I am shocked and overjoyed to see it happen. I never thought any of this would happen when I set this account up and yet it did. I wanted to thank ALL of YOU readers, without you none of this would have happened. You are all amazing! Thank you all for sticking with me this long. Love you all! I also wanted to apologize for the extremely long wait... It was very neglectful of me... So sorry! I had the worst writers block and my creative section of my brain refused to work. It just shut down when I tried writing this. School life doesn't help either...

I want to dedicate this chapter to RebeccaCrystalVermillionLohr for helping me get inspired and encouraging me to write this, thanks Crystal!

But I'm back in action and ready to give all you what you've been waiting for:

RoLu Week Day 6- Yearning

No One's POV

Lucy was sitting at chair next to the window, waiting. From the window, she could see some children playing in the street outside. They were running, skipping, tagging, and hiding, throughly enjoying themselves. Smiles were plastered over the faces as laughter and giggles were exchanged between them. Lucy smiled at the heart-warming scene before turning away, sighing. Nothing could truly warm her up but her husband embrace. Being away from him for a week was hurting her.

She missed his hugs, his crimson eyes brimming with love, his soft touch that never failed to send sweet shocks of electricity throughout her body. She missed waking up next to him in the morning and being his in his arms. She missed him cooking her favorite meals and encouraging her to write her novel. The soft, feather kisses and the hot and heavy ones. The way he never failed to make her feel loved, that left her with a warm feeling.

But now, she was freezing.

Lucy sighed, and got up to get more warm tea. It gave her a temporary relief, but it never could filled the void. She refilled her mug from the pot on the stove and walked back. Sitting down, she wrapped her chilled hands around the hot mug. Taking sip after sip, she waited.

Lucy heard the front door open and her husband's announcement of his arrival.

"Urrgh..." Walking back into the living room, Lucy studied the sight before her. Rogue was slumped against the front door, groaning. He had dark purple bags under his closed eyes and his skin seemed a bit paler than usual. Frosch flew off to his room, mumbling,

"Fro's sleepy..."

"Tired?"

"Yes... Week long missions with only the idiotic Sting," Lucy gigled, "around, you never get a break. It's like babysitting twenty-four seven. I have no idea how Yukino deals with him all the time. You would think marrying her would have calmed him down. But no, he's still the same moron as before. Some things never change, one being his level of intelligence or more so, lack of one." Rouge quickly walked over to Lucy, engulfing her in her hug. He buried his face in her neck and sighed softly, a tired smile ghosting his lips.

"Oh Lulu, I missed you so much."

"W-We missed you too Rogue." Rouge pulled back, confusion marring his face, before asking,

"...We?"

"Yes we." Lucy smiled and rested one hand in his cheek and the other the other on her stomach. After taking a few seconds to process what she had said, he sharply inhaled and looked down at Lucy's stomach. He rested his hand on top on hers. Hope danced across his features, did he think right?

"Wait, you mean, you're-"

"Yes! Oh Rogue we going to be parents!" Lucy flung herself back onto Rogue. He started laughing and spinning the blonde woman around in circles before gently releasing back onto the ground. Rogue's eyes were tearing up from joy and a huge smile stretched across his face, with love and affection shining in his eyes.

"Yes! Oh we have to baby-proof the house and go to the doctor and start looking at names and schools and we have to-"

"Rogue, Rogue honey, relax. Its only been four weeks." Lucy told Rogue, who just said,

"I just so excited. We're going to have a child! I'm going to be a father!"

"I know, I know. I'm overjoyed too. But remember,"

"What?"

"Baby steps."

"Baby steps?" Lucy nodded.

"Baby steps."

"Oh, Lulu. I love you so much." Rogue placed his hand on Lucy's stomach, smiling fondly, "And I love you too, my child."

"We love you Rouge."
