Longest chapter ever! You know, I almost threw my computer at the wall because of this chapter. I was like, what am I going to write? I was just sitting there in front of my laptop, typing random crap until I finally found something that worked. I kinda think that this chapter is the worst since of how bad my writer's block is getting. So, I'm sorry if my story is really suckish.

Have fun reading people.

Disclaimer: I don't own Soul Eater in anyway possible.

Chapter Five - Learning Something New

Kendra's POV

" If kishins are real, then soon everyone will be dead. I don't wanna die!" I yelled.

" Calm down Kendra!" Alexiss ordered.

" No! I just realized that kishins are real. I have a right to since I might be dead soon."

" We're not going to die. Once Mya is back, we can get the characters back to their world. Everything will go back to the way it was before they got here."

" Hopefully. How are we even gonna get them back?"

" I don't know, but we'll find a way."

" Are we supposed to find this offensive? I mean, you wished us here. I thought you liked us," Soul asked, frustrated.

" That was before we actually met you. Before Mya was kidnapped and monsters became real. We changed our minds."

" Why didn't you think about this before you wished us?"

" Maybe we didn't think it would happen. We aren't like you. We don't have to worry about kishins, just how to survive against people who are assholes. We aren't mature, I mean, Mya acts like a three year old most of the time. She can't handle adult stuff and can't even remember what happened two seconds after it happened. When we thought of doing this, we thought it was just for fun, not for real," I knew I should stop yelling, but I was scared and pissed.

" Kendra! Stop. If you're freaking out now, how do you think Mya is? You can handle scary stuff better than her, so she's probably crying and wishing she wasn't alone with that witch," Alexiss admitted.

" I guess."

" Now, we have to be calm and try to find Mya."

" How are you so fucking calm though?" I had to know.

" Do we really need two really violent people freaked out?"

" Nope. That would be like hell."

" Exactly and just think how Mya is when she's actually mad."

" Hell would seem like Heaven then."

" Exactly my point."

" What does that Mya girl act like when she's mad? I mean, she seemed mad when she hit me and Black Star. That wasn't too bad, so she shouldn't be to scary, right?" Soul looked directly at me.

" She wasn't even close to being mad then. She was just messing around. When she's mad, she screams before going after the person. When she screams, then you better be able to run faster than her," Alexiss stated.

" She doesn't look like a fast runner," Tsubaki pointed out.

" Not usually, but when she's mad, she can run a lot faster. It's like she becomes another person."

" She can even scare me, a little anyway," I shrugged as I admitted the weird fact.

Mya Belle's POV

" Where are we going?" I asked as Jared kept pushing me down the hall.

" Somewhere that is safe for you to learn," he whispered.

" Where?" I stomped my foot as I came to a complete stop. " Tell me! Now."

" Would you quite that girl She never shuts up," Ash hissed at us.

" Then let me go."

" I can't. We need you to help us, like I've said."

" But I don't want to help you. I want to go home and be with my friends."

" What about them?" Ash opened a door that appeared out of nowhere.

I walked up to it and looked into it out of curiosity. I gasped and took a step in, looking at all the characters that Ash had taken before I had agreed. They were all lying on beds, their eyes open and staring at the ceiling as they laid motionless. I went over to the closest bed, which held Death The Kid. His eyes were blank, nothing but whiteness that showed no emotion.

" I thought you said you'd send them back. You lied. You lied," I suddenly wanted to cry.

" I said I would when I knew you were telling the truth."

" I'm here though. That should be proof enough that I wasn't lying."

" It's not even close. When the task is done, than they will be set free."

" You know, I sorta wish that you would just get it through your head that I don't have powers and that I'm useless to you," I was yelling, and if I didn't stop, I'd scream. I took a deep breath and turned to Ash. She looked surprised. " Now just let us go! I don't wanna be here anymore."

Ash still seemed shocked and then she smiled, " I told you, you are a witch."

" I'm not a witch."

" Then how did you change your appearance? Your eyes are different colors now." Ash smiled.

" What? They are not. My eyes are brown woman."

" Not anymore," Ash waved her hands and a mirror appeared in front of me. I grabbed it and raised it to my face.

She was right. My eyes were different colors. One was a dark violet and the other was a hot pink.

" What did you do?"

" I have done nothing. It seems that when you were angered, it caused your powers to physically appear."

" I don't have powers. I don't," I mumbled as I fell to my knees and dropped the mirror. I was literally freaking out and wanted to scream, but then again, I didn't want to do something I would regret. " I can't have powers. It's impossible."

" It's not impossible. You're a witch Mya Belle and you will help us."

