A/N: Okay, I did realize a bit belatedly that I had accidentally uploaded the previous chapter twice, but I am not going to bother fixing it right now. Though, I do want to thank the reviewer who commented on it, which made me aware of the issue to start with. Anyways, Ranka is about to give some insight on Kotoko's family. But, Ranka is still hiding something. I won't tell you what, as that will ruin it for the future chapters. I hope you enjoy this chapter!

Chapter 5,

Haruhi's POV

It had been far too long since I was able to see the host club. Not to mention that I couldn't stop everything here and buy a plane ticket to go to Japan any time I wanted. They were far too expensive anyways.

"Anyways, Dad? You were going to mention something about why I am presently back in Tulsa?" I decided to start the prodding.

"I always knew that one day you would not be coming home, but rather starting at this school in your freshman year of high school. After all, your mother and grandmother were also vampyres. They both had odd powers, aside from the ones you have had enhanced a bit. Sight, smell, hearing, taste, accelerated growth. All that are normal for a vampyre to have. But, the gifts that the blessed goddess has given you, is something like a mismatch of your mother's and grandmother's. So I have been told anyways. Your grandmother was able to see very far into the future, but things were set in stone too. They happened that way without much thought to how people would have reacted to the news if she had told them of those.

Your mother use to dream about the future, but she had multiple dreams, in case of the choices people made. She often talked vaguely about what it was that she immediately saw with the person or people involved. But, it sounds as if you are just dreaming about the people, places and such right now darling." My father concluded.

"So, every one of the females are a vampyre in our family. Yay." I groaned. If I ever had kids, I would much rather have them as males now. "But, the dreams all center around me doing spell work. I seem to have a fabulous gift for knowing them before the people attempting them. It's starting to creep me out." I stated.

By this time, we had all finished eating, and were just casually hanging out around the table.

"Spell work?" Hikaru and Kaoru asked simultaneously.

"Yes. Rituals and such. Personally, the dreams give me a larger migraine than you guys ever did." I said.

"Haruhi, Zoey tells me that you have had several of these dreams. Perhaps if you tell me about them, I can help shed some light on why you need certain things?" Grandma Redbird finally said from behind me.

"Yes. I am often confused about them too. I'm technically only a third former here, but yet I've had to accelerate all of my classes to keep up with the dreams. Such as my newest dream where I am going back to Ouran Gakuen. All I know is that something happens there. I'm going to be casting spell after spell on the school itself, as I know that no one is there. It's too dark for human students, but perfectly in time for a vampyre student. I have a feeling it will take time for the whole spell to take effect, so I am sure that I will be pretending to be a human student again soon." I told Grandma Redbird.

"I see, my sweet child. Nyx has a plan in store for your friends here as well, it would seem. Or else she knows something that you do not?" I hated riddles, but Grandma Redbird's sort of made sense.

It was at that point that I started off with a headache. No one was being noisy. Which only meant one thing. A new vision was coming in. "Someone go get Aphrodite!" I shouted as I started to rub my temples.

"Who's Aphrodite?" Everyone, except for Grandma Redbird and Zoey, shouted.

"What's wrong, child?" Grandma Redbird asked.

"Stupid migraine. Stupid visions." I muttered as I laid my forehead onto the cool surface of the table.

"Haruhi? Here." I heard Aphrodite from behind me. I glanced up to see that she had an aluminum bottle. I could smell what was inside, so I was thankful that my company didn't have added scenting powers yet. They would for sure be grimacing about what I was about to drink. Blood. I wondered briefly if it had wine mixed with it.

As if on cue for when I thought that, Aphrodite spoke. "No, it is straight. Figured you would need the full effect of the stuff without the wine in it. Sorry Zoey about if it makes you uncomfortable."

"Thanks. I really do need it. Especially after what I just finished seeing. Also, it's rare for you to apologize, Aphrodite." I stated in between taking sips. The migraine started to ebb a bit, but did not go away completely.

Aphrodite turned to leave. I thought that I heard her mutter something in retort but I paid it no mind at all. I had only a few more sips of the blood before it got snatched away by the twins.

"What did she give you?! Can we have some?" They asked in unison. They maneuvered the bottle around, which was enough to hear it slosh about. Actually, everyone could hear it.

"I want some too!" Honey-senpai cried.

"You guys shouldn't have that." Zoey said very dangerously. I had to agree with her on that one. Plus, it was making me irritable without the intake.

"Why?" The twins asked in perfect unison again.

"It's blood inside of there, isn't it?" My father piped up. This made me wonder how he had known. My father really was weird from time to time.

"Bingo." Zoey and I said together.

"Blood? Why do you need that?" Hikaru asked, looking disgusted.

