(For those of you who do not know of Illumina, she is the supernatural protector of Maginary World and the Precious Stone. I thought she would be fitting to bring in because she is pretty much the opposite of Irisatine and a lesser known Sonic character.)

Illumina made sure the precious stone was locked up good and tight before heading out of her dimension and into the unknown. She usually tried to avoid the parts of other dimensions that were surrounded by nightmares, but this called for action. The strange black and white creature she saw she followed. Then she saw a huge group of them head up a couple layers into another world. Illumina was here now, in the starry void looking for suspicious activity.

No one has ever invaded my world before , what could be driving the nightmares with such power? Illumina thought as her glorious wings shimmered in their pink hues.

The stones on her head flashed black and she knew she was near the source of the creatures. She gracefully flew into a dimension where the sky was a stormy purple, marble structures were all about, and a foul liquid permeated the land. She put her ghostly hand to her face as the good ruler spotted the horde of creatures. She cautiously hid behind some marble stones as a procession came by. The negatives held lanterns above their heads as they walked on the liquid bridge before them, different ideya absorbed as their color. Illumina had never seen this before. She stayed behind them, following them to the tower.

Iris spoke in hushed tones to one of her more newly improved negatives. The thing nodded and took off in a wispy cloud toward its' destination. Iris felt like some of the dimension had been taken back from her somehow. This made her very hostile and agitated. She paced back and forth, wondering what her scouts would find. She did not like this gentle and loving feeling she was sensing from this place, trying to recuperate the land back.

Illumina had found Sonic and Tails sick as dogs outside the tower gates. She tried to heal the two as best as she could. They described their predicament to her and she gave her input. The one who was behind this was both their enemy and foe. Illumina had an army of little dreams that materialized for her and would help as much as they could. Tails turned on his amulet as Sonic was still wondering how to use his charm.

"I don't know if it will be enough, but these sweet dreams should help the land. And us. I have honestly never seen this much corruption before." Illumina said. "Will you both be alright? If you stay here for much longer, something worse could happen to you."

"We will be alright. Yeah." Sonic said in an unsure manner.

Illumina placed a hand on his shoulder. "I'm unsure myself Sonic. If things go south... I will have to plan a strategy out meticulously. And you two, will escape."

"You know me?" Sonic asked as Illumina's dream magic fell over him.

"I've seen you before. Just.. around running about here and there. I love the way you create the grass and trees in your adventures."

"Gee thanks! So what are we to do?"

Illumina looked at the mangled tower in front of her and gently touched the marble vine. She removed her hand quickly. It was.. pulsating. Like a white, stone heart. She felt disgusted as even more smaller vines wriggled and fused with the larger vine. The slimy substance that came off the walls leaked down to her feet. Illumina hovered over the ground so it couldn't touch her and blasted a strong wind into the tower. A weak opening appeared, showing the inside of the place. Carefully, she went inside with Sonic and company in tow. It was dark and empty inside. no furniture, no windows, nothing. There were however a lot of stairs that led up to the top. Coming up the stairs slowly, the continued in the darkness.

(At the top of those stairs...)

"Fresh air. This is better than before right?" Iris said more than asked as Wiseman was beside her, hanging off another marble tree in another cage.

This one was even smaller than the last. Jackle and Realas' colorless forms were beside her like statues. Her original creatures used them like perches as she spun Wiseman's cage with her clawed foot. Wiseman was in such mental agony that he couldn't even speak. He had failed so many times, over so many years. To be bested like this was heart wrenching. He looked up at the black sun he had once created and wondered where all his power had gone.

Illumina protected the boys with her huge wings as she sent a twirling beam of energy towards Iris. Caught off guard, Iris tumbled off of the top of the pillow. She caught herself and dug her claws into the side of the tower, slowly turning her head 360 degrees. A snarl curled around her lips. Climbing down on all fours, she stared at Illumina before her. Illumina watched as Iris stood up in a quick motion, jerking her backwards. Illumina hovered in the air as they both looked at each other.

"Who... are you?" Iris asked as she pointed her finger at Illumina accusingly. "Why... are you here?"

"I have nothing to say to you. Except to stop what you are doing, and return to whatever hole you crawled out of." Illumina said as one of the twisted beams of energy formed a strange blade.

"I grew tired of that hole long ago. I am here to stay. No force can tell me otherwise."

Illumina rocketed high into the purple clouds and came drilling down with force, blade over her head. The twirling energy surrounded her to the point of where she had become energy herself. She hit Iris straight on and waited till the blossoming energy died down. Iris was unaffected by this and simply put out her hand to stop it. Illumina was shocked by this because that was her most powerful attack.

"Are we done playing theater now? I'd like to conquer another dimension today." Iris said coolly as she checked the clock above the city. "That wasted a good five minutes."

Iris, still in Imperfect Goddess form, tossed down a star from the sky and caused a massive star shower. Illumina used her wings and reflected a few of the stars, but one landed on her left wing, trapping it under the heavy object. A few of her feathers got scraped off as she pulled it out from under the blinding rock. As they fought on, it more looked like a dance and the tower as a backdrop for the performance. Sonic and Tails watched as the divine beings kept duking it out.