" No!" I glared up at her. " I am not a witch and I never will be. Even if I do have powers, I won't use them."

" Yes you will, unless you no longer care for your two friends."

I literally wanted to murder her, " You'll die, just so you know. If your plan works, than you're just planning your own destruction."

" How?"

" You say that it will rid all of the bad people? Well, there's bad in everyone. Even if all they do is good stuff, there's always bad in them somehow."

" You're a stupid little girl."

" I'm not little. I may be short, but I'm not a little girl. I'm fifteen, and I know how to take care of myself."

I believed Ash now. I was a witch, but I didn't know how to use the powers I sorta had. But the my hands started to feel like they were being shocked, and when I looked down, I saw a small spark of pink lightning. I closed my hand, extinguishing the spark. Then I thought of something.

" You're still stupid."

I stood and glared at her, " I'm not stupid. It's just, I'm surrounded by completely idiotic people right now."

" Watch what you're saying, you could end up killing your friends."

" I am watching what I'm saying. I may not be the brightest, but I know how to survive without anyone's help. With or without magic."

I could feel the spark again and this time, I pointed my hands at Ash. Lighting flew from my hands, surprising even me, and hit the older witch in the face, causing her to fall over. I smiled, thinking I had just claimed victory, but when Ash stood, my smile fell. Ash's face went cold and she raised her hand, then slapped me. I didn't do anything, I was used to getting slapped, it just made my cheek fell warm, letting me know that it was turning red. I looked distantly at Jared, who was standing in the doorway before talking.

" What are you gonna do? Kill me?" I knew I was putting my life on the line, but then she wouldn't be able to do anything.

" No. I need you for the spell, so I can't kill you."

" Then what?"

" I'll just let you sleep for a while, until I think you are needed."

I pulled away, glaring at Ash with pure hatred, " You are not putting me to sleep. I've had enough sleep for now, so why don't you just go fuck yourself. That'd be a big help."

Ash stood there holding her hand against her chest, offended beyond belief. I crossed my arms, stuck my tongue out, then walked out of the room past both her and Jared. I waited for them to come out of the room so that we could just get this day over with. Besides, I didn't know how to get back to the room they had first had me in, we'd turned so many times, my head was almost spinning.

Jared was the first to come out and he stared at me for a moment before showing a small smile. I returned it and then dropped it when Ash came out. She gave me a look that screamed hatred. Ash turned and continued on down the hall as if nothing had happened. I wanted to help the characters still, but as I was looking into the room, the door closed and then vanished before my eyes. I rolled my eyes and followed, Jared right beside me.

" I thought you said you weren't a witch," he whispered.

" I thought I wasn't, but I guess I am."

" Are you happy about it?"

" A little, but I have this one question that bugs me."

" And that is?" he looked down at me. I inwardly scowled at him since I barely reached his chest.

" I'm wondering if I'm like the witches in the anime where I can only control one thing, or like the witches I read about."

" What's the difference?"

" The witches I read about can do practically anything. That would be awesome."

Jared smiled again and then hugged me and whispered in my ear, " If your like that, then you can stop Ash."

I had tensed up and then pulled away, making him look at me weirdly.

" What?"

" Don't hug me," my voice was shaky and I was mad. " I don't like hugs. Hugs are fake."

Jared's face grew sad, " Sorry. I didn't mean to make you mad."

I stared wide eyed at him. I had never seen someone regret hugging me. Most would just say I'm crazy since I don't like hugs.

" Um, well, it's okay, but please don't do it again."

" Sure."

" Would you two stop talking an hurry up," Ash hissed at us from way up ahead.

Once she turned around, I stuck my tongue out and made a funny face, teasing her. Jared started laughing and covered his mouth, trying to be quiet.

" What is so funny?" Ash turned around while I was still doing the face. I stopped before bursting out in laughter. " I'm going to expect that that wasn't meant for me."

" Go ahead and think that, but it's wrong," I knew she would hit me again if I kept talking, but my ADHD was getting to me. I had enough energy to run a few miles, but since I was trapped in her, might as well talk. " In fact, I honestly think you should know by now that I won't lie when it comes to teasing or insulting you. You've probably been through enough from me, but I feel like you deserve to feel like you're in Hell as long as I'm here. So have fun dealing with it."

" What the hell were you just saying?" Jared stared down at me as he asked the question. " I could not understand a word you were saying since you were talking so fast. It just sounded like mumbles."

" Sorry. Force of habit. When I get hyper, I end up talking super fast. It helps calm me down."

" Um, yeah, your still talking to fast."

I rolled my eyes," I. Talk. Fast. When. I'm. Hyper. It. Helps. Calm. Me. Down." I stated each word carefully.

