is literally the most intolerable child of Aphrodite. I wish the two demigods I need will just like fall out of the sky or something.

Thoughts of the quest swirled around my mind, questions popping up every two seconds. I was muttering to myself as I was walking towards the Big House and two prominent questions came forth. What promise will be broken, and what do we cross? I walked up the stairs with a blank look as I was in my own little mind palace. When I walked into the council room, everyone suddenly got quite and stared at me, expecting me to tell them what the prophecy said. Annabeth stood up when she saw me, and Chiron wheeled around to stare at me deeply with his large brown eyes. I kept my chin up, yet my mouth closed. The silence lasted for a few moments until a deep yet feminine voice spoke up. "So what's the prophecy, Bark Face?"

I closed my eyes to keep from rolling them, and sighed deeply. When I reopened them I was about to give a snarky comeback, but Chiron gave me a pointed look that said, 'not now.' So I took a deep breath in and released it, trying to calm down. I told the prophecy aloud. Unlike normal prophecies, I didn't find a particular line that I wanted to keep to myself because I found it too personal to share, but I was equally worried about all of it. When I finished sharing, everyone got even more silent. Ya know, if that is even possible. They all looked lost as they thought through things for a while until Chiron finally spoke up. "Well child, I suppose you should pick out two other quest members to accompany you."

I was shocked. Didn't he understand? "Chiron, it says FIVE must cross whatever the thingie is! Shouldn't I bring along four others?"

"Child, I see your logic, and I would like to have you bring along more, but three is our sacred number. So I still strongly recommend sticking with tradition."

"Fine. I would like to invite Annabeth, if she accepts. It wouldn't feel right without you." Annabeth gave me a frightened look, for I'm sure she was the first to see how dangerous this could be for her. But then her face changed, like she put a mask on. I couldn't read her anymore. She looked up at me, and then I saw her eyes were full of a fiery determination, with only slight fear behind them. She knew this was her chance to make it up to Percy. She nodded.

"Thanks, Annie. I appreciate this." I truly was grateful. She simply nodded again with a small smile that said she knew she was awesome.

"I would also like to invite Nico to accompany us." I stated confidently. He wasn't here at the moment, but we have Mrs. O'Leary, so we can just get a ride form her to Nico, and I'm sure he'd say yes. When Chiron gave me a look that said he didn't understand how I'd get Nico's permission if he wasn't here, I explained to them my plan and they all nodded along. It was settled. Me, Annabeth, and probably Nico will be in the quest to find Percy. The only problem is that I have no idea to get to where he is at, where he's even at anyways, and that I am very, very positive that there is supposed to be other members on this quest.

So you know how I wanted my quest team to just fall from the sky? Well guess what. That's right. They fell. Out of the bloody sky. Right on top of me while I was walking to the dining pavilion. And it was very unpleasant. Who in the world likes being the cushion for two people falling from the sky? That's right, NOBODY! I'm normally a very irritable person, but when things like this happen after a day like this, well... let's just say I flipped out.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! We didn't mean to fall on you! We didn't know where we were going to land," said a very beautiful Cherokee girl. She was obviously trying to downplay her beauty, but her natural prettiness still shone through. I assumed she was a daughter of Aphrodite. And I was not going to let a new camper off the hook for something like that. Especially an Aphrodite camper.

"WHAT IN THE NAME OF HADES IS YOUR PROBLEM?! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING!? HOW DARE YOU TRY AND USE ME AS YOUR... YOUR..." I was so angry I couldn't even think of the word, but then I remembered. "YOUR CUSHION!? I'M NOT JUST SOMETHING TO FALL ON IF YOU'RE FALLING TO THE GROUND! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU TWO?"

Then the other person that fell from the sky started talking. "Well you see, Madam CrazyPants, we were being chased by a ton of the wind thingies that were trying to throw us into the Grand Canyon about..." he checked his wrist, which didn't have a watch on it, "thirteen seconds ago. So that was fun and all, but we do not need another person trying to umm.. what was it they said Pipes? 'Rip the limbs from our bodies?' Yeah! That was it! So anyways, Miss Crazy Girl, if you could not do that, I'd be really appreciative."

