Hi people! I'm listening to 'Centuries' on repeat, and you people apparently wanted more (for some reason, did Bill mess with ya minds?) So here ya go! Another chapter!
(Also I just make all this up as go, so yeah, this is why I don't get why ya people like). Seriously thou this song watch?v=alrZ3iincMw (with Bill pictures for ya joy).
Bill flinched mentally at what he had just done, he didn't know what to do know, so his instincts kicked in and he teleported away from the now flustered and even more confused boy.
Standing -or rather floating- in his hiding spot helped a bit, he let go of his vessel and went back to the mindscape, trying to gather around his thoughts.
So he had run away from Pine Tree, -No he's Dipper-, Pine Tree and suddenly his vessel had ran out of breath, something Bill had forgot humans had to keep. Then the boy had hugged him for some reason, he had pulled himself free to run but... instead he had pulled the boy into a kiss.
He had kissed Pine Tree.
He had kissed Dipper.
Dipper hadn't moved since the demon had gone off, he felt his hands shaking and his eyesight had gone blurry, all he could hear was his blood pounding in his veins, had felt himself sit on his knees.
Had Bill... the demon who had tried to destroy Stan's mind, had taken over his body and over all tried to kill him and his sister just... kissed him? No, it must have been a trick! Yeah that's it!
But what kinda trick was that? The demon must have felt something, seeing as he had teleported himself away from the ... wait where was he?
Dipper looked around, a forest clearing, the trees stood tall around him, but for some reason none where in this particular location. Then he realized he had no idea how to get back to the shack... or anything for that reason.
Clearing his mind Dipper started to try and make his way back to civilization.
Watching, watching, always watching.
Look, watch, observe.
Don't interact.
This was all going through Bill's mind, this was what he had done for centuries and what he should have kept on doing. But nooo, he just had to interact with the world, with the stupid flesh bags.
Humans, he corrected himself, they weren't called flesh bags, the called themselves 'humans'.
He looked over the many minds and dreams he easily could corrupt, so easily shatter. He remembered a time where he had loved to bring the sweet release of insanity onto humans, the horrified look as they woke up from a nightmare they couldn't escape.
Even if he stayed in his vessel as it slept, Bill never dreamed, after all why would the dream manipulator dream?
He stared at his vessel, it -he- was laying unconscious, it didn't have any soul, so as long as he weren't in it, it would never awaken. He floated closer to it, inspecting it further, if anyone found it they'd definitely believe it was someone who had passed out.
He vaguely imagined Stan Pines finding it.
That would never end well.
That is if Pines still remembered him, then again how would you forget one who did such a horrible thing...
Did he just regret something? Bill would have shaken his head, if he had one.
Scanning the area he decided no one was close to his vessel, and thus he went off to try and get his mind of this horrible feeling.
Dipper sighed heavily. He was definitely lost.
He looked around again, the little sunlight he could see was a reddish tint. Already sunset? Had he really been walking for that long? He cast a look around again, was he gonna die out here? Everything looked the damn same, so he wouldn't know if he had made any process, or if he were walking in circles.
Sighing again he sat down on a tree stump. Would anyone ever find him? The woods surrounding Gravity Falls were seemingly endless, so even if a rescue team was sent... the chances he'd be found...
Shaking his head he brushed the thought off, he would either find them, or they'd find him! But sitting here feeling sorry for himself wouldn't help either of them.
If only the trees weren't so close, then he could just follow the sun's position.
Then he realized it, he could climb a tree! Maybe he'd be able to see something if he was up higher after all. He quickly scanned the trees and found one with enough branches to climb, and thus he begun raising up from the mossy ground.
His head peaked out from the trees, and around him an ocean of trees was surrounding him.
A few mountains were in the distance, but no sign of Gravity Falls. Well at least he could now see he had been right; it really was the sunset he'd seen creating red light... it would be dark soon.
And here he was, stuck in the forest.
"HELP!" He heard himself shout, hoping... begging, anyone... or anything would hear him.
Bill was of course invisible due to being in the mindscape, so he had no worries about being seen as he spied on the Mystery shack.
Though that wasn't in his worries. He hadn't seen Pine Tree ever return to the shack, apparently neither had Stan, Soos or Mabel.
Bill wondered vaguely if the boy had left on purpose, or if he was lost.
Then he realized that Pine Tree probably hadn't looked when he had been chasing him...
And with that the yellow triangle left the Mystery Shack.
Dipper was walking around in no where, going no where, getting no where.
He had tried to follow the sun, but realized it would get dark too soon, thus he'd need to find a place to sleep doing the night, after all sleeping on the ground wasn't exactly a smart choice in the middle of a gigantic forest.
Finally he found a cave, carefully checking inside it,
"Hello?", no answer.
He decided it must be empty, he entered the cold cave, drowsiness overcame him, and he didn't bother to even make a fire to keep him warm.
Bill scanned the area where he and the boy had... kissed. He gulped feeling his throat cloak up, he had returned to his vessel, if he found Pine Tree he would need to be able to communicate with him, preferably without giving the boy memories of him entering Stan's mind.
Bill sighed, it was dark now, if the boy was in the woods... Bill shook his head and started looking for footprints, if only he could control time and not dreams.
Then he face palmed himself, of course! If Pine Tree had fallen asleep, Bill would be able to locate his mind and location with ease, carefully he dropped his vessel and started scanning all of Oregon.
Bill was lighting the trees around him, his vessel glowing faintly to show him the way.
He had located Pine Tree.
But he was in trouble, or he would be if Bill didn't find him in time.
Thus why a tanned young man was glowing and floating at great speed through the woods of Gravity Falls, though for the naked eye it would simply look like a flash of yellow passed by.
Bill found the boy in a cave, he was out for good, the boy must have been tired. Bill landed quietly on the ground, snapping his fingers to make a campfire, blue fire was brightening up the surrounded area and some of the cave.
He carefully picked the boy up, moving his closer to the fire. Bill then wished he'd have a coat for his vessel, as the boy needed more warmth.
But sadly the vessel was weakened from storming through the forest, even though he had been floating Bill knew his vessel was tired and had little to no energy left, not wanting to leave Pine Tree, Bill simply let his vessel sleep, with him side of it.
He was completely aware that the boy's head was resting on his lap.
TIME SKIPS; TIME SKIPS EVERYWHERE.
I'd also like to point out the thing with Bill 'scanning' Oregon for Dipper's mind, it is a headcanon of mine that Bill can locate all sleeping creatures, and thus manipulate their mind/enter their dreams. But he's somehow bound to Gravity Falls and some of Oregon, so he CAN scan the world, but he can't enter any minds outside of his bound area.
Oh and expect another update today, I don't have anything better to do.
Besides I kinda like writing this~