"We're vampyres now. We do need blood from time to time to sustain ourselves. You'll have to learn that yourselves. As, that is why I have a feeling that is why I am going back to Japan. I needed some time here to figure out what I was doing so that I can teach you guys. Now, can I please have the blood back before you have an even grumpier Haruhi? It's medicine to me anyways." I asked.

Everyone wrinkled up their noses and had gladly passed on even trying the blood. Therefore, I had ended up with the bottle back. I couldn't help but moan when the liquid touched my lips again. Zoey stared at me.

"Was that a moan just from blood?"

"Yes, it was. I hate to say it, but I am starting to enjoy the taste of pure blood. Though, I know that I can't get too addicted to it." I mumbled while still having the lip of the bottle still pressed up against my mouth, getting ready for another sip.

"We're moving you up in your schooling starting tomorrow. You're actually following a path similar to mine. I had acute blood lust though while Heath was around." Zoey said.

"Why do I always have to keep going up with these things? I'm doing fourth former exercises. Now my studies too?" I complained.

"You are being moved up to the sixth former year. You'll do third former year studies on top too. But, stop in at my office in two hours and I'll get you all set up with the new scheduling." I groaned again after Zoey finished.

"So, Haru-chan will be done all her schooling this year?" Honey-senpai asked.

"Naturally, she will be. She's the top of her class in everything. Fencing, Spells and Rituals, English Literature. As you know Haruhi quite well, I wonder if it would be alright with our High Priestess if we could extend an invitation to our guests if they want to see for themselves on how Haruhi does in English Literature during our lesson in an hour? Also, hello there High Priestess. Blessed be." A new person was joining us. Well, not really a new person.

"We're still having that lesson tonight? I thought you had moved it to after classes tomorrow? But, blessed be Professor Night!" I groaned at the lesson reminder. Why did we have to work on Romeo and Juliet again? Why couldn't we do Othello or MacBeth? Right, the last two were centered around betrayals and a guilty conscious. We were in a love theme. Damn it.

"Blessed be, Erik. I think that would be a superb idea! I just realized that I never technically gave the entire day off for this parental thing, but just up until midnight. The teachers were the ones who gave after midnight off if they felt like it." Zoey said after she had pondered a bit.

"And, it is midnight now. My class starts in an hour." Erik said.

"Before you all ask, the times are essentially from eight at night to two in the morning for our classes here. From there, we go on to free time for three hours. But, most of us are getting tired from that point on so we all just go to bed. After all, the sun is usually going to rise at that time. It took me at least a week to adjust to everything here." I explained.

"She fell asleep three times in one day in my class. It was amusing to continue to try and keep her awake. So, having her extra English Literature lessons are her punishment for the week she took. But, as of tomorrow, she'll be done with them." Erik smirked.

"Professor, would you mind taking my friends with you? I need to run back to my dorm room in order to grab all my books for class." I stated.

"I figured you would end up trying to barricade yourself in your room as soon as you got there, Haruhi, so I brought your books from our room." Aphrodite stated.

"Would not have." I muttered. I wasn't lying either. I was intending on changing into my uniform too. Or something with my odd insignia on it. "While grabbing my bags, did you grab a sweater or something for me that had the insignia on it so that I'm not penalized for it again?" I tilted my head back over the seat to look at Aphrodite.

"I thought you had grabbed something like that already. Guess not. But, no, I never." Was her response.

"I promise you won't blemish your record. It's an extra lesson." Erik said.

"I still think I should go grab something." I muttered. I had a hard time believing people, which I think had something to do with my bespectacled senpai next to me always doing something to that debt that I seemed to have no control over. While I had been thinking of that, my gaze landed on Kyoya.

"Haruhi, just go without it. If he wants to report that you weren't wearing your proper insignia, he can. But, I won't be placing it on your record at all. I have overriding powers on that one. Not to mention that you really need to start either believing in the system or trusting us." Zoey said, as she had followed us.

"Trusting and believing are the same thing. I do trust you guys here at the school, yet I also have vibes saying that although you may say one thing, it winds up the opposite by the time the destination is -" I was almost done what I was saying, but I got another instant migraine. Great. Another vision.

Unlike normal though, I blacked out. Meanwhile though, in this newest dream, it was complete. I had finished the spell. I was in the Third Music Room, entertaining once more. But, I was also a female. There would be some people out to lynch me, some would be mad at the hosts. However, I had changed the entire Ouran population to vampyres. The spell that I had placed around the school would change students, keep them safe and such. Though, it was also designed to keep prying eyes away from us.

It would take me three days of absolutely non stop sleeping. As for the date, it materialized when I had a panoramic view of the Music Room. October 15th. That was my first day back, and where I wouldn't have to hide anything. I knew that today was September 28th, so I would have to ensure that I was packed up and ready to return home tomorrow. I wanted to surprise the host Club on Monday, regardless of whether or not I was functioning. Now, if only I could have a spell that could keep me asleep for two days in a row, followed by being awake for three consecutive days.