Oh great, a sarcastic one. Must be one of Hermes. Yay. The boy looked about ten to twenty pounds underweight, but not quite to the point where you would be able to see all of his ribs sticking out. Maybe just a few. He also had curly black hair and very tanned skin, as if he had a hispanic or latino background. He basically looked like the last person who would talk back to me. I froze for a split second, shocked at how he had talked to me. Then my thoughts came back. You mess with the bull, you get the horns. My rage came back ten times stronger. My glare intensified so much, I would scare Medusa away.

I reached out and grabbed the boy by his collar and yanked him close. I looked deep into his eyes, which were filled with fear by this point. I whispered in such a tone it sounded like pure venom laced through every word. I said, "Do. Not. Mess. With. Me. Got that?"

He nodded so hard I'm surprised his head stayed attached to his shoulders. I was about to punch him just to make sure he understood. I'm normally not this mean to newcomers, but when I'm in a bad mood and they provoke it... they're in for a world of hurt. But just a I raised my fist, I heard something that made me stop in my tracks. "STOP!"

It didn't come from Chiron. Or Annabeth. Or any other camper, because nobody else was around. It came from the girl. Her command washed over me and I froze like a deer caught in the headlights. Against my will, I listened to the girl. She had such a sweet voice. i couldn't resist it.

"My friend here is just stupid. He doesn't think before he thinks. I want to apologize for him," said the girl. Her voice was more normal and less sweet sounding like before, but I decided against pummeling the boy into the ground. I looked at her, waiting for her to continue. She looked nervous, but she kept talking. "I am Piper McLean, and he is Leo Val-"

"Pipes! Why are you telling her our real names?! She could be a government spy or something," he seemed to be joking, but also cautious. Piper gave him a look to shut up.

"Anyways, this is Leo Valdez. We were on a field trip at the Grand Canyon when the wind tried to kill us or something like that. But this pale skinny boy wearing all black came up to us with a black sword. He told us there was a safe place for us. Then we came through a shadow and BOOM! we're falling through the sky. I'm really sorry about that by the way."

I don't normally like daughters of Aphrodite, but she seemed... different. A good or bad different, I can't tell though. I simply nodded at her as a gesture that it is slightly ok, and I understand about rough entrances. I was sure the boy they mentioned was Nico, which meant he was out helping get Camp Half-Blood new campers. He usually showed up a little after the newcomers appeared, so he should probably be showing up in a while after he deals with those wind spirits, known as venti.

"Well, we should probably tell your parents about this first..."

They both looked at the ground with muted looks on their faces. I knew that look all to well. They didn't really have anyone else. I recovered quickly.

"Well, welcome to Camp Half-Blood." A horn sounded in the distance. "You're just in time for lunch."

Nico's P.O.V.

It wasn't uncommon for me to find Half-Bloods for camp. Usually I sensed them somewhere, and in danger. So I show up to help. But this time it seemed different... as if it was more important. So I rushed in to help immediately. My normal way to do this was to watch to see what the demigod was capable of, and then come in and save them after they mess up. But I had this sense I must send them to camp immediately. So right after the venti showed up, I ran out, explained who I was, and sent them away. But I didn't stop to think of how I'd be able to fight the wind.

Have you ever tried slashing a stygian iron sword around in the air while taunting the sky? Because it doesn't really work that well. Whenever I actually did manage to hit a ventus with my blade it just simply went straight through it. But that didn't mean their attacks didn't affect me. I had just tried for the twelfth time to slice through a ventus when one of them hurled a chunk of rock at me. Did I mention I was above the Grand Canyon on a see-through floor? If that's not scary enough, it was shaking and rattling very sketchily.

