A young man entered the hospital, usually no one would take notice of another person entering the building, considering how many visited their loved ones daily, but this man was eye catching.

He wore a yellow vest, black pants and black boots with a golden rim at their top, he wore an almost knee long yellow coat with pyramid-like brick patterns, and as to match it off he wore a black top hat with a matching bow tie.

If that weren't eye catching enough his hair was an almost golden blonde color, standing in stark contrast to his dark skin, but this is where one would really find him eye catching.

The man only had one blue eye, the other eye weren't there. Instead an empty eye socket were in it's spot, though hidden behind some of the man's front hair, one could easily see part of gaping hole if taking a good look at the man's face.

Bill felt the flesh bags eyeing him, he had decided to chance his vessel's wardrobe, barely. The only true difference was his boots and the coat, that and his missing eye patch.
He also knew that was why the flesh bags stared at him. Though at first they'd be attracted to the sudden almost glowing yellow of his coat, they'd soon look at his face and see the eye socket; this sparked interest in the most of them.

Heck he'd probably be able to convince them he were here because of that.

Instead he walked over to the desk where a woman was sitting, he paid her no actual attention, instead quickly scanning his plan for possible failures.

"Hello Mrs." He said, the vessel had less of a pitch in it's voice than his own, making him feel like he was simply watching as always; while it weren't wrong, it didn't explain his position either.

Instead of letting her respond he grinned in what mortals called a 'flirtatious' grin,

"Do you happen to know if Dipper Pines is hospitalized here~?" His voice had the same purr like tone, Bill Cipher is quite an actor, and manipulation was the easiest way to get mortals in control.

"I'll check right away" The woman responded, seemingly unaffected by his attempts at charms, though he did catch her eye him wearily at times, he flashed her a large grin one of the time, and winked.

Though with only one eye it was probably mistaken for a normal blink.

"Yes, Dipper Pines is here. He's at room 618. Though he's not currently accepting visitors."

His grin faded, he knew the room number, but apparently the flesh bag way weren't going to work. "I see. It's just..."
He quickly thought an excuse for seeing the Pine Tree right away.

"I'm his boyfriend~ Y'see? I bet Dipper won't mind me visiting him~?" He smoothly ended his sentence, feeling disgusted just by pretending to be in a 'relationship' with Pine Tree of all people.

He made a fine plaything, but that's all the boy was worth.

"I'm sorry sir, I can however tell Mr. Pines you came to see him... Mr..." She eyed him curiously, obviously wanting a name.

Bill hoped Pine Tree trusted his soft side enough for this too work, "Cipher. Bill Cipher." He responded, hearing her thought clearly thinking he was lying about his last name.

How many flesh bags are named Cipher.
None. Because to them Cipher is a word for a series of code words. Such as Caesar Cipher.

She nodded nonetheless, writing a note. Then Bill left the hospital, slightly cursing under his breath.

"Sir! It worked! He came to save them!"

"Really now? Hmm..."

"But Sir... he killed one of our men, and at least three was hurt in the fire. The fire he started."

"Of course he did. He's a demon. A monster.

But

He does apparently does have a soft spot for Pine Tree".

Dipper carefully opened his eyes, his throat was sore and all his limps hurt. He still felt a bit of a sting around his wrist from the tight ropes that had been strangling his pulse for so long.
But most of all his heart hurt.

Bill had come for him, after having told him he loved him.
After Dipper had denied everything.

Yet still the demon had come to save him.

Though setting a building full of wooden crates on fire wasn't the smartest move.

Dipper knew Mabel was hurt in the fire as well, though not really as much as himself, he had apparently inhaled a lot more smoke than he knew, which and some of his left arm had gotten a small burn mark.
He still didn't know what had happened to his Grunkle.

Yet this didn't bother him as much as it should, since all his thoughts was about the demon, awake he kept feeling dread at the fact the demon might have been hurt in the fire, even though Bill couldn't die he might still be able to be seriously hurt.
But only one body had been found in the building, and that was of a charred down man, almost burnt entirely to ashes.

Dipper slightly shuddered at the thought, trying to ignore the pain it brought upon him.

Yet his dreams was most interesting, he never encountered Bill -which worried him more-, or at least not the real Bill. He kept dreaming about imaginary versions of the demon, who'd either be with him for eternity, or slaughter him in anger.

Sometimes both combined. Those were the worst nightmares he had, it would start of nicely with him and Bill spending time together, just... hanging out. Then suddenly the tone would change and in a slash of rage Cipher would brutally torture him, laughing with a laughter Dipper hadn't heard since he was twelve.

His thoughts collapsed in a big mess as someone knocked the door to his room, "Mr. Pines? Are you awake?

"Y-yes" He said, immediately regretting it as fresh air swam into his lungs, almost mocking him with its coolness.

"I would just like to ask if you know a 'Bill Cipher'?" The nurse asked, smiling with a pitying look, Dipper had decided that he didn't like the pity look. However he didn't mind it this time, they found Bill?

"Y-yeah, di-did you f-find .. h-im?" His voice cracked, and he winced in pain, the nurse must just then have realized he was a burn victim as she found a blog -one the doctor had given him to tell where and if he felt pain anywhere- and a pen, quickly handing it to him.

"Sorry, I forgot your condition. Anyways. We didn't find him, he actually came here to see you. He was told to come again tomorrow I think." The nurse said, she was new Dipper remembered, her name being Amanda or something, he didn't remember and didn't try to.

Bill came to see him.

"Pl-" He was about to say, then remembered the blog. Quickly he scribbled down a sentence.

As soon as he arrives, let him up.

The nurse nodded, then left the room smiling "I'll inform your doctor you'll have a visitor tomorrow then~!"

As soon as she closed the door Dipper couldn't stop smiling.

Bill was okay. And he was going to see him again.

Bill went into the hospital, going straight for the receptionist, it was the same flesh bag as the day before.

"So, does Pine Tree accept visitors today?" He said before even reaching the desk, his mood had dropped since yesterday.

He had gone back to the 'Mystery' Shack to look for the journal, but had left empty handed.

"Yes, Mr... Cipher was it? A nurse confronted him, and apparently he seemed quite eager to see you". The woman responded.

Bill nodded sharply and started making his way "Room 618..." He remembered, he considered teleporting to the room, but since he had no clue how the hospital's layout looked he decided against it.

Taking the elevator he pressed a button and waited, thankful for time being non existent to him he stepped out again after what would be a few minutes, but for him were as seconds.

He then found room 618, quickly wondering if he should knock.

Deciding against it he simply opened the door.

So who else is HYPED for 'not what he seems'?

Sorry for a short and kinda bad chapter, my space bar is completely broken, like I can still do spaces, but it's not always responding.