" Oh."

" Why are you still talking? I said to hurry up!" Ash yelled from somewhere in the shadows up ahead.

I smiled a little before running into the shadows, trying to catch up to the mean witch, even if I really wanted to go the other way. I saw her a then jumped into the air and landed in front of her. Ash froze in surprise and stared at me for a second before pushing ahead. Jared came up panting.

" How can you run like that?" he said between breaths.

" And I thought I was a slow runner. I wasn't even running that fast."

" Yeah, but you were running for a long time."

I gave him a confused look, " Dude, it wasn't that long of a run."

" For me, it was. Usually when we're running, Ash teleports us as soon as possible."

" Oh. Okay then. Come on."

We followed Ash into an even larger room than the other two I'd seen. Weapons lined one wall, actual ones, not the people that can turn into one. I went over there in amazement and gazed up at them. I saw a bow and arrow and took it off the wall. I couldn't believe they had all these.

" What are these for?" I looked over at Ash.

" I use them."

" For what?"

" I use them in battle. I transfer some of my magic into them and use them like a meister would use a weapon."

" To amplify your magic?"

" Exactly."

" Cool."

" Would you like to learn how to use them?"

" Definitely," maybe I could learn a few things before leaving here.

What felt like days passed, I couldn't tell since I hadn't seen the sun since I'd been take, but soon I learned how to use the bow and arrow. I had fun, and I'm guessing Jared did too considering that he smiled a lot more. Ash would yell a lot though, saying that I needed to start using my magic, but honestly, I didn't even know how I had used it to begin with. It had just happened. I still thought of Alexiss and Kendra, soon coming to the conclusion that they'd given up on me and gone back to their normal lives. I was probably just a small memory of the past to them now and I honestly didn't care.

Every now and then, Ash would let me see the characters she had taken and I would make sure they were healthy, checking their heartbeats and all the stuff I had learned from watching my parents when I had gone to the hospital with them. That was like the only good thing with having doctors for parents.

" Mya Belle," Ash pulled me aside one day during practice. " I think it is time you learn how to use your magic and not just the weapons."

" But I don't know how to access my powers. The first time, I didn't know how I did it."

" I'm guessing your emotions have something to do with it."

I raised an eyebrow and gave her a look that said you can't be that stupid, can you?

" I'm serious. You were angry when you used them."

" But I'm not angry that often."

" I seriously doubt that."

" It's true. My tolerance is actually very good."

" Well can you at least try?"

I thought about it and soon nodded, " I'll try."

I walked over to the target area and raised the bow. I pulled back the arrow and tried to think of stuff that actually could make me mad. Memories suddenly flooded my mind. Friends betraying me, my brothers beating me up, and then one thing suddenly filled my mind, my parents. I started thinking of how they had treated me over the years, how they would hurt me just because they were mad at the each other. Anger coursed through me and I took a deep breath as tears ran down the sides of my face. I hated this about myself, I cried when I was angry.

I could feel electricity coursing through me. I tried to concentrate on making it all go into the bow and arrow. I closed my eyes as memories of my parents came into my mind, nonstop. I felt sparks in my hand and opened my eyes and aimed the arrow that was spitting pink sparks. I let the arrow go, but as soon as it left my touch, the arrow lost the magic. I stared in disbelief and then grabbed another arrow and shot again, and again, and again until I finally couldn't take it.

I fell to the ground with my hands balled up in my curly black hair. When I had been shooting, I had seen black shadows pass through my vision. I had thought the shadows had stopped over a month ago. I saw Jared kneel beside me just before my vision went black. I sat there waiting for it to back to normal.

When my vision returned, I didn't see Ash or Jared, but instead, I was in my room. I was staring at Alexiss, Kendra, Soul, Tsubaki, and a sound asleep Crona. Alexiss were arguing about how they should've been looking for me. I knew that this was one of the crazy visions I got of the future. Alexiss had told me it was normal for some people and called the third eye. Apparently it was when people could see weird shadows and flashes of the future and hear voices. Alexiss said she had it to, except for the future seeing part. Usually these happened in my dreams, but not this time.

I waited for my actual vision to come back, and soon, I was back on the ground, looking at Jared.

" What'a wrong Mya?" he was shaking my shoulders.

" Nothing. I'm just tired. I think we've done enough for today," I stood and walked into the hallway before pausing and waiting for Jared. I still didn't know the way to my room.

I'm so happy I actually finished this chapter! I had to finish this on my phone though since my wifi got turned off and that just made it really difficult. Oh well, and I'm sorry if this chapter is like officially suckish. I didn't know what to write and when I started typing this, I just went with it.

Anyway, please review.