Anyways, this rock came flying at my head so fast I barely had time to instinctively flinch away. It skimmed past me, just barely nicking my ear in the process. Then the creature that threw the rock flew straight at me, and went rights through me, blasting me back in a gust of wind at the same time. It also managed to knock the sword form my hand. As if it was doing me any good, I thought bitterly as I picked myself up. I scanned through different scenarios in my head.

I can't summon any skeletal warriors, because the ground was hundreds of feet below me. I couldn't use my sword on them, because it just passed through harmlessly. I could shadow travel away, but I'm not one to run away. It seems that they can still hit me (quite effectively too)... if I could at least even the playing field so they wouldn't be able to hit me, then I might have a better chance. I wracked my brain for every possibility. Then it struck me. My father is the God of the Underworld, riches, ghosts, and shadows. Maybe... Just maybe... I thought to myself.

I let the darkness within my heart race through my veins and throughout my whole body. I had plenty of darkness inside me, even excluding the son of Hades part. The rejection I felt whenever I went to camp. The loss of my only sister. The only person that has been by my side my whole life. And then there was Percy...

I let these emotions and feelings pulse through my whole body until I was completely filled with darkness. When I looked down at my hands, all I saw was darkness. It was kind of fuzzy around the edges, but it worked. At least, I thought it did. A venti threw another rock at me, but instead of dodging, I decided to let the rock come. I held my breath, anticipating the pain. But it just passed harmlessly through me. It worked!

After a moment of congratulations to myself, I wet back into battle mode. I reached for the ventus that threw the rock. I was nearly surprised as him when my fuzzy black actually grabbed him. i guess when two untouchable things touch, they actually touch. Ya know? It's hard to explain. But all I knew was that I was able to grab him. And that was all I needed to finish the job. I wrapped my hands around it's neck, and as I put pressure on it's throat, it started struggling. The other venti must have been too stunned to move, because nobody stopped me. As I was strangling the evil wind spirit, i whispered in ancient greek, damning it to Tartarus. After a couple more moments, the wind spirit faded and left nothing but a cold draft behind.

As I looked around, ready for the next opponent, I realized that I was alone. Apparently the other venti weren't too shocked to help. They must have underestimated me and fled out of fear. I let the darkness inside of me go deep, deep down. I put the dam wall back up to keep them contained. Letting all of those emotions go for a moment felt good, but it drained me. My legs wobbled and I nearly collapsed right there. I might not even have enough power to shadow travel back to camp, I thought.

But that's when the glass floor I was standing on started to collapse. And the police arrived. A little late, I thought. They missed all the venti, which was a good thing, because I would have had to fight and protect them at the same time. But now was not good timing. If I didn't get off, the floor will collapse and I will plummet to the hard ground hundreds of feet below. But if I got off, I would get arrested. Sure I could just shadow travel out of the jail cell after I regained my energy, but they would have my information and there would be a manhunt and... well it wouldn't be good. Don't draw attention to yourself, Nico. I followed my own advice. I stayed on the crumbling floor.

And then it shattered. I fell so hard and fast that the air was whipped from my lungs. I was struggling for breath as the dark ground approached with the speed of a bullet. I pulled my arms in close and pointed my toes like I was diving feet first. Instead of splatting on the cold, hard ground, I went through the shadows that covered the bottom of the canyon. That was the last thing I remember before I fell unconscious due to the over exertion of my powers.

Well, I hope you all liked it. I know it was a long time since I updated. Like a super uber duper long time. But let's look at the positives here shall we? I haven't given up on the story, here's another chapter, I have a better Idea of how to unfold this story, you have another chapter, I have more of a drive since I just read the last book and didn't like it as much as the others so I'm going to probably write the entire HoO series keeping some things and changing others, there's a new chapter to read, this story is going to have a lot more Percy than HoO (because he is personally my favorite character), and did I mention you have a lovely new chapter here? :D and the negatives: it took a long time. I think the pros outweigh the cons here lol :) Anyways, you guys know the drill, please review! I always love it when I get reviews. I love PM's too, they make me feel all tingly on the inside :) thanks to all of you who have reviewed! I love you all! Happy Thanksgiving!