Oh, but the one thing that I also noted in the finalization of this whole ritual, was that Kyoya would be by my side at the end of it. That was something that I was quite pleased about. But, it was at this time that reality tried to bring me back. I groaned.

"She's finally coming to, eh?" I heard a voice say. I didn't want to think who it belonged to.

"It's about time!" An angrier voice stated. It was a temperamental one, which could only mean Hikaru. Though, why it sounded a bit angry at the same time, I don't know. Or, didn't know until my sense of smell came back. And, all I could smell what the cologne that Kyoya used. That really good stuff.

Squeezing my eyes shut quickly before I slowly opened them. Only to be blinded by a light. "Do you mind not shining the light in my eyes, Kyoya? For a vampyre, that hurts all of our eye nerves." I said, loud and clear.

"But, Haru-chan! What if you got a concussion?" Honey-senpai asked.

Something inside me clicked that I had worried them. Again. I switched to Japanese really quick so that the club would know that I was talking to them. "Gomen, everyone for making you worry about me again. I really am fine. I know that I don't have a concussion at all." With that, I slowly got out of the bed.

"Haruhi, you shouldn't move so quickly! You passed out on our walk for your English Literature lesson." Zoey reasoned as she pushed me back onto the bed to rest some more. Kyoya had moved to stand closer to the bed after Zoey left.

"I. Am. Fine. My father was right earlier. I needed some time to figure out what my body tells me. Migraines are a new part of a prophecy. Blacking out, it seems, is the fully finished product." I smiled.

"If you are sure. But, what is the finished product?" Kyoya asked. I blushed a bit.

"Well, everyone who attends Ouran as a student will be a vampyre. Then, there's going to be a ton of backlash from my reveal as a female. I'm still hosting. But, I have my mate beside me every step of the way." I grinned.

"Who's your mate?" Tamaki asked, hopeful. I didn't want to say who yet, but EVERYONE was staring at me. Kyoya included. And, it was just as convenient that his hand was close to mine at that time. I threaded my hand through his. No one even noticed the gesture really. They wanted it verbally stated. Well, I'd just take it one step further. Pulling Kyoya down, which was a big action in itself and one that no one would miss this time. I kissed Kyoya. Though, it was Kyoya who deepened the kiss. When we both parted, we were grinning at each other.

"It's about time you confessed. I was getting tired of the annoying stories." Aphrodite said from the doorway. She had witnessed everything.

"Annoying stories?" Kyoya smirked down at me.

"Yes, annoying. It always centered around the bespectacled teen who added to her debt so much that she knew she would never pay it back in her lifetime But, she also did mention that you were also her savior several times. Or, how much she has -" Aphrodite was then interrupted.

"They were the highlights of being human, but the benefits of being a vampyre are so much more rewarding." I pouted.

"You did say you had one regret as a human though. And, you never failed to remind yourself of it, many times a day since you have arrived here." Aphrodite reminded her.

"But, as a vampyre, I reconciled it as soon as possible." I replied.

"What was your regret?" Kyoya asked, curiously.

"Not telling you sooner that I had fell in love with you, Kyoya. Which is why I ensured that was close to the one thing I did as soon as I saw you again." I stated.

"You know, you aren't the only one who regretted anything. I know that I always hid behind my facade of putting stuff onto your debt. Or brushed off things coldly towards you. That is because I was afraid that admitting that I had fell in love with Haruhi Fujioka could have caused a rift between our friendship and the club." Kyoya sat down beside me on the bed.

"Somehow, I don't believe that at all!" Hikaru claimed as he clenched and unclenched his hands into fists. I could tell he wanted to hit something. Or, someone.

"Well, now that we have covered that I am actually fine, we should get going to my English lecture." I had to remind myself, as well as others.

"Never mind that lesson today, Haruhi. Essentially, we were going to improv tonight anyways. But, this takes the icing on the cake." Erik stated from by the window. He was smirking.

"Joys." I muttered. "How long was I out for anyways?" I finally asked, curiously.

"Twenty minutes." Kyoya answered.

"Oh. Well, if we aren't having the English lesson, do we still need to go to the classroom or am I allowed to go back to my room?" I finally asked.

"Consider class cancelled, or that you graduated from your punishment." Erik stated, getting up from his chair in the corner. He left after that. I blinked a few times after him before shrugging and sitting up once more.

"No English lessons means that I have no other classes for the night. Proffesor Lankford even gave me the night off from extra practice. So much additional time!" I stated enthusiastically.

"Extra time for what?" Tamaki asked.

"If we know our toy, there's only one thing she'd be happy to have extra time for Tono!" Both twins stated.

"Studying." Mori chimed in, regardless of if it was a monotone.
