By the by Mabel- wait I'm not Bill. Any who, if ya want a better look a Bill's vessel/human form I've got a LOT of pictures on my DA. So yeah if you want to get an actual good look of him *since I suck at describing stuff* there's a link to my profile on my... well profile XD

Dipper woke up feeling a surprising amount of heat and comfort, he carefully opened his eyes, immediately seeing a campfire... he didn't remember starting that... wait... why weren't he in the cave...?
Then he realized the fire was blue. And that his head was resting on somebody, he moved his eyes to look up, spotting a tanned face with closed eyes, but golden hair standing in contrast to the skin... Bill? Why was Bill here... Immediately Dipper remembered yesterday's main event, and thus the teen jerked up from the spot, almost hitting his head into the other man's -uhh, demon's, no the other man's-.

Bill's eye snapped open at the sudden movement, the demon's eye looked kinda glassy for a moment, then brightened up as he saw Dipper was currently awake,
"Dip- Pine Tree you're awake! Well then we better start moving, after all your family must be gettin' worried about you!" The demon said, his voice didn't seem slurred by sleep or anything alike... Dipper mentally slapped himself remembering Bill weren't exactly human.

"Ya know you're a deep sleeper, even moving you didn't make ya wake up! Then again ya were kinda tired, eh? Good thing no bears found you!" The demon was grinning again, then stood up, holding a hand out for Dipper.

Didn't he remember... that?

Dipper sighed and stood up, still not trusting Bill enough to take his hand. "Why are you here Bill?" he quietly asked, not really expecting an answer.

Dipper swore he heard Bill say 'I have no clue' under his breath.

Bill kept his facade up, he couldn't have Pine Tree think that his feelings had driven him to kiss him. After all demons had no emotions, no feelings, only chaos and destruction.

According to humans.
Shut up.

He was about to adjust his top hat when he realized that it was still behind the Diner, he hadn't had a chance to pick it up, sighing he turned his attention at Dipper -Pine Tree- again,

"Well Pine Tree, good thing ya got a five stars tour-guide for ya tour in the wonderful woods of Gravity Falls!"

Breaking the ice didn't seem to work, maybe kissing him would?

He's mortal, don't.
Yeah but he's pretty.
Shut up and focus.

He snapped back to reality as he heard Pine Tree clear his throat, he turned to face him -when did he turn?-
"Okay good you're paying attention again, as I said can we just get this over with? And can't you just like... teleport us back to town?"

Bill shook his head, "Well Pine Tree, this vessel weighs me down, and not only physically. Basically I could teleport us, but no without draining this body's energy to dangerously low amounts. So let's get going, shall we?" he held his hand out, it was of course surrounded by blue fire. A prank to spook Pine Tree.

But the boy just looked unamused and started walking, Bill snickered "Hey kid! Gravity Falls is in the opposite direction!"

"I knew that!"

Bill grinned widely, this was going to be fun~!

The two walked in silence for a while, Dipper tried to find out what Bill might be thinking, all while trying to ignore the pain in his limps from having walked all of yesterday. Perhaps Bill knew, because Dipper caught the demon eyeing him several times.

Suddenly Bill stopped mid-track, so of course Dipper did too. "Wha-" his mouth was covered with a gloved hand "Sshh..."

Bill moved Dipper behind him and walked ahead, carefully looking around "There's something near."
"Humans?"
"Heh, not likely."

Then as called Dipper heard rustles in a bush, suddenly a huge animal jumped out attacking the yellow-clad demon-slash-human. Dipper screamed, what was he supposed to do?!

Then the beast made an unnatural scream, it went against all laws of nature, not animal, nor human.

Dipper knew why.

The animal, a huge bear Dipper noticed now, was engulfed in blue flames, the animal screeched again, running away. It was still on fire.

Dipper now fell onto his knees, he was visibly shaking. He didn't hear the footsteps coming closer, nor did he notice the figure sitting down next to him, pulling him close with one arm.

The next thing Dipper noticed was being comforted by Bill, the demon pulled him closer into the hug.

"Sorry Dipper".

Bill didn't know why he was holding the boy close, or why the boy had been... scared of him.

He had been more scared of him than the bear trying to eat him. It had been an act of self defense to burn the bear alive, though that bear probably weren't alive anymore.

Definitely not.

He sighed, and carefully stroked the boy's hair. How did you confront somebody about... that.

Deciding actions worked better than words, he simply stroked the boy's hair out of his face, and then kissed his forehead.
The birthmark didn't shock Bill, it didn't even interest him, he already knew all about it. After all he had been watching Dipper for much longer than one would think. Seeing as the boy didn't mind the gesture he hugged him closer, he didn't know how long the two of them sat there -as an immortal being time had little to no use for him- but he enjoyed all of it.

The two continued walking after Dipper had said he was good to go again.

Bill kept silent, he had nothing to say. He still glanced at the kid at times, honestly he really wanted to just... talk. But then he realized that Dipper would talk if he wanted to.

The shadows grew longer and nothing more of interest happened, finally the two reached the end of the forest, and the beginning of a road.
The road to Gravity Falls no doubt.

For some reason the blonde felt a sting in his chest knowing the two soon would split, he could lead the kid the wrong way...
Then again that would break whatever trust he had earned.

"Don't worry, kid. We just gotta walk for a little more time, then we're there, heck maybe someone going to Gravity Falls might give us a lift~" he said casually, Dipper nodded slight, kid's outta be lost in thought...

He then continued walking, knowing well that the boy was still following him, most likely scared of getting more lost.

Not even a single car had passed them.
Not. One.

Jeez, Dipper knew Gravity Falls is in the middle of no where, but usually there would at least be tourists that for some weird reason visited the town, why anyone would go there Dipper couldn't figure out, considering no one seemed to know that actual paranormal stuff exists.

Well at least the giant old railroad bridge was towering above them, meaning they'd reach a road leading to the Shack in no time.

"You tired? I think I can teleport us both to the Mystery Shack from here" Bill suddenly said, stopping to face the boy.

"Really? That's great! Let's go right away!" Dipper responded happily, he really missed home, and he was really hungry.

Bill grinned, then held Dipper's arm, then with a sharp blue flash, the two was standing next to the totem pole outside the Shack.
In the moment Dipper hugged Bill, then quickly ran over to the door, before reaching the knob he turned and quickly said "Thanks Bill!", just to realize the demon was already gone.

Shrugging he opened the door, "Hey Grunkle Stan! Mabel! I'm back!"

Bill let go of his vessel, finally letting it rest, he hadn't told or shown Dipper, but the vessel was completely drained. He'd have to train it up a bit more, then again considering he floated mostly that wouldn't make much of a difference.
He had however walked this whole day, mostly to bring some sense of reality onto the boy.

He was however glad for having dropped him off, a few more minutes and...

Then what? Would he have confessed? Or killed him?

Then again kissing the boy did kinda confess many things, Bill found himself actually longing for the warmth of a human being.

Fun Fact; 'Teleport' apparently isn't a word.

Also I just looked up a town map of Gravity Falls... apparently those woods behind the Diner is like... not enough to be lost in XD Another Gravity Falls mystery? Magical random teleports?
Heh, heck if I know.
