Chapter 2

When Snowball had met Seaweed for the first time, close to 4 years previously, his first words to his SeaWing friend were, "Do you have any idea where I am?"

Snowball, out on one of his adventures that his mother hated (because he always either was captured or got lost in some remote area of Pyrrhia), was lost in a remote part of the Sea of a Hundred Islands, on an island not far from where the ruins of the summer palace were. After weeks of trying to find his way home, he met Seaweed. Seaweed helped him find his way home, and forever after they were best friends.

Well, now, Seaweed spoke those exact same words.

Snowball was surprised; Seaweed usually carried a map any time he was out of the Kingdom of the Sea. It made him seem kind of wimpy, but it was logical.

"Yes, well, I guess I do. We're somewhere about 5 miles south of the Great Ice Cliff," Snowball replied slowly. "If you don't know where you are, I can get you back home."

"Three moons, thank you so much!" Seaweed exclaimed. "I can't seem to repay you for the quadrillion times you've saved me!"

"Never mind that," Snowball laughed. "Let's go to your kingdom! I can send a messenger to my mother."

Right afterwards, they were off, cracking the new jokes they had made up over the month since they had previously seen each other, and keeping a watch out for the rebel NightWings who had mad several attempts to assassinate Queen Glory in the recent past. The Kingdom of the Sea was relatively far away, so it would take a few days to reach the newly rebuilt Summer Palace.

Both the friends were looking forward to getting to the Summer Palace. There was a future full of many possibilities ahead of them.
